I brougt my scooter from the suzuki access showroom on[protected]
at Andhrapradesh vehicle no ap39fw2013 and big problem related with battery and sensor problem but I noticed that then battery will exchanged back on 3-5 months back and reset the sensor also and had many problems like speedometer had also exchange and tyres also damaged but now the battery had dead on 3 days battery not working and Selfstart also damaged with in 5 months of time period how the battery will damaged now they are saying u pay the money

    (Booking done via Ackodrive.com to Kataria Bangalore Dealer on September 06 2021).

    Just to let you know that we were waiting since 3 months for the most popular MPV Maruti Ertiga LXI (Red) to have it in our family but, can observes that people who booked the car after 6th September got the delivery dates and some got car delivery already but it was frustrating seeing that for me I didn't get any 😐.
    Initially while booking dealer said within September end car will be delivered, the they postponed to Ayudha pooja (October 14th) then from there to October end, and from October to November 1st week. Now they are saying November last week, I am not sure they deliver my car November last week.

    Can understand there may be some logic applied by your external vendor which excluded my booking to be skipped OR
    there may be logic applied in manufacturing unit to manufacture a car on selective basis which may also excludes my booking to be skipped.

    Now as we are coming out of WFH and need to go back to my working place very soon it's not possible for me to wait any longer.

    Wishing you and all the manufacturing and sales team all the best as you had given a reason to Indian people to feel really proud by selling this beautiful MPV.

    Hope, I can be a part of it very soon.

      I’m a proud Ciaz owner since September 2017. I was driving back to ambala my hometown and suddenly around Gharaunda, the pickup dropped and check engine light came up, I immediately pulled over and stopped the car. I opened the hood to find a lot of heat so I decided to get the vehicle taken down to the dealership. Since it was around 10 at night and I was travelling with family so I organised another vehicle and a tow truck to take the vehicle down to Nexa Ambala for a thorough checkup. The Nexa people informed me that the vehicle has been overheated and it would set me back by around 1 lac rupees to fix the car.

      I would like to bring to your kind attention that since the check engine light came up the vehicle was immediately pulled over, how come the damage is so much in just a matter of seconds. I’m sure these days vehicles are coming with advanced computer controlled systems so there has to be some mechanism to warn the driver well in time to avoid any kind of severe damage to the engine, which in case was definitely not available.

        Dear all, I have got a call from Shivam Motors authorised service center in Andheri East Mumbai stating that a mandatory part on account of manufacturing default needs to be replaced. The authorised officials committed for a pick up and later on did not turn up.
        On top of that there is no revert from the company end even after follow-up from my side. This kind of behaviour is ideally not accepted from Maruti.
        May I request if someone senior picks it up and take strong action with immediate replacement of the manufacturing default

            Have took Vitara brezza vxi from adarsha motors warangal, Telangana on Oct 31, 2021. In quotation they have quoted car exshowroom price around 867000 and provided discount of Rs. 6500 ( company discount - 5000, corporate discount- 1500). I have received my bills today and have noticed in invoice exshowroom price is mentioned only 856000. And I observed the difference in life tax and insurance premium also. I got total difference of Rs.12000/- with compare to the invoice and the actual amount.

            And the difference amount is taken up with the store manager Karthik and he refused to refund the amount and saying that the remaining amount is adjusted in the discount provided in the accessories. Which is not disclosed earlier and not informed while delivery of the vehicle.

            And also they have not informed or taken any confirmation while taking insurance premium which suppose to be informed and take the confirmation from the owner.

            Please review and do the needful.
            Please strengthen the process to avoid such frauds.
            And also accessories price, quality and purpose to be transperent which is playing the major role in making the customers fool.
            Please let me know is there any return policy to return all the accessories which are not used and not required

              Dear sir,
              I visited MARUTI SUZUKI KULDEEP MOTORS PVT.LTD. ETAWAH on 07/08/2021 first time and bucked MARUTI SUZUKI ERTIGA VXI CNG and paid 11000 for it.
              They insure me for delivery in january 2022 . Then they contact me again on second week of septmber and said to pay 45000 more .Which i paid on15/09/2021
              This all time they are cheating me and giving me fake receipt . On 22/10/2021 I contact customer care for further update They told to visit Maruti suzuki Etawah kuldeep motors. KULDEEP MOTOR's sales team told that there are no bucking on this name (Rakesh chandra verma) They said that they will buck again and they give me a receipt on 23/10/2021 Then i visited again on 25/10/2021 on that date they again bucked and give me a computrised receipt
              Now there sales team member demanding 20000 extra for fast processing
              So kindly a attention on that

                My family visited Gorakhpur suddenly the car burned down.
                If service is done then how is the car caught on fire or no complaint is being noted by us.
                Toll free number is telling service charge per caller per log if something happens to our family then who will be responsible for it, I should be given immediate reply.
                The toll free number is made up of speakers who said I couldn't help it.

                  My car is Swift ZXI model(TN77L0938)
                  I was done pain service 2 month back. It was done in Ayothiyapattam service center, Salem, tamilnadu. They might cleaned the AC filter but they forgot to attach it back. Now when check AC for se other issues, it was there. When I called them they simply telling we are not remember that. Now I have purchased new AC filter and added to it. it was mistake by them but I got lost my money because of their mistakes.. I need explanation for this. And solutions for this. I am very disappointed like these services. And it was really worst from them.

                    Hi, I have booked Maruti Ertiga CNG (White) car booking no is sob21001771 at RANA motors ARENA Delhi, on dt-10/08/2021. And now it is completed their 3 month of waiting period after my booking. Dealer promised me to supply the order within 3 month of booking. Now they don't reply me the confirm delivery date and telling that there is some problem in factory to supply the car and out of taretory supply issue. Now i dont know that when i will get my car, as my marriage is scheduled on 24-Nov, I will be big trouble if it not delivered on time.

                      I bought the vehicle brand new on Siva Maruti 9/8/2019. All Service has been left to the company since the vehicle was purchased. One day of a sudden a black rot came from the car. Then when Siva Maruti told him that if he said it would be okay to go for nothing ten thousand kilometers (10, 000Km) ran when said then. The year of buying the vehicle is not even complete but the work on the vehicle keeps coming. Then I paid looked at that work.

                      Now the same problem has come up again with Rs. 31000 asking for it.

                      Its not a new vehicle I do not know whether to buy an old one I hand it over to you because I am afraid to use a substandard vehicle.

                        Wrong billing by ACER Motors Jodimetla service center

                        With reference to Job card No JC21001232 Dated 11/11/2021 vide my car registration TS11EC2880, where the service center ACER Motors, near Jodimetla Warangal Highway Hyderabad has overcharged my repairs and added twice labor charges of Rs.1320 and also without intimation to me added intercooler charges of 369. This is totally not acceptable of charging labor charges twice in the invoice and making me to pay a total invoice amount of Rs.8830/-...

                        Brought WagonR zxi on 19th October 2019 since then I'd complain about the battery problems while every single servicing. The battery had 2 years warranty till then no one solved my problem and now warranty is expired they're asking us to should came before.. Is it good service??

                            I bought Maruti Suzuki Nexa Ciaz Alpha just 8-9 months ago in march. it has some problem in it's fuel tank. whenever we fill the tank full it starts leakage and there is no damage in underbody
                            the problem firstly occur after the 2nd service of car.so, we went to the service center nexa pasco faridabad they treat(repair apparently not useful) the car then we left but after some time when fuel goes empty and we filled the tank full it starts leaking again. so, they suggest that they have to change the fuel tank cause there is a leakage in the part of tank.so, I requested you to change the fuel tank as soon as possible. i'm very disappointed by maruti suzuki

                              Sir,
                              I have given my maruti Dzire zx+ car for service to Adarsha Automotive Pvt Ltd, Mulugu Road, Warangal on 03/11/21.

                              After confirming that all the required parts are available at workshop, I have given my consent to claim insurance, signed on work order and they promised me to deliver the car on 05/11/21.

                              But, they have been replying that few parts are not available, ordered, will come in express channel... every day it's postponing ie. Wednesday, Thursday and now Saturday..
                              I have been vexed with their responses and I have been suffering to attend my job and other business works.
                              Hence, kindly pursue in this matter, take severe action on Adarsha Automotive Pvt Ltd, Mulugu Road, Warangal, Telangana and resolve my car repair service to deliver immediately.

                                मेने नवंबर मे मारुती सुजुकी pasco गुडगाँव से एक कार लिए थी Hr 26 em 1200 है जिस मे इन्होने मुझे जबरदस्ती इन्शुरन्स दिया था और और बोला था की आप को जब भी इन्शुरन्स की जरुरत होंगी हम आप का सात देंगे लेनी आज मेरे सात इन्शुरन्स वालो ने गलत किया तो इन्होने मेरा सात देने की जगह मुझे आपने ऑफिस धके मार के भेज दिया और ये बोल रहे है हमारा काम इन्शुरन्स करना था ना की इन्शुरन्स देना इस मे हम आप की कोई मदद नहीं कर सकते और ना ही हम आप को इस के बारे मे बता सकते

                                जब ये लोग इन्शुरन्स करते है तो क्लेम के समय भी इने आगे बढ़ कर हमारी मदद करनी चाहिए ना की साफ मना कर दे

                                इन का काम इन्शुरन्स करना ही नहीं क्लेम के समय सात देना भी होना चाहिए और जब तक कस्टमर को पुरे रु ना मिल जाए जब तक मदद करनी चाहिए ना की कस्टमर की बात ना सुन कर उस की आपने ऑफिस मे बेजती कर के भेज दे इन पर भी करवाई होनी चाहिए 🙏🙏🙏

                                  Hello Sir,

                                  Its a week now that my vehicle has been taken for service by Maruti Master Service, chennai. Till today there is no update on the service done or when i my will be delivered back. Unless i call the nobody is bothered to provide an update on the vehicle service or time take to deliver it.

                                  Today i even call the DGM of the service center to make a complaint and he said will get back it few minutes after checking the status. I am still waiting to hear it back.

                                  I don't what kind of treatment is this. Am i a fool to give the vehicle for service and call every time to know the status on my vehicle.

                                  My Vehicle may be a old one, is that only new vehicle will give proper service ???

                                  It 2005 Model Maruti Zen LXI. Since there is no option for selecting Zen Lxi so i have selected as Zen estilo. This is not the first time i am facing these kind of issues.

                                  Thankyou for all the service you have done. This is my last service with Maruti and the last vehicle i bought from Maruti.

                                  No more maruti ever.

                                    I purcased suzuki access scooter. Having problem in starting new scooter. No support from company . Waisted huge efforts. Customer care is useless.
                                    Prospective buyers should not buy this scooter at all. I will sell my new scooter 150 km run only.
