Address: Rana Motors GT Karnal Road Delhi

It is very hard to say about the false commitment made by Rana Motors G T Karnal Road. They initially booked a car Ertiga CNG on 11th Feb 2022 by saying that they will deliver the car by March 2022. Later when I called them in the month of March on 15th they called me at the showroom and said Ertiga is discontinued for the facelift version. They said sir u can book Dzire CNG If you want VXI model in that we will give you tomorrow and if you want ZXI then we will deliver you the same on or before 31st March 2022. On 16th I made the booking for Dzire ZXI

Later on the manager said on 27th March 2022 they said 31st March 2022 might not be possible for us but on 5th we will confirm the date of booking that at what date we will give you the car in the month of April whereas the concerned sales person said that they will deliver the car during navratres. Later the sales person went on leave and now today on 6th of April 2022 when I called them to know the status about the delivery they said you have to wait for another 24 weeks I mean this is not the way to harass the customer. Still I gave them time till 15th that if they can try for something to sort but no news from them. Because of them I am standing no where neither here nor there.

Apart from that I've made the booking on 16th but they've registered my file on 20th which makes a greater impact on my booking.

    We have booked a maruti vitara breeza at modern Automobiles at Industrial phase -1 chandigarh where on the date of delivery our car has been discharged on the favour of another customer without waiting for our Response Even the manager has talked in very rude manner with is totally unethical as per the Customer and client relationship Absurd words have been used on the part of manager also we are totally disappointed with such kind of treatment . This totally shows the lack of moral responsibility towards the client by the Managing staff
    This wasn’t expected by the Modern Automobiles Chandigarh.

      Car self starter problem

      Address: Asansol

      I have Maruti Celerio diesel version 2015 model VDI.

      Self starter carbon holder broken, it is a small child part of the whole self starter assembly.

      This part is not available from Maruti. Maruti & its service provider Beekay Auto, Asansol telling that instead of the child part the whole assembly need to be changed. The child part may cost 700-800 Rs but the whole assembly cost is Rs 10, 000/-.

        निवेदन है कि मेरी वाहन संख्या RJ14CK1444 (Swift dzire vxi) दिनांक 25/03/2022 को आपके वर्कशॉप में गाड़ी रिपेयर हेतु दी थी जिससे आपके कर्मचारी ने Head खराब होने से अवगत कराया आप के कर्मचारी ने Head कंपनी के (मारुति सुजुकी लिमिटेड) लगाने या मेरे द्वारा लाने हेतु कहा गया मैंने वह Head बाजार से RS 40000/- में लिया था तथा आपके कर्मचारी को सौंप दिया किंतु कुछ समय बाद जब मैं गाड़ी लेने गया तब आप के कर्मचारी ने बताया कि कंपनी में सर्विस मैनेजर अधिकारी चेकिंग पर आए थे और उन्होंने बिना जॉब कार्ड के गाड़ी का कार्य होता देख उन्होंने कार्रवाई करते हुए मेरी गाड़ी का सारा सामान जप्त कर लिया जब मैं कंपनी में गया था तब आप के कर्मचारी ने मुझे ऐसी किसी (जॉब कार्ड) कागजी कार्रवाई हेतु नहीं कहा गया मैंने तो मारुति सुजुकी लिमिटेड पर विश्वास करते हुए अपनी गाड़ी सर्विस सेंटर(AJMER AUTO AGENCIES NASIRABAD AJMER-305601) पर दी थी ना कि किसी कर्मचारी को!
        आप से निवेदन है कि मेरी गाड़ी की चलने अवस्था में नहीं है जिससे मुझे प्रतिदिन टेक्सी किराया[protected] रूपये वहन करना पड़ रहा है व गाड़ी की किस्ते बिना उपयोग किये देनी पड़ रही है इसलिए आप वाद- विवाद का जल्द जल्द निपटारा करने का कष्ट करें, मेरी हुए हानि का भी भुगतान करे!

            Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
            I booked a Baleno, Sigma model in blue color on 12th March 2022 from Nexa, DD motor, Haridwar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. with booking number 21000135. It was expected to be delivered in 4 to 7 weeks, which was before my marriage date i.e 3rd, May 2022.
            Now, I have been informed that either I can choose grey color or there will be delay in delivery, which is disappointing and unacceptable from a brand like Suzuki.

            I chose Suzuki over all other brands of car manufacturing, because I trusted it but if the company cannot fulfill its commitment I would have to make a change in my choice of brand.

            l would appreciate it if I get positive confirmation on the color and delivery of the car to build a better relationship with the company.

                  Have booked the white Maruti Suzuki swift VXI from Indore Rukmani motor on 31 March in exchange for a wagon R LXI. Our vehicle was taken by Rukmani motor and given one piece of template paper and also the price and bridgestone tyre was agreed during that time.
                  It has been 8 days now they were kind of pushing us saying they don't have color and today we have got hold of that guy he has now mentioned that the offer does not exist you would have to pay more money for the same.

                  Due to the trust of Maruti we have blind folded our vehicle to them but this is big cheating with us.
                  And also worst case if we cancel the deal with this dealer what's the guarantee that they havent changed our engine or any other part from the old vehicle.
                  We want to bring to your attention that this fraudity act has been done by Rukmani motor and has broken our trust to the biggest level. And being a retired middle class service person didn't have the political background to argue with these big people.
                  I thought if we could raise our concern to Maruti it would be addressed accordingly and we should have got the vehicle at the agreed price.
                  Another point is that my insurance got over tomorrow which was supposed to be borne by Rukmani during the time of the deal but now today they have disagreed on that.
                  Hope you would help us get the car we want at the price agreed.

                    I would like to notice you that at the time of delivery of my car I noticed that my pendrive was missing from my car and the fuel meter reading was blinking with low level . There were 4 blocks of fuel meter reading at the time when i gave for service.Only 4 km test drive was done.I lost my pendrive. I didnt expect this type of service. I am unsatisfied.

                              Recently I have brought igination coil for my swift VXI 2016 from geniune spare parts .
                              Since in showroom in that particular day They said will take time to look into this job.
                              So i went outside some car shop for the cylinder 2 error Machanic ask me buy the parts .
                              I went to geniune spare parts auto nager vijaywada shop.
                              Even i have the bill too.
                              But after 2 weeks its the same igination coil has been damaged im getting the same cylinder 2 error.
                              When i went to maruti showroom we can't so anything since u replace from outside.
                              Its about 1000 rupees not one rupees. I have send a mail to maruti for some other issues i dint get reply from that.
                              So I'm making this complaint about bad quality products from Maruti.

                                Hi Team Maruti Suzuki,

                                This is one of the worst experience of mine buying a Maruti suzuki car because on the second periodic service your authorized service center got my car accident with 4 other cars & damaged it from several parts.
                                Now after 8-10 days, these guys have not repaired the car in which i am supposed to pay for it from my insurance company. When i have paid to my insurance company then how can your people damage the car and you guys force me to pay from my insurance company. If the car is damaged by your authorized service center then how am I responsible for paying the damages.
                                I am pissed off with the service what maruti suzuki is offering. No body gave me resolutions then later i requested them to atleast give a complimentary service of some discount on service but unfortunately magic auto denied the same. I think it was totally my mistake that i visited maruti suzuki authorized workshop for getting my service done. I have paid enough of amount on the car and paying constantly for the services and spares to maruti suzuki. Do i look fool to you people
                                I am attaching photographs of the damaged done by your workshop. Please intervene in between and my last option after this will be uploading a video on YouTube to get the justice from all these nuisance that your service center has created for me. Because as per you service center getting vehicle hit or accident is common thing to them and they show us the terms and conditions document.
                                Please look into it earliest possible.

                                This was the email which i was sending yesterday but unfortunately your email id related to [protected]@maruti.co.in is not working. All the maruti suzuki employees emails are not working. Now today's update was that the workshop repaired the parts in third class quality and put on the damaged and dented parts painted. however the paint quality is extremely poor in quality. How shall i keep such a damaged car. My last option is to visit consumer court in such case because this is not a professionalism that you guys are misleading the customer.
