Respected Sir,
My Name is Jerin George.K from Thrissur district in Kerala.I had booked for a test drive through Maruti Ritz website on 27th March 2011 in internet.At the same time i got a confirmation email from maruti side giving the test drive no,dealer who will be contacting me for offering test drive.Now the dealer didnt contact me till 20th April 2011for test drive,so i booked a complaint at the Maruti Suzuki Regional office located at Kochi by sending email to [protected]@maruti.co.in.The said complaint was closed twice without intimating the solution to me and i had reopened the case last week.Now when i called the dealer BRD CAR WORLD LTD,Thrissur,they shouted at mne abused me with bad words and didnt give an reply.So i called upon the regional office but they knowing my number in ID caller the lady over the reception is not picking up the call.Now why is this company personal behaving likethis to customer who go up with a complaint?Is the functioning to help the customers or to help dealer to tortue a customer who comes up with a compliant?

Hi there,
My Complaint with BRD CAR WORLD has been resolved by the Customer care manager of the said dealership last week.Infact the compliant that has been reported on April 16th 2011 with Maruti was satisfactorly resolved by the New Customer Care Manager within one weeks time.
Now if he is the Manager next time when i buy an Maruti Vehicle i would like to extent a bond with BRD CAR WORLD because he knows how to rresolve the complaint and take bonds further..

    I have purchased Swift dzire ZDI BS from max autos, Sangrur (Pb). on dated[protected] by invoice no. VSL11000110.Next day noise problem started while applying the brakes. On dated[protected], I given the vehicle for first free service and complaint them about the noise problem.
    But again the same problem .
    Its my request to please solve my issue.

    Swift Dzire — Braking issue

    I had taken Swift Dezire Last month and completed 1600 KM .I had face some issue during appling braking. While appling brake with a speed of 70-80 back portion is pull out to left to right or right left .This will happened two times. This is clear design issue.

    God's Gracy i am still alive.

    Is conduct brake test and is the requirement met as per your standard. I am plan to report this issue to your ceritification team and consumer court .

    I am taken the vechicle from Indus Motor Trivandrum and the registration no: KL 20 A 6669, in the name of my father Mr.Sainulabdeen.
    I bought a Swift DZire (vdi) from TCS Autoworld Faridabad in Oct'10 first week bearing Chasis no: MA3FSEB1S00297708. Prior to this car I used Maruti Alto for Six years & drove that for more than 170000 Kms in 6 years (alto still being used by my wife).

    The first set of brake shoe went bad just after 8500 kms in 3 months from DOP. When I discussed at service centre that how the brake shoe can go bad only in 8500 kms, the person dealing me refused to comment then I met the manager he said today is sunday I will let u know tomorrow, next day he confirmed to give 50% discount and charged around 1500 rs on brake shoe but didn't give me any invoice. Now again at 17500 kms Brake shoe have gone bad and I am clueless what to do.

    Please help in rectifying this manufacturing defect.

    I am Dr.K.C Mohanty from Bhubaneswar, Odisha.I have purchased a Swift Dzire form Sky Automobiles Cuttack. There are problem in Break system.When the vehicle is running after 60kmph and getting break then the vehicle floating on road.Break is not hard like the vehicle.Please improve the break system.

      i have given my ALTO car No.TN-59 AL 0362 for service 0n 29-4-11 to Solamali Automobiles at Madurai, Tamil Nadu. the stepny provided alongwith the car was not at all used as for the past two years from the date of purchase of car and not even a single punjture. but the service center mechanics taken away the the original unused stepney and replaced with old one. immediately i found it and made complaint to them on 29-04-11 at 6 p.m. but they toldthat during wheel alignment they used to rotate the tyres. when i was handing over the car i have seen the tyre i.e. unused new one but they have not rotated the same in any of the wheels. it is a case of clear theft and abusing their position. it will not work good for ever. unless the Maruthi Company enquire this into detail with all serivce centers and render truthful service, the customers will be cheated like me by the mechanics.

        I am Saranjeet singh i have a alto k10 REGN NO-DL12CC2011. i just want to clarify that there is 24 x 7 ROAD ASSISTANCE from maruti. If Car Suddenly breakdown and it is in warranty period and it will be not rectify in road and the car will towe by carnes whose is to pay the towing bill the customer or the maruti itself. please clear the concern because i ask this question to many Dealership but they not able to clear my concern.

            It was the 1st servicing of my car..so I gave it to the maruti dealer workshop for servicing..when I went to recieve the delivery I saw that my pendrive is missing.I asked the person who was incharge of my car.. but the answer was they cant help to find out...inside the workshop no customers is allowed to enter.. so it must within there reach to find me the pendrive..I waited for half an hour for the workshop's person who was incharge of my car..the service was waste..I am not at all satisfied and disappointed with the response they gave to me. it means that.. any spare part can be replace and stolen without my knowledge..thing is they are not responsible..it is not a matter of 1000 bucks.. but it matters how can it be stolen from my car inside the workshop..infact the car wasn't taken for any test drive. because the trip meter was having the same digits..so it was stolen from my car inside the workshop.

            Maruti udyog dealer — theft of vehicle

            caution! caution! caution!

            A new method of theft of vehicle had been experienced by me and i would like to caution you all so that thefts of vehicles by this mehod can be stopped.
            I had purchaed swift U.D.I vehicle from the maruti autorised dealer "Prakash auto" ulhasnagar on 4-07-08 and the said vehicle were sent for the 1st free service to the dealers service station on 16-07-08 around 4 o clock. i received the call from the service station that my vehicle is ready when i want to take the delivery of the serviced vehicle, the service manager told me that the key of my vehicle are lost by them at the service station. and requested me to bring duplicate keys given to me while purchasing the vehicle and also told me that new key will be ordered from delhi plant and will be given to me.
            after 9 days of servicing i.e. on 25-07-08 i was shocked to note that my vehicle has been stolen by somebody from campus of my building. this must have been done by using the lost key at the service station. police is investigating the matter and i am sure some employee of the dealer "prakash Auto" must be involve in this.
            because the vehicle can not be started without original key as the modern engine systme (computer coded key) has been adopted by Maruti Udyog Ltd to the vehicle.
            i would therefore like to caution that get the lock changes if your key is lost anywhere. take care of your vehicle key. just like you take care of your vehicle.

            Sub: - NON AVAILABILITY & SUPPLY OF SPURIOUS PARTS.

            It is to inform your that the under signed is officer in charge of one of the motor transport workshop of BSF located at Barmer (Raj). Our workshop is looking after the major repair & maintenance of all the BSF Vehicles in Barmer area i.e. approx 90 maruti gypsy in addition to other vehicles and an amount of Rs 15 to 17 Lacs approx per annum spends on repair & maintenance of Maruty Gypsy by BSF Barmer. For such purpose we are receiving the supply from M/S LMJ Services Limited Jodhpur and for last two years, I am facing the following problems and even after the repeated verbal request the situation has not improved. Details as under.

            a) Many parts received are without part No’s.
            b) parts No. [protected] Panel Fender RH received one month back but found unsuitable and could not fitted in vehicles. Said items send back to LMJ service with complaint but return back the same without replacement. . The items are also not look original Maruti spare.
            c) Part No. 37400M80030 Switch Assy Combination-RH MPFI and Part No. 18137M830A0 Valve Assy (MPFI) received without part No’s and probably not original.
            d)
            Here it is imminent to mention that vehicles of our organisation are
            used for operational duties and due to frequent complaint, I am disheartened regarding service provides by your company and authorised dealer appointed by you.

            It is therefore request to look into the matter immediately and early response in this regard is highly appreciated.

              i had booked a maruti swift vdi white on 19th jan,2011 with Rs 5000 booking amount at Berkeley Automobiles Ltd. Plot no.87,industrial area Phase 1, PANCHKULA by the name o[censored]DO-20226 HARMINDER KAUR with the Cash Reciept no. C-23185. At the time of booking,i was told that the vehicle will be deliever in about 3 months i.e near about 19th april 2011.I called the dealer and some lady on the call answered me that vehicle is going to deliever in june 2011.I told her that they said they will deliever the car in 3 months and she started making excuses that due to the demand, the car is not available.Then i visited the dealer and talked to their employee Mr. Mohit Kumar and he told me that vehicle is not available at the time due to shortage of the white color in the production and he offered me silver color if i pay with in 2 days or white color will be deliever in the first week of may 2011 for sure. As i dont want that color,so i skipped for silver and started waiting for my white.Now its 3rd May 2011, I called Mr.Mohit Kumar again and he told me that white color is not being available till end of the May 2011 and again offered me silver if i take the deliver next day.And again he called me later that they cant deliever silver also because the customer who booked that silver car are here to take the delivery.

              As one of my friend booked the same car at Modern Automobiles,Chandigarh abt 2 weeks before me and he got his delievery a week before holi. I asked Mr. Mohit Kumar that how can he gets his car delievery so quick and he replies that this depands on maruti that how they deal their dealers....Now that makes no sense!!

              If i would be known that this can take such a long time and harrasments too,I would never be going to book this car.i would prefer other cars in the market.Now i am stuck in between, dont know what to do!!

              thanx for answering my query but i went to my dealer again on 3rd may and i met Mr. Jitendra over there while the person who was dealing me before was not available at that time.He told me that the car will deliver after 15th may 2011 and my vehicle is on 3-4th no. for sure in the queue.Then i called him today so he suggested me to talk to Mr. Mohit again and Mohit says that car will deliver in end of june. And I called back Mr. Jitendra and he said that the vehicle has to be surely deliver by 15th may as he checked his our entry in his system.
              I dont know whats going on there but seriously Berkley is not dealing well to their customers.At the time of booking, they told me there is 3-4months to deliver for sure and now they are extending it to june end.They are seriously pissing others.
              suzuki company is best company in the world. maruti is on of the fraud company inthe world. maruti suzuki swift is a good car.but maruti swift is a local car maruti suzuki swift has suzuki engine. maruti swift has local engine. there are two types of swift car. first is maruti suzuki swift that is original car . this swift car has suzukiengine. there is inprint suzuki name on the engine. buy second is maruti swift, that is local car. this car has no suzuki engine. that is local or fake engine.there is no inprint suzuki name on the engine. if you have any dought please check your car engine.if your car engine suzuki, that is original. you ask your dealer they also tell above said. maruti suzuki swift engine is import from japan. maruti swift engine is make from scrap material. maruti collect the scrap material from other car company like tata, fiat and they are making local engine. so dear friends don, t buy maruti swift. please buy maruti suzuki swift. please chech car engine is it suzuki engine or local or fake engine.

                dear maruthi,

                I am very much troubled to inform u abt the experience i went through in KD motors bhuj , the authorised service station of maruthi suzuki in bhuj.
                I own a Swift Vxi Dec 2006 model ,engine no G13BBN316581 and chassis no MA3EYE41S00183429 bought in chennai.
                I used the car in tirunelveli ,tamilnadu till dec 2010 and a outstanding servicing support was given by ARAS & PVPV motors tirunelveli. after that i shifted the car to my place of work in Naliya , Gujarat. The nearest maruthi service station is KD motors in BHUJ which is 100 kms from naliya.
                As soon as i started using my car in naliya , i observed a peculiar fault. When running the vehicle cuts off for one second and strarts off automatically. when this happens for a second, the power to EPS cuts off, the speed drops to zero. however the engine rpm is always maintained and it doesnot drop.
                subsequently my five year old Amaron batteries drained out completely and could n't get charged. I started getting lower mileages. sometimes the vehicle gets heated up and does not start. all the while i had made two visits to KD motors bhuj. the first time they didn't seem to have any idea abt the fault. the next time i left the car completely with them for one week. my contact person in the service centre got my batteries changed for EXIDE batteries costing INR 4500, cleaned the couplers and sensors. he then confirmed to me on phone that he had checked the vehicle for 40 km and the fault did not occur again. then i had the vehicle collected by some guys of mine in bhuj. they had just driven out 200 m outside the service centre and fault occured again. my contact person is on leave presently and cant help anymore on this,.

                Now please tell wat am i supposed to do with the junk of a car which i cant rely on? If the mechanic in the local service centre does not have enough brains to rectify the fault, why cant he drop his huge ego and take the help of maruthi support centres in delhi or mumbai. is it my fault to hav bought a maruthi and to have depended on undertrained guys like the ones in bhuj. please suggest me some really useful way to have my car rectified. can u please atleast send a more trained guy from maruthi del or mumbai. pls do get back to me

                now without wasting further time please give me a feasible solution.

                I would here just like to bring to the notice of the higher executives of Maruti Udyog Ltd that when ever a customer buys a Maruti product it is only for the fantastic after-sales service and customer care the company promises to deliver to them. It is extremely disheartening and disappointing to know that even when my car has been till date taken to only your authorised service centres, the technical staff at K.D. Motors is willing neither to undertake any kind of investigation or analysis for solving our long pending problem nor projecting our problem to the higher echelons of the company and rather are giving us totally baseless excuses pertaining to our driving skills. I these are many but sadly there are none from your Maruti Team at Bhuj who are willing answer them substantially. It is actually sad to discover that all the promises made to the customers about a trouble free and beautiful experience of owning a Maruti product are actually based on such poor and amateurish technical support offered from the company’s very own so-called ‘authorised dealers and service centres’ in the country.

                The least we would now expect from a reputed company like Maruti Udyog Ltd is to give us some viable solutions/answers with regard to our above mentioned mysterious problem of constantly dropping mileage of our car. Otherwise, let the company please own up that it is helpless and cannot offer us any solutions or remedial measures to solve this problem of our car so that I can at least reduce the monetary losses being incurred by me presently by owning a Maruti product and switch to a car from some other company which probably would offer me much better technical solutions to a problem occurring in their own product.

                In the end, I would just like to say that it would really be a very big disappointment if the company of your repute and stature is unable to help us resolve our year long problem because just like the millions of other Indians I too would always love to believe that “INDIA COMES HOME IN A MARUTI SUZUKI " and not regret my decision of becoming a part of the Maruti customer family. Please help us revive our diminishing hope in your company by addressing to our mystifying problem on priority. We need your help and prompt intervention in this regard desperately.

                  reg:non delivery of desired vehicle booked by me in time.
                  i wanted to buy maruti ritz in month of january 2011 and approached m/s arya cars of nagpur who are the authorized dealers of m/s maruti suzuki. i was informed by the dealers that the same is available on demand.after test drive,i decided to buy swift vdi diesel[silver] insted of ritz on 25 of january 2011.

                  i was informed by representative of m/s arya cars that the car is available on 90 days booking notice.i booked the desired vehicle with the dealer by depositing rs 5000/- on same day.

                  i also requested mr wankhede,who is senior maketing manager with the dealer,to expedite the early delivery of the swift vdi. at this point of time both the employee of dealer got annoyed for changing of choice of vehicle and very reluctantly said the your model can be delivered only in month of april.

                  sh gaurav,in the mean time,kept on pursuing me buying some other vehicle viz.swift vdi[red], swift dzire ldi[with promise to update the model to swift dzire vdi] and finally on due date of delivery sh. gaurav has asked me take delivery of shift vdi white.

                  i was both surprised and disappointed to receive such call from your dealer that they are not delivering the desired car even after laps of one week from due date of delivery.

                  i am forced to write this letter to you for taking corrective measures and intruct the dealer to deliver the vehicle immediately.

                    i purchased a maruti swift dzire zdi in october 2009
                    i have complained on the 2nd day about the faulty brakes but every time i was not satisfied by the company reasons and services
                    the authorised mechanic told me that it is in every disel cars but none of them have logged any complaints against it
                    near about 7 times i have given complaints out of which 4 times in written for services
                    so i am very dissapointed by the service and parts as if i have been given a defect piece so i wanted an urgent reply on it

                      I am Vikas Ashok from Thrissur ,Kerala.I bought a Maruti Ritz VDI on march 20th 2011.the first service of my vehicle is over.and now the running kilometers is around 1800 kms that means the running in period of the vehicle is over.I checked the mileage of the vehicle twice or thrice and was shocked to notice that the mileage of vehicle is very low.I am getting only 13kmpl for long drives and 9.5 kmpl for city drive,instead of 21 kmpl which is specified in your manual.Kindly advice me what I should do to get the complaint solved.

                        We went to RNS Motors on Hosur Road to sell our Maruti Alto - 2006 make in January 2011. The employee who represented Maruti True Value and RNS Motors did all our formalities, paper work and valued the car at 2. 5 Lakhs. He spoke to the HDFC bank and closed our loan and we got our NOC as well. He gave us 95 K cash in hand back. We asked him how is he dealing in cash. He replied all True Value products are dealt with cash. Since he gave the RNS Motors receipts and required bills, we did not suspect anything. All dealings were done in RNS Motors and not outside. He was suppose to give us 10 K back after we submit the NOC to him. Now almost after following up for last 1 month he did not return our money. So we approached the Manager of RNS who informed that our car is not registered in their account. This guy Saurav has done some external dealing and faked his manager's signature. After follow he finally showed up in the RNS office where the True Value Manager and RNS Motors Manager grilled him and asked him to pay us. We got to know he has committed such fraud in past as well but these guys have gave him warning and left him. They have asked us not to go to police and solve the issue internally to save his career. They told they will give us some amount of 10 k from his salary even if he doesnt pay up.
                        I am amused at how this can happen under the brand of Maruti True Value - right from their outlet. What is the gaurantee that others are not involved. Is it so easy to buy anad sell a car, make fake signatures, stamp and get away with it from the showroom? If yes then Maruti should take some serious steps to resolve their resale process. How do i get to know that my car is not getting used for any other purpose. The reason we decided to sacrifice the few thousand from the private used car sellers was security. Now if these things can happen in Maruti True Value then where is the gaurantee of security?

                        10 k is not a big amount to waste your efforts on but the fraud is serious. I really want some one to take action.

                          I went on to buy a second hand car.As the bright 4 wheels sales pvt.Ltd. Is the nearest and is authorized dealer for maruti suzuki cars I thought it would be safer to buy.I was attendet by mr.Bajpai(name I can remember)from true value and I selected suzuki wagon r LXI engine no.F10dn4097447 chassis no.Ma3eed81s00262785 regi.No-up 31 h 6800 fitted with lpg kit r.T.O approved.As a layman I checked the vehical but I was told by the salesrepresntaive that I can trust as it is car sold by authorised dealer and we check the vehical throughly to be sold through true value .Trusting him I bought the vehical for rs.2,31000 on 15/04/10 at 18:10 p.M.Afterwards I had to invest rs.10000 for servicing and changing of few parts. When I bought the vehical the meter showed 60000 km and at 67000 I went back to the agency to sellit off this time I was attended by another person I was told that only one lacs will given as the body is accidental and the engine is about to collapes.I was stunned.When I queried more I was given hint that the vehical was not fit to be sold in such high price.Even other garages and authorised service center have told that not more than one lacs can be obtained by selling the car as I is quit a defective one both body wise and engine wise.I feelt totaly cheated and robbed by a dealer who has been authorised by maruti suzuki

                            I purchased a Maruti Suzuki SX 4 ZXI on December 17th 2010 which was a second hand model but used sparingly, the on road price 8.10 lacs as against the brand new proce of 9.60 lacs, now since i have planned to move out of country I went to check the resale price of the same the true value people from whom I bought the vehicle are quoting a measly 5.40 lacs, How can the price of the vehicle go down by 3 lacs in 3 months, Now I will take up this propoganda all over the country that True value is false value as they are cheating the customers in broad daylight, the petro; consumption of the vehicle is pathetic and the front widshield design is also a hinderance.

                                I am on the process of purchasing a new Maruthi Swift VXI from the local dealer.

                                I am being compelled to purchase lot of accessories by the dealer. They tell me this is

                                compulsory as per Maruthi rule. They also say that I must pay Rs4995 for extended

                                which is also compulsory. When I resisted and raised quarries regarding these two issues , I was treated properly. I felt insulted.

                                I want to know from Maruthi head office that whether it is true that the customer should

                                pay certain fixed amount for accessories compulsorily ( I was told that for swift model I should buy accessories worth Rs 15000 ) and that whether extended warranty payment is compulsory at the time buying car.

                                hi there! even i had such a bizarre incident. I have booked swfit with Autofin Pvt Ltd showroon, at Paradise cirlce, Hyderabad. After one month of booking, they have called me and told me that my vehicle was ready and I sould be ready with pay slips, downpayment et al for vehicle to be delivered. I have followed their request and one day later I have presented at their showroom to do all formalties for delivery of the car. To my surprise, they told me that I cannot get my vehicle delivered until another month as booking period is generally 8weeks and it was a miscommunication on their part and the vehicle was indented for another. I was totaly irritated with their statement and left the showroom after quarelling with them in vain. The very next day their manager called me and asked me to buy extra accessories worth 15000, .. only then the car will be given to me and also forced me to accept within short time. Now I want to know how a car which was miscommunicated and intented for another person has been delivered to another customer for an extra tag of Rs15000 accessories? on thinking on the other side of the coin, why the person who really deserved the car was shown a raw hand by maruti showroom...this kind of behaviour is too oppurtunisitc and shameless on behalf of company and dealers which is the most trusted and renowned brand in Indian market. and I also suppose that maruti should refrain its dealers from indulging in such blacksheep businees and save the pride of the company..its high time that management of maruti should open eyes and stop such indecent incidents!!

                                  The manan autolink pvt. ltd situated at AEC cross road, is the worst service center i have come across.My car number was gj-18 a.c. 7751.I met with an major accident and the damage was done to radiator,windshiled,front seat,dashboard, and not the engine at all.I put the car in an insurance claim as i was having the cash less policy from bajaj alliance.I was given the time of 35 days to get me done with my car but you will be shocked to know that i had got my car after 95 days more than 3 months with no work in car.They are so much greedy that they stole my brand new bridgestone tyre with normal j.k.tyre and when i complained they said we didnt do this.Than i demanded them for pics when the car came in and when the car goes out but they said due to harddisk failure they have only 5 to six pictures only and the pictures are of seats only.After that i put my car in service after month at their service station only as per their saying.But the engine fault light in the car is still blinking and they are saying that engine light is blinking because there is weakness in your battery,I was shocked that are the guys are really an mechanical engineer or what.They even dont know that week battery has other symbol like "+ -" I have a lot to say for this guys but seriously no time for it.I wish that no one should get their service done from manan autolink,ahmedabad.The worst service station i came across.They are degrading maruti suzuki value too..

                                  I HAVE BOOKED A CAR WITH GULZAR MOTERS LUDHIANA SINCE MARCH 2nd 2011.
                                  But it still not delivered.The company and the dealer telling lies all the time and harrasing the customers.So many complaints has been made to company but there is no body to hear.

                                    I wish to bring to your kind notice that I own a Maruti swift car bearing registration number TN: 20 AP: 0943, I get my car serviced regularly by Maruti Service Masters (MSM), Chennai. The service at MSM, Chennai is very disappointing.

                                    My major complaint was noise in the right suspension, he informed me over phone that the suspension is damaged and it has to be replace and the cost for the same is around Rs.15, 000, I was shocked to hear this, because this complaint was launched by me on 31.05.2010 to Maruti about the negligence of MSM, Chennai and after company’s intervention they have informed me that the complete set of suspension is changed and the problem is rectified. (During that period my vehicle was in extended warranty). Now Mr. Suresh, service Advisor said that they have not replaced the complete set of suspension, they have only replaced the link rods, which a part of suspension. Now he is informing that I have to replace the complete set to rectify the problem and it will cost around Rs.15000.00

                                    I am really upset the way the maruti service stations cheat us technically during the warranty period and making us to spend after expiry of warranty.

                                      i own a wagon R - HR 03 F 4488 which i usually get serviced and repaired at Berkeley Chandigarh. My experience during my last 3/4 visits has been very bad. i was just ignoring the casual approach of the staff. But on saturday, 23.04.11, it crossed all limits and ignoring the casual behaviour of the staff for many a time cost me very dearly.

                                      i gave my car for lower body noise (the costly part was changed and charged) and breaking noise which should have been corrected during my earlier visits.

                                      Concerns:

                                      1. Wheel caps of front wheels were not cleaned after repair, these were extremely dirty.
                                      2. There have been 2 types of mats in my car - black one and transparent one. 2 Black ones were torn and moreover, mats were not kept in proper fashion during back delivery of the car.
                                      3. Why the costly part for lower body noise was not replaced during earlier visits?
                                      4. Breaking noise still exists.

                                      Is the customer supposed to tell Berkeley staff how to behave and what precautions shall be taken before back delivery?

                                      Is there someone in MUL who can take care of such authorized dealer centers?

                                      There is lot of anguish, pls stop deterioration.

                                      I am using maruti swift for the past 4 yrs. Reg no is TN 74 V 8474. The vehicle is under the name of Mr.Alagesan.
                                      Met with an accident on 23/6/2010.
                                      our nearest major workshop company is at kanyakumari A.R.A.S .
                                      They lifted the vehicle the same night for repair.
                                      But I am sorry to tell that they haven't returned our car yet.
                                      They promised to give in 3 weeks time. Now it is almost 6 weeks over.
                                      we are very unhappy about the service center.
                                      My wife who is also a doctor is travelling by bus because of your delay.
                                      I request you to cancel our insurance and return our car.
                                      We are planning to buy a new car, definitely not a maruti any more.
                                      THIS IS QUITE A NATURAL WAT THAE THE MUL BEHAVES AND IT IS A QUITE PHENOMENON THAT WE FOOLISH PEOPLE STILL FEELS PROUD TO HAVE A MARUTI BASED CAR AS JUST BECUSE OF ITS FUEL EFFICIENCY AND LOW MAINTAINENCE COST.

                                      ANY WAY CUSTOMER WILL REALIZE THIS VERY SOON AND COME HARD ON THEM, THEN THEY CAN REALISE IT.
                                      On 9th August 2011 the car tyre was punctured while travelling on the highway and after repair the tyre was found to be damaged...I feel it was due to quality issue and I was told by the supplier-APPOLO Tyres through the dealer the tyre cannot be replaced. I do agree while purchase the tyres was not under guarantee...Can you please advise on the following

                                      •What is the purpose of having tubeless tyre - ( After puncture also it has to steady on road. Yes there are many advantages like safety, reliability, better ride and handling and improved mileage) )- blow outs and high speed air loss is extremely rare and the vehicle cannot loss control and lead to better safety.
                                      •Do you agree that a tubeless tyre is not warranteed... where less than 3000km run...If your answer is yes than I need to reject all the tyres due to their poor performance and expect Maruthi-Suzuki need to give a perfect answer.
                                      •Is it possible to confirm the tyres particularly in my car all went for quality checks -I need the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for these tyres and their quality report with identification numbers.
                                      My conclusion the quality check of this tyre was not done properly. Once the tyre punctured while the car is running the impact force will damage the portion where the puncture has happened and not on a different location the tyre can bulge like a ball. When an object pierces the tyre, there is no tube to burst and the valve does not move out of the rim hole as it is fixed there, thus air cannot escape through the hole, the only passge for the air is past the object...but the construction of a tubeless tyre mostly enables the rubber to hold the object tight & air loss If any also extremely slow. In my case the bubble was seen in other place and the reason was given due to puncture ride...which I cannot accept..
                                      I believe in your product and espect a prompt service - I got excellent service from my dealer Pillai & sons- Thanjavur and I take this oppurtunity to thank them for their effort. (FYI - I am driving different vehicles with tubeles tyres for the past 17 years in south east asia and I never ever come across these type of problem...recently I was in India and I believe the road conditions especially the high ways are almost equal to foreign highways)
