I have booked Swift VXI with Sri Durga Automotives Anantapur Andhra pradesh on 4th July booking ID: SOB21000218 and promised delivery date is 30-40 days from the day of booking unfortunately till today there is no proper info. from the dealer and every week the deliver is postponed

    Complain about huge delay in repair service

    Hi,

    I have submitted my Baleno vehicle number 7584 (delta petrol) for insurance repair. The car was submitted in the morning of 13th August to Vitesse workshop in Andheri west-Mumbai.

    Till today, I havent received the vehicle as the workshop is waiting for the bumper grill to be procured. It is been 14 days and still the workshop does not have any idea about when can the grill be procured. This is ridiculous...

    Our Car No. PB09AE0253 on the name of Shiva Rice Enterprises Pvt.Ltd, Sultanpur Road, Kapurthala (Punjab) India. Today dated 26/08/2021our car was at Marwaha Motors, Kapurthala for service. After service the concerned mechanic starts the car (near about 3 P.M.)and goes to road without coolant. the car has started emitting smoke, if at all anything goes wrong the company will be responsible.

        I got a call from above mentioned dealer From a girl.named Ms Sheeba Ansari quoting the price of the vehicle with discount of 765000 I asked For the same I am getting with 770000 with the aforesaid accessories package from another dealer. She promised to give the same accessories package with that 765000 only. I didn't asked for any other discount as I was not aware about the same. Thus the deal closed on the white baleno car with promised accessories package of 42855.
        I booked the car with 5000 rs on Thursday and get the car on Friday. I insisted several.times about the accessories bill.and also.aksed to match them as mentioned but she continuously Delayed it saying sir have a faith.
        When I reached home I encountered few problems with vehicle regarding fastag and player operations. But they stop receiving call. moreover they stopped replying in whatsapp too. later they made me call for disbursement of loan for a lesser amount quotation. which results in scarcity of amount while sanctioning.
        moreover reCently when they provided me the bill and invoice of the same I found that they fitted the accesories of lesser amount what they earlier promised.
        the difference in that is approx 6000 rs. now they are treating and warning me to stop my RTO and delay it. Even they are talking so rude and rough to me and my father at the same time. she even don't want to listen.

        This sort of behavior is intolerable as it degrades the standard of Nexa as well as maruti Suzuki.

        This sort of overcharging and making things worst disappointed me alot.

        I was not expecting this kind of poor after sale service from such an international brand.

My finance got completed and recently I have exchanged my alto with maruti swift but they have asked NOC for my alto .I tried to reach customer care and head office in chennai. But there is no proper response from maruti head office.. whenever I ask they say that every one is working from home . I trying to reach but couldn't get the contact details and reach them

                Swift VDI DECEMBER 2012 model.
                Regular servicing is done in ABT MARUTI, GUINDy, Chennai.
                It is very surprising that during travel, I am unable to change gear and I could see that the gear rod is moving freely left and right. I couldn't shift the gear levels including reverse gear. I had a tough time to ride the car on the road at that time. Probably some wire or bush might have been cut-off. It is a fact that I have been doing car service continuously for the past 8 years in ABT Maruti Service, Guindy.
                There should be some periodic mechanism or provision to check the gear box connecting wire or even bush or whatever it is. It is the responsibility of the company to check the gear box periodically. Due to such negligence, the customer like me was left under helpless condition on the road.

                    My car Alto k10 was met an accident n we left our car at Himachal kangra maruti workshop at Malan nagrota...they repaired our car n said to take your car. Our total bill amount which we paid is 95000/Rs.
                    Now their are so many problems which they have not checked before delivery...they were keep on calling and saying that car is ready and pay your amount. But after receiving my car their are so many problem.
                    If this way they are dealing with customer then their is no point to repair any car at Maruti workshop...I am really fed up with these kind of irresponsible services.
                    Below are the points which still have problems.

                    1. Front door replaced n now getting machine noise inside the door.
                    2. Music system lights not working.
                    3. A.C buttons are not working
                    4. At speed of 20 km car shakes.
                    5. Inside car paint droplets everywhere
                    6. Floor blanket totally wet
                    7. Inside engine paint droplets everywhere.
                    8. Roof n front glass changed and now with roof n glass their is gap and paint inside the gap.
                    9. Our one mudflap missing rear side.
                    10. Seems they have put someone else front right side fog light which have moisture..our was new fog lights
                    11. One door handle colour issue.

                    Please let me know the status ...otherwise I am going to file a case against them.

                        We have been given to understand from Oberoi Car Air Conditioning Services that Compressor has gone and also Original Maruti Company's AC is not fitted. We are enclosing herewith the card of Oberoi for your ready reference..However we are shocked to observe that you have fitted the compressor of Santro and Condenser of Indica. This is not acceptable to us.
                        We request you to kindly remove the said compressor and Condenser and the original Maruti only.

                          Dear sir
                          i have booked an ertiga vxi cng on 01/07/2021 from hira automobiles patiala punjab thier branch bhadson. There sales representative mr. Simardeep singh and mr, . Parminder singh assured me the deleviry of car within 45 days of booking. After booking i got a call from thier customer care and they also assured me the same. Now even after 48 days of booking they are cluelsess about the date of delivery. Whenever i call them they just replied to wait for 5-7 days as cpmpany is busy in launch of some other varient.

                          If company like maruti suzuki make commitment to your coustomer that should be fullfilled on time.False promises will hampe cpmny image badly.

                          Hope my issue will resolve soon.

                                  Ello. Sir! G. RENGAHARAN I am working as a teacher in Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi district. I bought a celirio x petrol car in 2018 under the name of my wife N. SANTHI at Kovilpatti Ashir Maruti Showroom. The RC Book they bought had LPG only instead of petrol and the husband's name was RENGA NATHAN instead of RENGAHARAN. The RC Book was edited with a pen because I was forced to fix it. But the same mistakes on the smart card remain unresolved. I have been asking them to correct these mistakes. They have been delayed for three years without being repaired yet. As a result, I suffer from depression and lack of happiness in buying a car. This is a big hurdle for things like insurance.                                     I bought my Maruti Baleno Diesel Zeta in 2015 (during the initial launch). Recently, my sister had a surgery and while coming back from Ernakulam to my native, my car got stopped in between and was unable to start. This happened at around 9 PM in the night and none were there to help us. I don't have words to express to be in the middle of the road in the mid night and with a patient after undergone a major surgery. After that we have requested a relative to come and pick up from that location and we were in the middle of that highway alone for more than 3 hours. Next day the car was taken to nearest Maruti Service Centre and they found out that the high pressure pump is not working properly. Now when we enquired they have mentioned that in most of the maruti diesel car high-pressure pump coming as a defective part.

                                    As a very important part in the car how maruti suzuki india limited has designed the car engine parts recklessly.

                                    Now there have given an estimate of around 30K for replacing the part. I want maruti suzuki india limited to take necessary action to change my car high-pressure pump free of cost immediately and ensure it will not fail in future.I want root cause report why it has happened in my car and why high-pressure pump frequent failing in the maruti diesel cars ?

                                    If maruti will not take a necessary step the i will have to go for a legal notice and complain a consumer court notice to the company.

                                    I should get proper compensation for the mental stress borne by my sister, who had gone surgery, during that breakdown. I will be forced to move legally if I didn't get proper resolution for the above case.
