had given my car maruti wagon for servicing in M/s. Kothari Wheels, Hadapsar. Not satisfied with service and response of the agency. Two days after servicing of the car the car was not starting. when mechanic was called he informed the battery had spoiled. however this should have been noticed in the service as in the bill battery servicing charges were included. when i reached the service station to collect the vehicle the vehicle was not washed. it was washed and cleaned after i reached there at 4.00 pm. billing took around 45 minutes. i was able to get vehicle only at 6.30 pm. \my complaint is how the service station did not not ome to know that battery was spoiled when it was serviced. in fact i doubt whether the car was really serviced.

    The two cover glasses of head lights are seen faded abnormally and shows an old look to the newly purchased swift vdi car. This complaint informed with your dealer M /S Sai service station, Perumbavoor, Kochi, Kerala.after first free service it self on August 2013.But the dealer informed that the changes in the clarity of the head light glass may be due to the presence of moisture. The vehicles purchased from other dealers during the same period has not such defects. Recently I am again approached the dealer, they informed the abnormal changes in clarity of head light glass of newly purchased vehicle may be due to the manufacturing defect. Hence I request you kindly do the needful to rectify this defect at the earliest. The images of the defective parts, copy of R C and Invoice are attached. Vehicle Reg.       Hi i am Dharmveer Singh Rathore ([protected]) Booked a Swift desire VDI (Megna Gray colored) on 6th June at your Authorized Dealer M/s Ajmer Auto Agencies (P) Ltd Ajmer. at the time of booking the sales Manager Mr. Neeraj Agrawat ([protected]) was committed to provide my car till 22nd June. Hence there was my spouse Birthday on 24th June so it was plan to give the New car as Birthday gift to my spouse.But unfortunately yet today i couldn't receive my Booked car. During this period i had called many time to Mr. Neeraj for follow-up for same but we didn't respond to me, even when i visited to your branch on 22nd June, he neglected to meet with me. so this is the matter of your commitment and prestigious for response/ follow-up to Customer by your staff. so this is requested to follow-up my complaint and provide the Booked car on priority basis. It is a very dangerous situation & can cause accidents serious injuries to us & others around. kalyani has failed to attend.Take back d car.

          Problem in ertiga gearbox

          have bought new Ertiga in October 2013, i got it properly serviced from Maruti Service Master Okhla all 3 services, my car has done only 23000 kms. In April 2015, my car having problem with gear as i cant lower my gear from 3rd to 2nd gear. But i can put it in 2nd after 1st. So i shown my car to service station.           I bought a ford ikon (KA 02 Z 2964) car from the owner directly. But after few days i got a call from one of the executive from Sagar Automobile by asking me to submit my ID proof since my car has exchanged for another Maruti Brand cars. 1. I did not purchased a car from True valley where i purchased a car from the direct owner. 2. The original owner trying to show that he has exchanged the car to Maruti Suzuki and getting new car on discount price though he did not sell his car to Maruti suzuki. 3. Though your executive knows that the car has not been selled through true valley still they have asked for the documents to submit for the legal transfer from company side. Could you please someone take care of this and stop doing this unethical practises.

            We are facing poor mileage of my vehicle ERTIGA Zdi from the date of car purchase, regarding this we approached four times to your local car dealer M/s.Revankar Motors PVT LTD;, Hubballi, Karnataka state. There is no any improvement in mileage of my vehicle.It gives only ten kilo-metres per liter.Second problem is your clustermetre shows range only 430 kilometers, after filling full tank of fuel it gives only 10.75 Km/Liter.As per Cluster meter & practical mileage both are giving 10.75 Km/liter. Vehicle Details: Model ERTIGA Zdi Engine/Chassis No.:2168336/188664 Year of Manufacture:2013 Registration No.:KA -25 Z.-9796 The ERTIGA is till under warranty, please replace the car, give me a new good conditioned & good mileage car.               Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to make a complaint regarding extremely poor and negligent services by your Maruti Dealers (Simran Motors Pvt. Ltd, New Panvel (W)). I am writing this email with lot of mental agony faced by me due to the service dept of Simran Motors Pvt. Ltd. The registration no. of my car is MH 46 Z 8364. I had an AMC and given my car for service to Simran Motors Pvt. Ltd. on 23/06/2015 and Job Advisor who attented me was Mr. Deepak Yadav. I received bill amounting Rs. 11, 281/- in which total service amount is of Rs. 4386.63/- with taxes and remaining amount of Rs. 6894.72/- with taxes is of Labour Charges charged to me. I don't understand how come the labour charges can be so high against the work done. I m describing below the labour charges charged to me even though I had an AMC with Simran Motors Pvt. Ltd, New Panvel. Labour charges charged are as follows :- 1) FRNT BRAKE CALIPER ASY BOTH SID R&R - Rs. 650/- 2) CONSUMMABLE CHECK / REPLACEMENT - Rs. 120/- 3) TECH - 2 / SDT PARAMETERS CHECKING - Rs. 550/- 4) OUT SIDE LABOUR - Rs. 350/- 5) OUT SIDE LABOUR - Rs. 900/- 6) COWL CENTRE GARNISH - Rs. 850/- 7) EGR VALVE OR GASKET R/R - Rs. 2, 450/- 8) INTER COOLER CLEANING - Rs. 850/- TOTAL LABOUR CHARGES AMOUNT Rs. 6, 720/- Other than this I had a complaint regarding Fuel in Fuel Tank. When I gave my car for servicing on 23/06/2015, Diesel in fuel tank was near 3/4th of Tank and when I received my car after servicing, Diesel in Fuel Tank was below 1/2 of Tank. When I asked the reason for this, no one was able to give me a proper reason for the same. I am totally disappointed with this kind of behaviour from Simran Motors Pvt. Ltd, New Panvel. Due to such service centres Maruti Suzuki is losing their valuable Customers. I request to kindly look into the matter and help me out from this. Thanks & Regards Manish K Mehta

                i m an old customer of maruti suzuki since 1999, when i purchased my 1st maruti 800ac car which i had changed with an esteem vxi in2005.i was really satisfied with the quality of products, so in 2014 i decided to own an ertiga vxi.having reg.no.pb 11 bk 7447, which i think was my wrongest decision as there is a major problem in the gear shift of the car especially when to load in a reverse gear.while shifting to reverse gear it is giving problem in almost all the times, i like to inform u about the mileage i had just run my car near about 5942km, a problem which a person also told me that there was a noise while shifting of gears, when we stood near the engine of the car, there is no noise in engine when the car is start but there is anoise while shifting of gears, i had visited the company authorised service center for so manytimes but they have no solution for this, i have almost visited for 4 to 5 times the center they always take a test drive but not ready to realise the problem, at my last visit to the center i.e.hira automobiles, patiala, i says to make a job sheet of work they have done with the car, those people give me a job sheet of work they have done, they r not doing any thing except the adustment of the nuts i dont know why they have not any solutions now those r saying to pick up the 1st gear then pick reverse gear so that phase of gears get in proper phase.when i says them that is this the soln.then they r speechless, according to them this is not a major problem, then i got the no.of mr.shiv pushp which they say is a maruti engineer i contacted him telephonically he says me to send the no.of my car which isend him at the same time &he assures me to give me revert in half an hour which i m still waiting, sir, let me tell u that still the problem is existing & i have so many sleepless nights as i have a burden on my mind that i had choose a wrong product and waisted my money, as still i had run it to 5942km.im phasing such kind of promblems what will happpen when then car will be driven for a few years, i has to spare so many to visit the sevice centers of marutisuzuki, sir i m mentally upset after purchasing a such kind of product which acc. to me is not up 2 mark, sir a few peoples r saying me give the news in the newspapers so that the peoples those r also unsatisfied with the quality and phasing such kind of problem will come to join us for the fight as a few persons in my circle have the same problem, sir a few people says me to take a legal action and file a complaint in the consumer forum to get the justice, now i m cofuse totally to what to do eigther take the way to knock the door of consumer forum and request them if there is no soln.then pl. sell my car in the market and brought the money for me, so that i can forget it as a bad dream, and get some peace of mind, i, m forwarding my this complaint after being harrashed, & think for a positive response so that i can go forward in my daily life .neither thinking about my wrong decision, my contact no.is [protected].sir please do some thing for me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                  I wish to bring to the notictly of Maruti regarding the poor dealing and sevice of Maruti vehicle in jalandhar city, punjab. I dropped my maruti vehicle no. PB08CF2179 on 9-6-15 for repair and denting to lovely autos workshop in jalandhar. I was told that vehicle will be ready within 7 days. When i called up after a week no one gave me any satisfactory reply for almost 2 days. 3rd day i got the call that they will ready the vehicle in 2 days . After 2 days on repeated calling i was told that vehicle is not ready and they have many other vehicle to service and they need 3-4 days more. This continued for another 3-4 days and finnaly i got my vehicle after 16 days. This is quite disturbing. Maruti as far as i know is known for excellent after sales service but sasly my experince with Maruti car is much Disturbing. Apart from poor service the client dealing is horrible. They just don't listen to you. Everytime they say that they'll call back in 5 min. but they never turn up. One has to call again and again to enquire regarding our vehicle. I have never experince such a bad dealing by any workshop. After such a poor experince i'll not suggest anyone to go for maruti vehicle or to go to authorized service centres of Maruti.                     Sir, i bought one maruthi alto car from indus motors chalakudy kerala, with chassis no MA3EZDE1S00123240ME.after recaving my car, i noticied several black marks on the outer body surface of my white car.i complained that with delear and submit the car with them for rectifieng the compliant.                       Refer to my complaint dated 04 Jun 2016 regarding "lot of sound coming from left front or rear wheel" . The vehicle was given to M/s Prime Motors at Agra on 16 Jun 2015 . They replaced Rear shocker assembly (one side). I reported the matter immediately at service station that the sound is still coming. I again given vehicle on 20 Jun 2015. They changed sliding Pin Set on both the front tyres. During my third free service at 10368 km at Madhusudan Motors at Agra, they did not find any defect in my vehicle. Then how my first tyre was worn out at 16258 km, when I got my vehicle's alignment and balancing done. I immediately inform the service centre and they said everything is OK and you need not to worry. During my paid service at 20505 km at M/s Prime Motors at Agra on 20 May 2015, I was informed that my two tyres worn out and need replacement. I therefore feel that in the service centers they do not check all the items need to be checked. They do only the change of oil and coolant where they can make the money. Moreover, the quality of the items used by maruti are not of high standard that is why my rear shock absorber assembly and caliper Pin Assembly was changed so early. In view of the above I therefore request you to replace my two tyres which was worn out due to service centre negligence or due to faulty rear shock absorber assembly and caliper Pin Assembly.                         I AM A MEMBER OF MARUTI FAMILY SINCE JULY 2011. SINCE I AM IN A TRANSFERABLE JOB I HAVE BEEN POSTED IN MANY STATES OF INDIA AND I HAVE TO GO ALONGWITH MY CAR. IN OTHER STATES I HAVE RECEIVED A WARM AND SATISFACTORY SERVICE AND RESPONSE IN INDIA EXCEPT IN ANDAMAN. WHEN I AM GOING FOR REGULAR SERVICE IN MARUTI WORKSHOP RESPONSE OF THE SERVICE ENGINEERS ARE VERY POOR. THEY ARE NOT EVEN AVAILABLE TO EXPLAIN THE AFTER SERVICE DETAILS AND SIMPLY DIRECTING TO BILLS DEPARTMENT FOR MAKING THE PAYMENTS. I AM NOT EVEN TOLD WHAT ALL ARE THE WORKS DONE IN MY CAR. SIMPLY I HAVE TO SETTLE THE BILL AND TAKE THE CAR OUT. NOT AWARE WHAT HAS BEEN DONE IN MY CAR WHETHER ALL THE ISSUES HAS BEEN RESOLVED OR NOT NO ONE AVAILABLE TO REPLY. AFTER 3-4 DAYS I USE TO RECEIVE A CALL WHETHER YOU ARE SATISFIED BY THE SERVICE DONE AT WORKSHOP TO JUST COMPLETE THE FORMALITIES. IT IS REALLY DISGUSTING. NOW I AM THINKING TO CHANGE THE CAR AND MAY SWITCH OVER TO SOME OTHER BRAND/COMPANY VERY SOON IF THE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF THE WORKSHOP NOT IMPROVED.

                          Dear sir, I booked a MARUTHI ERTIGA VXI ABS on 8th June 2015 with PLA motors, Trichy. They assured to deliver my car on 24th or 25th. Now they are delaying it to 8th July. As I got the DD from my bankers my EMI starts from 15th June. Some other persanal reasons I want my New car on or before 1st July. Pls arrange to deliver it ASAP.

                            MARUTI IS NOT LISTNING OUR COMPLAIN SERIOUSLY... Maruti is a renowned and perfect brand for our imagination as we are using maximum maruti products but after purchasing of our latest vehicle from VIPUL MOTORS, NOIDA (details given below) ruined Maruti perception in our eye. Vehicle: MARUTI EECO FLEXI GREEN Color: White- 26U Bill dated: 13- may-15 Bill Invoice No.: VSL15000241 Vehicle pick date: 19- may-15 Gate pass No.: SGP15000311 we have taken this vehicle on 19-may-15 form "VIPUL MOTORS, P-6, OCEAN COMPLEX, SEC-18, NOIDA-201301" .On the day of 20-may-15 we have received the papers of the above said vehicle, after that we have started the use of vehicle on 21-may-15. on the day 1st the vehicle has shown the defects of getting extra heated and stopped. how can we bear the product of maruti that it self getting stuck due to manufacturing defects so that on the day 1st it shows the difficulty in run. THAT RUINS THE IMAGE OF BEST AUTOMOBILE COMPANY OF COUNTRY. Now we don't want to suffer with this product that shows the defect on its 1st day of running kindly arrange us the change of the above said vehicle.

                              I had booked a new Maruti WagonR on 20/06/2015 at Rana Motors, New Delhi by paying full amount of Rs. 3, 85, 000 by cheque. On asking for the vin number repeatedly the full number MA3EVDELSOO763216CF was verbally advised to me today i.e. 22/06/2015. Based on the vin number I now know that I am being offered delivery of a car manufactured in March'15 instead of June'15. On requesting for a June model car the dealer Rana Motors says it is impossible as the car has been registered in my name. I would like to take delivery of WagonR manufactured in June.

                                Sir, The Vehicle No. DL-1C-L5103 met with an accident on 28.05.2015 and the damaged vehicle was brought to the Shakumbari Automobiles, Kotdwara somehow on 29.05.2015 at 9.45 am vide security check slip No. 180525. I was assured by the officials that the vehicle shall be got repaired within 7-10 days. A few photostat papers which were faded and could not be read was put up before me and i was asked to sign to get the benefit of insurance claim. I did the same. Since that day i was only informed on 18.06.2015 through SMS from [protected] that total bill amt. 24153 amt u hv to pay 8415 and another SMS was that Vech will be read tody by 5 pm at 13:48 on the same day i.e. 18.06.2015. I reached the work shop at 10.15 am on 21.06.2015 two days later after the promised time i.e. 5 pm on 18.06.2015. Only then the actual work started I remained there till 4:00 pm in mental agony. The vehicle was delivered to me in unsatisfactory condition resulting in my harassment, mental torture and the deficiency in service. Even after 24 days the vehicle remained in unsatisfactory condition. The remarks were given by me on the bill/ invoice No.BR15000122 as well as on the gate pass of the vehicle. I feel cheated by the Shakumbari Automobiles as they charged me undue, without going through the actual damages to the vehicle by accident. Neither the surveyor estimated the damages properly in connivance with the Shakumbari Automobile staff. I was never told/informed/emailed about the estimate during the 24 days stay of the vehicle in the workshop. The meter reading of the vehicle was 53212 as per security check slip. after taking the delivery in unsatisfactory condition I brought the vehicle in delhi on 22.06.2015. The vehicle sound/ noise increased with the passing of every kilometer. I took the vehicle today i.e. 22.06.2015 to another maruti authorised dealer workshop the the meter reading says 53449. A tentative estimate of Rs.11, 000/- has been handed over to me which is due to poorest quality of service and negligence on the the part of Shakumbari Automobiles, Kotdwara. This immediate expenditure should be paid by the Shakumbari Automobiles at their risk and cost of the Shakumbari Automobiles failed in giving quality service, and fooled/cheated me. The above letter may kindly be acknowledged and the stern action be taken against the erring automobiles as well as pay damages/additional expenditure paid by me due to total negligence on the part of Shakumbari Automobiles.

                                    To whom so ever concerned I am writing this mail againist the maruti service department. My maruti ritz vdi no. DL8c ah 0170 (dd motors), went for the rotuine service after the service the car developed few defects regarding which i called up the workshop ppl they came at my place and tried to rectified the defect but the problem was still dere it was nt completly rectified. They told me that they will contact me once again regardimg the same but till then i have not recived a single call or email from there side . At the time of service the company makes several call to bring tge car for service what happens after that there is no one to take the feedback when i called up at the customer care many a times tgere no body to attend the calls they keep the call on hold and then no response . This is a big loop hole there is no contact with the customer after selling the product. My car is still not rectified it has few technical snags i want the customer care dept or the service dept to contact me as soon as possible. Pradeep solanki [protected]

                                      Dear sir, This is ASHOK TOMAR owner of SWIFT VDI- UP 32 GA 4717 . met an accident on 28th May, 15 and I handed over my car to BRIGHT 4 WHEELS BODYSHOP LUCKNOW on same day and expected to deliver my car on 20th of June, 15 but now they are not sure when to deliver the car to me in spite of getting insurance claim in time.Please take care of the same otherwise I will not accept this car .
