I visited Competant Maruti service center in Gurgaon, Near Hero Honda chowk on 27 th of July for repairing my wagon R car due to accident was happened on 26 th of July. I requested people available there for providing me car as early as possible because my wife is Medical officer (doctor) and due to COVID situation, she has to rejoin her duty as soon as possible. But they had informed me after ten days that the parts requirement has now closed today. Even they didn’t provide me replacement. I talked to Mr. Sanjeev Badhwa, GM, service about all things happened to me. He always told me that Sir, I’LL let you know what’s going on and never responded me. Now it was on Monday (9th of August), when I made a call to him for knowing the situation, he said that Delivery Order is in process and then That delivery order is in process till 12th of August in evening 5:30 pm. Can you explain me this, is this tolerable thing. I requested him to drop my car because I am not able to pick the car due to my some urgent official work my, he was just making me fool that there is no person who can drop your car, this can be happened only tomorrow. Now it’s about 12:30 pm nothing has happened.
I regretfully inform you that it is the worst service or behaviour I saw in my life and I will never visit COMPETANT Automobile co. ltd. anywhere from n my life.
Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
