My Maruthi Alto Car No. KL01-AU613/ 2008 model . 2 MRF Tyres number [protected] & [protected] stolen ( by replacing very old tyres) while servicing & patch works done in INDUS MOTORS SERVICE STATION, METTUKKADA, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM. I used this vehicle very rarely and hence (the Kilometre stood at around 15000 only at the time of incident) it was noticed few days after. immediately I called the Workshop Manager again and again but she didn"t respond positively. On my enquiry it has come to my notice that several similar incidents happened regularly in the same INDUS SERVICE STATION, situated at Mettukkada, Thiruvananthapuram. The vehicle was in the custody of the above garrage for few days. At that time the front tyre (right) & new steppiny tyre replaced by very old & the same numbers (of new tyres stolen) fabricated as [protected] & [protected]. The first one is the steppiny tyre never used since 2008 but no grip showing the same number fabricated in the retreading center. The matter has complained to Mr. Naveen mobile no.[protected] by sms on today. Date of incident was 22.12.2014. Due to this reason we stopped the service from INDUS MOTORS.

      Dear sir
      This is Aravind upadhyay from varanasi. I was selected Maruti Baleno from nexa Gomti nager Lucknow. I booked baleno delta 1.2 patrol and deposit 2.18 lacs for the car. When I was booked than car was available in one month but now they are saying that you can go Honda Jazz for purchase how they can say it because they are dealer of exclusive Maruti. The concern person is telling me that car is waiting 6 months but you can take Honda in a month. Contact person name Abdul Rahaman.
      Now I am requesting you to if they can't give car than refund money and I will purchase Hundai elite now.

        I was driving from Rajkot to Jamnagar in my SX4 where at a stretch of 50km my gears were blocked and i experienced a car breakdown due to breakage of Clutch Wire. I dont know how and why but i had just got my car back from the company garage just a day before my trip.

        how do u compensate for a life threatening incident.

          Dear Sir, I purchased CIAZ Hybrid car on 15/10/2015 from AUTO PACE industrial Area Phase 1 Chandigarh .After some time its Hybrid function is not working properly, sometimes it works & many a days it won't work.I informed about this feature to AUTO PACE service center people in Chandigarh & also had been there Three -Four times but the defect still remains.Now they said people from Delhi will come & do the needful.The problem persists from December 2015 but till date it has not been resolved so far.I want it to be rectified immediately.

            Recently I purchased maruthi swift from Abt GUINDY which is full of problems. My q is that showroom people are also unable to understand the problems. Unefficiency might be one of the reason for that.
            Worst
            Worst service everything I have to tell them no proper knowledge towards the product fooling the customers verybadly in return prior to fix. They ask us to give the written feedback as they are more concerned towards the complaints from maruthi udyog

                I mr parvez ali residing at 1/3/h braun field row..purchase a maruti wagon r vxi on 23rd dec 2015..from premier car world kamarhati dealer...but till date no registration done no number ...no tax token yet recived i m unable to drive the car without number plate...so wat to do now plzz suggest me...plz help me now i can sell the car also...i m very much shocked so big company like maruti is doing this type of fault...

                    Dear Team,
                    I had booked Maruti Suzuki Baleno Zeta 1.3 Urban Blue on 12/11/2015.
                    I was committed the tentative delivery date of 6-8 weeks.
                    Its been more than 11 weeks today still there is no update on the delivery status.

                    Rather NEXA (Sales Dealer) sent us the grievance / apology mail saying that the delivery will be made in 14 to 16 weeks due to unprecedented demand and constraint in production.

                    This was not expected from Maruti Suzuki.

                    I have attached the Booking Receipt of my vehicle.

                    I had been continuously following up with Mr Pritesh ([protected]) from NEXA Maruti (Lower Parel)

                    Kindly intervene and resolve the same.

                      On 17 Jan 2016 their was a pick up drop for my ALTO 800 car having No MH-31 EA 6312, where pick up & drop has been done properly by driver. But the service engineer name Mr. Chandrashekhar ( @ SEVA Nagpur- Wadi ) has rudely behaved with me, when I was telling about my issue of Car which need to be taken care while doing service.

                      You are requested to kindly guide him, If this is reportation of MARUTI, then definitely I will switch On to another BRAND vehicle. I am associated with MARUTI SEVA almost 10 years with a different segment Car I am using . This car was of My Father's Name Mr Hiraman Nare..

                          hi team,
                          i have buy a gixxer 6 months ago, til 1st service i didn't get any problem but after 1st service i have problem of performance, my bike engine giving hard noice which newer came before and performace and RPM is decreases, so i need a perfect solution for my bike i need a perfect SVC who cure my engine problem.

                          I have purchased new suzuki access 125 . I paid full amount in cash and received incomplete document even octori receipt is not available means its fraud against gov and cant even provide to replace my axle shaft which is suzuki's mistake .                             I have serviced my Maruti swift in cars India Kottivakkam -authorised Maruthi service centre. Replaced the glass and complained about brake light . After that wire got short circuited and they done some work around ., after that, I am still facing that issue . They telling some reasons like cos of wiring I have done for speaker and fog light causing the issue .. Not car inside cabin light, audio and all fused out and when I try to replace new fuse, it keeps on short circuiting ..

                              I have given my car (AP 11 AR 5569) swift desire which has met with an accident to jaya lakshmi motors @ongole but they transfered the car to jaya lakshmi motors @ guntur and they have not done the things right . engine oil is leaking from engine near the fuel injectors and they didn't fix the wiper motor that was charged for that and the wind sheild was not fixed properly at bottom center button was broken, removed fuel and front two wheel caps also not given .They charged me with extra amount for so many things which I have enquired at other authorized dealer they have not gave the detailed estimation report of insurance copy they given the so and so amount was approved for u r insurance and I have contacted them so many times to give those details of the insurance claim and they did not give any response

                                My ciaz car both fog light's glasses are starting Crack and I complaint to Eakanksh wheel Ambala cantt, Haryana ( 04, Dec., 2015) the quality of fog lights are very low as compare to company fit genuine fog lights and that's the reason it's crack only in 4 to 6 months, Eakanksh guys told me kindly give us 5 to 7 days we will replace same as company fit fog lamps we also want to know why so high quality deference between Accessories and company fit fog lamps. After ten days I called to Eakanksh guy he told me we are discuss, after twenty days same reply, after Thirty days same reply. At last the Eakanksh guy call me (14, Jan, 2016) that your fog lights has come in our show room so you can come any time and replace your fog lights. Next day I reach Eakanksh wheel show room but i found that the same low quality fog lights vendor send them and and the company replaced same fog lights in my ciaz car. I am really very disappointed from Maruti company and i don't know why you are cheating with your customers. I am very much sure that the fog light's glasses will be start cracking very soon because of its cheap quality and the Maruti will be responsible for it whenever Maruti doesn't replace it with genuine fog lights.

                                    This is newly purchased car, current running meter is around 1300 KM only as of now and I am facing issue in this car since 1st Inspection.

                                    Issue: (1.) Engine overheating after 15-20 min drive (2.) Engine oil presser is showing low

                                    Regarding this I have also called multiple time to [protected] and also sent an email with all details to [protected]@maruti.co.in. COMPLAIN NO: [protected]

                                    But still no one is responding correctly and no one considering my issue. I asked give me the next level escalation details, however not provided by the customer care.

                                    I have already informed 2-3 times and conducted Maruti Care (ROHAN MOTORS Chatterpur, New Delhi) from where it has purchased because they did the first inspection also. However, they haven’t done the proper resolution and car handed over to me without issue resolve.

                                    This is let you know that, further I am so much troubled from this car since last month. On this last Monday due to this issue car overheated and I & my family member had to faced problem of car break down in the middle of highway, which caused me and my family trouble mentally & physically as I had to privately tow my car to the nearest service station, where the exact problem was detected and was informed to me that this problem is occurring from past few days which was left undetected when I initially visited “Rohan Moters”

                                    Can anyone respond here, where I need to escalate the issue??
