i had given my car for service at Atul motors amreli, and my car charger, car perfume, my sun glasses, and many other things were in the car. but when i tool it back things were missing and when i complaint the same they refused for the same.

    Though I have complained to you on 16/2/2015 regarding service of the local dealer (SKY AUTOMOBILES, BERHAMPUR, ODISHA, ) regarding fitting of the fog lights and non supply of remote control for the inbuilt stereo system of ALTO K 10 which I took delivery on 28/1/2015I have not heard any message from you.         Hi, My self Ashok Ajmera and I bought Ciaz VXI+ from Vipul motors, Sodala, jaipur on 6th Jan 2015, got car delivery on 06th Feb. I had very bad experience.Please find the details below: 1.My car is having 4-5 scratches which i did not notice because dealer hide them under the ribbons.Now today while i was cleaning my vehicle removed those ribbons and noticed the same. I spent my hard earned money and Very much disappointed with this cheating.Expect you to take some strict action against the dealership. 2.I requested to fit some accessories(Seat cover, Matting, Window chrome), i am not at all satisfied, none of them fitted properly...Very much unhappy 3.Car is also making some noise 4.Sales guy did not fulfil his promises Please look into this, i was expecting a service call but did not receive till now.           To, The Manager Batra Auto. I am writing this mail for your kind information that I have given my car HR51BC 3781 on service on 16th of Feb 2015, the same was picked through Mr. Bhupendra from my office 12/1 Mathura Road, at that time my music system was on FM mode & usb drive was IN, although it has been clearly instructed to remove all loose items from car but anyhow I did not remember to take my pen drive from music system, when car was returned I did not find my USB drive on music system, I immediately called on your customer desk and her language was so rude that cannot be explained, although the item cost was not more that 400-500 Rs. But it was lost. I Gave my car with complete responsibility and it your duty that none of the items is missing. Mr. Bhupendra called me yesterday that he will try to find out the USB but till time I have not received any call and I am sure that he will not call me on this. I even want to rate cleaning of car 1 of 10, the same was not cleaned properly and I am sure I will never ever give my car to Batra Faridabad.

            Hi,

            Unfortunately i bought a Desire in the May, 2014 but since starting it was having some Gear problem- Back Gear is having some problem, Some Engine Noise in the Cabin, Roof Insulation is not properly fix, that very loos, paint of lower fender is poor, Finishing and fitting was as poor as it is worst and cheapest product fitted by a local mechanics of the road. Before this i was using Ford Fusion and really there is a difference of miles in the quality. Its my humble request to please take it back refund my amount with you i will prefer to go with ford again, as you are having just cheaper quality.

              Dear sir, I have taken an ALTO K10 VXI through Sky Automobiles, Dharmanagar, Main Road, Berhampur 760 002, Tel:[protected]; E Mail: [protected]@skyautomobiles.in on 28th January, 2015. The dealer has not provided a remote control for the Stereo Audio system provided as in built in the vehicle. The vesion of the dealer is that the remote for the Audio system is not provided by the manufacturer. I request you to direct the dealer to provide the remote control if it is provided by Maruti Suzuki. If not provided by the manufacturer I request you to provide me the remote control for the stereo system. The 2nd point is the fog lights installed by the dealer has no separate switch for the same, and they connected it directly to the Parking light. When the parking light is on the FOG lights are also ON so the battery will run down. Under the circumstances I request you to direct thye dealer to put up a sepaarate switch for the FOG ligths. In this connection I would like to point out that the box which contains the FOG lights has mentioned that there is a switch, but the dealer has not provided me the same, Moreover when they brought the box containing the FOG lights was not sealed bgut it was opened. I am an old customer of Maruti since February, 2009.                 On 14.02.15 Saturday at 11:25, Ms Moumita of Premier Car World Workshop 29 B.T Road Kolkata-700 058 called me to inform me that my new Maruti Cellerio car was already due for the 3rd free servicing and that whether I cold come with my car the next day i.e 15 th. morning. I informed her that Sunday is an off dayfor my driver. So she informed me that she would arrange for a pick up by 8:30 a:m and delivery by 12:30 noon.I thanked her and informed her that in case there was a problem I would inform her by 5:00 p.m to avoid any harassment to the people who would come for the pick up and that if there was no ph call from my end it was ok with me.
                Next day I.e 15 th. morning ( Sunday), i kept on waiting for the car to be picked up and even cancelled my program of going to the market. But as usual no body turned up and there was no ph call from Premier Work shop. So the whole morning was wasted.
                In the evening of the same say i.e Sunday the 15th. she called me again and rattled off the same point as the day earlier. I reminded her of the incident the previous day. I was amazed to hear that she could not relate the incident. I got a little frustrated and told her that if she kept on showing such kind of non commitment towards committed customers like me many o[censored]s would have no option but to dispense with the service of Maruti Suzuki. At this so utterly misbehaved with me and banged the ph. I called her back a minute back and wanted to know her name. After telling her name she again banged the ph.
                Now my question is - why would a committed customer of Maruti for the lat 8 years like me would have to suffer at the hands o[censored]nprofessional and non committed tellecallers like Ms MOUMITA for no fault of ours? I am deeply anguished and dejected at tge service of MARUTI SUZUKI.

                  I had carried out repair of my Maruti Dzire Car No.HR-26-AW-1178 IN Apra Auto (India) Pvt. Ltd., Sector-14, Gurgaon vide Job Card No.JC14032054; Dated 10/12/2014 and changed front and rear wheel bearings. However, after 2-3 days my car having noise while applying brake and clutches. When I again approached Apra Auto for this complaint the manager told me that they forget to fit Hub while replacing wheel bearings and as at that time they do not have spare part of Hub he promised that this will be fitted within few days. Since than I have several time spoke Apra Auto and personally visited their work shop but till date they have not fitted Hub in my car resulting in damages and noise in my car. Therefore, it is requested kindly look into the matter urgently and direct Apra Auto to fit the necessary Hub part and carry out the repair of any damages caused due to negligence made by Apra Auto

                    but they were doing minor repairs and giving back the vehicle to me which again giving problem in 3-6 Months time

                    Now on Feb 7th 2015 i took the vehicle to varun...

                    Dear Sir I, Ambat George Ninan had purchased a new Celerio VXI (AMT) ON[protected] from Indus Motors Thevara Cochin, Kerala.(Reg. No. KL 07. CB 7176) On noticing a defect in the front left suspension which was intimated to the CEO of the above dealership certain repairs/replacements were done on 1.01.2015 though not to my satisfaction. Later a defect was noticed in the steering box & the same was replaced on 29.01.2015. Now there is unusual sound fro the steering column. The car has clocked a little over 6500 km. Please be kind enough to direct the dealership concerned to have the mentioned defects ( Front Left Suspension & Steering Column) rectified at the earliest. I have been using Maruti Suzuki cars for the past 14 years but this is a first time unfortunate experience. Trust you will view this seriously and do the needful.                       Dear, I Book my Swift LXI(O) model from KIRAN Motors, Motera branch in AHMEDABAD. I have book my car on dt. 30th November, 2014 & already give advance payment by bank cheques. But they are not able to deliver the car as per his schedule time & last three months, they give wrong commitement to me. Kiran motor commited to give the car as per our proforma invoice. But now they are inform me that the car provide by new proforma invoice with increase the price. Mr. Jagdish Thakkar(Sales Manager) is not give satisfied answer to us. Pls. sort out my problem as soon as fast. Another i would like to go consumer court for my complain on above issue.

                          Maruthi Ertiga purchased on 10/01/2014 in chennai bearing registration no. TN10AP 0886. The car ran for 4300 Km for the whole year. During 1st free service vechile clocked 14 KM in high way. in city around 10 KM .
                          During 2nd free service vechile clocked 12KM in high way. in city around 10KM
                          During 3rd free service vechile clocked 9.7KM in highway.in city around 10KM.
                          After 3rd service we took the vechile from Chennai to Srivilliputur To Chennai.
                          during 1st tank fill of 45 liter car clocked 360 KM (average speed in high way 100 to 110 km)
                          During 2nd tank fill of37 liter car clocked 359 KM ( average speed in high way110 to 120 km)
                          During 3rd tank fill of 36 liter car clocked 365 KM. (average speed in high way 90 to 110km)
                          speed ranging from 90 km to 100 km odo meter average mileage shown 10.2 km
                          speed ranging from 100km to 110 km odo meter average mileage shown 9.7 km
                          speed ranging from 110 km to 120km also meter average mileage shown 9.7km.
                          After returning to chennai car taken to our nearest service OMS Maruthi service station in Madippakkam. they have checked all spark plugs, air pressure in tyres. After setting we have taken the car upto vellore from chennai for a high way ride. the car given 12.7 km at speed range of 80 to 100 km. it seems to be some technical issue in vechile. OMS service engineer suspects the clutch plate assembly. The car driven by self, my earlier Maruthi 800 served upto 1, 20, 000km. with best mileage of 16 to 17 in high way.No clutch plate change. Is it the condition of maruthi latest vechile, pl. clarify and do the needful.

                            My maruti alto LXi is less than 3 years old, within this period colour is removing like a scratch in 6-7 areas on body. When I contact dealer, they pointed out some chances of chemical fallen on it. But it is not possible, to fall any chemical on different parts of body.                               There is lot leakage of petrol in my maruti omni car on November 2014 and I gave for service to authorized service center thriveni cars(Salem), regarding this problem occurred. They serviced my car and gave me saying that the problem was solved. But on January 2015 the car fired suddenly while we traveling inside the car. In instant one auto driver alerted us that the car is in fire and we came out of car. Petrol leakage continues more and fire also increased. All around us were trying to stop fire. What the hell they had serviced my car and how did car fired even after they solved the problem. Do 'Thriveni cars' an authorized center or not ? How maruti certified them an authorized service center. Do they learning service with our cars ? I have bill(November) proof for servicing regarding this issue. How the Genuine parts can be damaged within two months ? Now my engine is totally fired. After this incident, we give our car to thriveni to repair on 29th January 2015. Still today they did not started working to recover our car and saying that they ordered parts and there is delay in delivering of parts from maruti.
                              During August 18 2020 my car was celerio tour h2 delivered from showroom, during night travel in my car front mirror was forms with mist and if I on wiper it's was not worked, so I gave service to Ayothiyapattanam Thiruveni Cars service station and the servicemen told that If rough polish applied it will gone and they have applied it. But after delivery the I have noticed that the mirror was fully scratched. While night traveling opposite vehicle light gets spreading through mirror and it's get damaged after that polish applied. I be visited showroom there is no response from them and asked me to claim the insurance for mirror and they told that delivery is only our job and after that it's not our problem..

                                  Sir, Purshotam I Tekwani, I booked New Maruti Ertiga VXI Petrol (White) Model from Spectra Moters Limited Plot no B-74, Road No 33, Near Kamgar Hosptial, Wagle EST, THANE 400 604.by Recipt Reference NO. 2560 dt 17/01/2015 I exchanged my Old Santro Xing Car. They assured me to deliver the Vehicle on 21/01/2015. But on 19.01.2014 they told me they can't deliver the Vehicle on 21.01.2015. As i Intended the to gift this vehicle in my Son Burthday. So this deed from Spectra Moters Limited me Stressed a lot. This is not a kind of behaviour a customer expect from the seller side. This is shameful for a prestigious car company that even after confirmed booking, ...

                                    This is regarding the Wagon R vehicle which I bought from Pratham Motors Bangalore on 14th Mar 2014. Recently, my car hit the bumper on the road & there a dent in the front door & some scratches were there in the rear door on the same side. The car is covered bumper to bumper in Bajaj Insurance & this was the 1st claim. The dealer only claimed to cover the front door & later asked us to bring the car 2nd time & making the service chargeable. Few point to highlight is as below:- 1) when the entire bumper to bumper coverage is there why the claim is settled in one go 2) For the same piece of work why do I've to send the car multiple time to the workshop & pay from my pocket 3) Parking charges are getting claimed each time the vehicle is going to the workshop - here I'd like to mention that I've handed over the vehicle to the dealer 9 am so I expected the car to be ready by day end and then why should I be paying 3- 4 days parking charges?
