Last year (Dec 14) i purched Maruti suzuki vxi. As per specification details i supposed to have rear seat arm rest, but i have't got it.Is there any solution for that?with thanks Mrinal Dey from Agra, UP.

      We took our car Maruti Wagon R for servicing on the 3rd December 2015 to Paramount Service Centre in Mira Road. The servicing guy said that lets take a round in the car and check, so the servicing guy sat in the driver seat and I took the front seat next to the driver and my wife behind. The servicing guy went full speed on the Bhakti Vedant road and lost control after seeing a pothole and bang to the left hand side divider and the car over...

      Dear Sir/ Mam I have purchased Maruti Swift ZXI as on 23rd Dec. 2014 from Rana Motors Registration No. HR-36X-0556. My vehicle is in brand new condition, approx 24000 km run and I have got done all services on time as per schedule and from Maruti Suzuki Authorised service centres. Last Sunday I was driving in my car along with my family and suddenly I heard a blast sound and I have to stop my car and I escaped from a major accident as truck was behind me and he has to put emergency breaks. I saw there was oil all over on the road and I have to tow the car to nearest service centre in Rewari. (Dinco Four Wheeels). I am chasing with the service center but response from Maruti Suzuki side is very poor till now I have not got any satisfied answer from service person. The service person is also chasing with Maruti for their conclusion. As per service guy whole engine got damaged and con rod broken into two pieces and they have to change engine parts. I am surprised that trusted brand in India are making this kind of parts that can take any body’s life anytime. I have buy top model in Maruti Suzuki because of its safety features but all in vain. I don’t need this car as whole engine is opened and I don’t know what would be the future consequences, will it work properly or not, what would be millage, what would be the performance and as I have put 6.5 lakh in this so I don’t want to drive such vehicle which can break down any moment. And i want replacement for the same I hope you will help me out to get out of this abnormal situation and provide me new vehicle with immediate resolution.           Dear Concerned, I ve given my service of ALTO 800 in Vijayawada, with Varun motors in 11/12-2015. The estimate for 20k service was approximately RS5000/- this is not at par with other dealer service in Tamilnadu. I have hence called customer care to check the costs, on an average. To my dismay I have noticed that your own customer care people dont know the service costs. I cannot understand whom to refer to as the number for operations in Hyderabad, which was given for reference is also not of any help. This is my third vehicle, and first with MARUTHI, the sole purpose of having owned a Maruthi is for the low costs of maintenance. Now the maintenance costs seems more than the promise delivered. If Maruthi is keen on looking at customers like me, this is a chance for their improvement. Am seriously disappointed with the way they are handling my issue. Rgds, Deepak

            I have purcahsed suzuki access bearing re.no. mh23ak9973 from beed on 4/4/2015 . Vehicle is not working properly and automatecally stoped, battery is not working properly hence there is problem in self starting, the battery of the vehicle is within warraty, hence request to u to consider my request and give me relief asap my con.no.                 I buyed scooty from dealer. He said it will give you 55 mileage. The company has write 60 on its book, but it has never gave me 33 + mileage in 5 months. The dealer said that i can't do anything. I waana know how can such a company cheat with customers. The product is of 61000 thousands . I am from kulgam, srinagar. My name adil. This company has cheated with me. I can't afford to go court. . So here I wanna help.

                  I purchased new car Celerio ZXI of maruti suzuki recently but I am very sad there is no sounnd of beep siren while locking and unlocking the car door by remote key. It is there in ZXI optional model one siren while locking and two siren while unlocking.

                    I was bought suzuki gixxer two wheel on April 8, I have maintain the proper bike service with in the KM in service center but now i have a problem in clutch related issue. I have to talk with services engineers they said need to change clutch assembly cost is 1500rs my last service is[protected] i use only 5800 km then why i got the clutch issue how can i able to keep my bike in future. This is a manufacturing defect.. like yamaha, bajaj bikes are runing superly old bikes also my bike is new but i can to do that.. verfy irritating.. can you please process the issue and escalted other wise i have to file the complaint and spread the issue through whats up to everyone dont by the suzuki gixxer.. that's it..

                        My Car No. is JH05BB1031. I bought same from Pebco Motors, Jamshedpur. My insurance renewal date was 17th Nov'15. I received a call from Pebco regarding payment of my insurance premium which I agreed. Thereafter, I contacted Pebco for payment details through out the period from 15th Nov'15 till date. My woes started from here. I was not provided details vide mail. After regular follow up I obtained the account details of Pebco on my initiative. Thereafter, I have been requesting for hard copy of my policy as well as soft copy. Despite commitment from Pebco representative nothing has happened. I have been driving my car post 17th Nov'15 without insurance copy. I am frustated with the way Pebco is acting in this issue. As you are aware about Motor Vehicle rules for not having insurance copy in hand while driving the car, I request for immediate resolution. Regards, Avijit Mohan Bhattacharya

                          I have purchased Celerio VXI AT from Patel Motors, Indore on 9th November 2015. I have complained regarding seat cover that I purchased as accessory. The back side cover was torn from back side. I have not seen that at that time. When I noticed it I complain to Patel Motors verbally. But unfortunately I could not get any response. So please register my complain & resolve it.

                          In response to my complain of new purchased seat cover, which was found tear, Maruti Suzuki, give me a shabby & shameful solution with "Rafu", which is totally not acceptable to a customer.
                          Maruti Suzuki have to resolve the complain properly & should learn to treat with customers.
                          Day before yesterday I received a mail from Maruti Suzuki indicating that I have tear the seat cover & blaming to Maruti for that. What a way to behave with a customer & manipulation on your negligence, carelessness and poor workmanship during fitting of seat cover. With such attitude towards a customer Maruti can not survive.

                              My car Swift VDI Reg. No. MP 43 C 2673 is being regularly serviced and checked at your authorized service centers. The engine of my car was ceased in June 2014 which was attended thereafter by Rukhmini Motors Ujjain. As per your service experts, the problem occurred due to leakage of engine oil. Recently in Aug 15, my car met an accident and was attended & checked thoroughly by Patel motors Ratlam, including engine oil etc. Now in Nov 15, my car suddenly started to make abnormal sound while running. It was seen at patel motors Ratlam and again they are saying that there is an engine breakdown due to oil leakage. My complaint is that when my car is being periodically checked up at your authorized service centers, then how does the engine of the car is getting ceased due to oil leakage in running conditions ? especially when it is not hit by anything. Why such major engine failures are occurring so frequently ? I have been made liable for undue maintenance & repair costs despite of periodic check up.                                 Very painful and pathetic experience at k p automotive while giving my sx4 on service this is the last time I am giving my vehicle on service to kp automotive jaipur, nobody is bothered there about customer vehicle and timings, we are loyal customer of maruti but it seems the service staff doesnt care, such a pathetic experience even I decided not to purchase any maruti model in future. They have taken hefty charges but the service is very very unsatisfactory with many complaints left unattended, plus vehicle delivered without proper washing Had send my complaint to maruti HO also but they also forwarded the same to dealer to resolve instead of taking any action. I am planning to go to consumer forum now.

                                    Hi, My car is repaired in Jammu Vechileads workshop in June'15 after repair i found that there is marks of paint spread everywhere in my car interior. after compaining they polished my car and told me that every thing is ok and it will never reflect again but with in 4 month the marks of paint again reflecting on interior every where and my new car interior looking very odd & dull. now my car in VEchileads workshop again same issue from last two week but they are not providing any solution & maruti people not bother to contact me regarding my complaint raised twice & thrice on maruti portal Complaint number [protected]. now i am trying to contact you to help me to provide solution of my complaint.                                       I sandesh harmalkar from goa anjuna. i have booked car to sai service mapuca dattawaddi on 17/11 2015 they have promised me to deliver the car on 29/11/2015 and sale exicative have said that when that car stock come in first preferance for me but they denied to give that and deliver car to other cusomer.till date they have not given the car. they have already recive my dimand draft.
