I went to buy a Dicky switch for my swift zxi 2007 model to Shakti automart Vidyanagar Hubli. Wasted two hours. No care towards customers. Utterly disgusting. Please contact me I will give all the relevant details

    My car got dashed from back side with unknown heavy vehicle during standing position. One of my friend has been lost his life on 28/07/21. I submitted all the papers and car to your authorised dealer on dated 29/07/21. Yesterday I talked to dealer authorised representative he told that surveyor has been not appointed so I got very much disappointed that the work which can be possible within 24-48 hrs has not been done yet. In this way how I got my full claim.

      I bought a wagonR car in 2017 but from the day to now its mileage is 12-13 kmpl . I raised complaint many time in maruti suzuki service centre but no one can help me regarding the mileage. Please suggest what can I do. Car number is BR07Y9298.

        Complaint: Low mileage. Even after 2 months of the vehicle’s delivery, we are getting very low mileage, that is 9 KMPL. The first service was done as specified in the service book. No improvement is noticed even after the service. Request remedial action to enable us get the mileage as promised by Maruti Suzuki. Also, we would like to inform you that, our R/C booklet is yet to be delivered even after 2 months of the vehicle’s delivery. We sincerely hope you will inform us the action taken by you to that effect also. Thanks.

          With due respect and humble submission i Arun kumar SV writing few linea for your kind consideration and favourable action please.
          I recently visited (26/07/2021) your popular service center at mannanthala, trivandrum, kerala for normal service to my car Kl-01-BN-9883 (ALTO K10 -2014 MODEL) The service was excellent and the interaction of the service executive is great totally outstanding experience their.

          But it felt wrong one thing, the part total cost is Rs. 3235.56/- and Labor cost is Rs. 5244.36/-. The Labor charge is double of part cost for only 4 hours of repair.

          The 4 hours of repair popular service center charged Rs.5244.36/-, the alto car is a budget car and middle class persons majority using the alto car. How can we adjust this type of huge labor charge for 4 hour repairing.

          Are you give any labor salary Rs. 5000/- per day?? So my car repaired one person first to end. He will done all repairing with in 4 hours..

          This kind of action surely decrease your customer due to huge cost of repairing. At the same time the local repairing shop under construct the same repairing under 5000/- with parts. So Definitely i never come back to any maruti service center and not recommend any friend or relatives for service.

            Battery of my car was not functioning. I went to Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Aher Autoprime, Kalyan). On 1.08.2021. They confirmed that the battery needs to be replaced, but refused to do this citing that the warranty has been expired according to the invoice date.

              I was bought my car at vishnu cars padapai brance last Jan 2021. I have to have the car for my first service and body shop work bt my history they didn't mention anything about my first service .i asked the branch they didn't give proper response for that and today i went to one problem in my right side mirror some noises in that side bt they didn't respond and reply to me warranty didn't claim for that and bad experience worst attitude towards customer.. please take action regarding this complaint.

                I have been to shubh motors of Jabalpur for my car body workshop on 29th July evening.
                Discussed everything and then after i went there on next day 30th July nd there i feel like nobody cares about customers. They only cares when they see cash service customer.
                Nd then sandeep patel told me sir i am coming in 5 mins then after 40 mins when I started leaving then he came yes what happened.
                So I think I should leave Maruti suzuki for ever and I’ll ask my frnds too

                  I bought Celerio ZXI (O) on 17.0.[protected]@ Varun motors, Malakpet, Hyderabad.But it is giving the mileage of about 12 KMS/lt, since the purchase . I was told that it will improve after every servicing.But, so far I didn't get a good mileage .So, you pls.take this issue seriously and resolve.I feel, it is a manufacturing defect

                        Yesterday Day when I am back in Kolkata after two days of my vacation on the highway my Maruti Suzuki car is not taking speed certainly and switch off the engine automatically, after that we stop the car beside the road. and try to start the engine but after several attempts, we were not able to start.

                        I raised a request for roadside assistance request with reference ID:[protected] and waiting for help. After some time I received an SMS from Maruti Suzuki with the Technical person's mobile number. When I reached out to him he simply says he can't help as Maruti does not provide any Road Assistance at night .

                          Dear sir.. i have serviced my wagon r vxi petrol manual from jagmohan motors pvt. ltd, delhi- rothak road bhiwani on dated 23.7.2012 at 51500 Km. firstly they prepared an estimated cost of around Rs 6500/-, after my consent they manage it with Rs. 4100/- with some sevices they exclued. In billing they shown FIP Calliration of Rs. 800+18% GST. whwn i asked about it they said it was in form and u sign and gave your consent so it cannot be return or remove from bill and they charged that amount from me. Kindly look into matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                                  I purchased a new ertiga on 21 sep'20 and later in nov'20 i had met with an accident so i had sent my car at pasco automobiles service center, alipur sohna, haryana -122102 for repairing.                                   I have booked Ertiga cng car in Jan . In 16 June visited the showroom, advisor aksay parat said . That 2 no is there in list you get the delivery in this month keep the payment ready, but car was not delivered in June . In July I visited the showroom Akshay said car not load from company, on 15th it will be available, late reason was silver is not coming, on 16 July he send new cost of car it was 3 quotation of car after booking, by 35 days gone but 2 no in list car not delivered, there manipulation in car delivery I think company should take some necessary step on it bcoz trusted maruti suzuki brand should be spoil, bcoz of this type advisor . Plz give positive result on it as I am existing customer .

                                    I purchased a brezza vxi from vipul motors gurgaon on 17 jun 21, initially i was asked to purchase an auto card for Rs 800/- .however when i told them that i am also exchanging my old vehicle REGN NO HR 26 BT 1738. and i am already in possession of an auto card No[protected], , then where is the requirement to buy another and there were some points in my auto card, i was told that i need not buy another one and the points accumulated on my old vehicle would be transferred to the new vehicle No HR 26 EP 5414.
                                    Today ie 21 jun 21, when i visited the showroom, i am told that the cars purchased through CSD are not eligible for an auto card.
                                    I fail to understand as to why this discrimination for the army personel.
                                    on 22 jun 21, i received an SMS that 505 pts have been added to maruti suzuki rewards card acct. i dont know which account or card is being referred to.
                                    besides i cant add my new vehicle to the maruti suzuki rewards app.
                                    i was also told that no data could be found pertaining to my mob no [protected],
                                    you are requested to kindly intimate the correct position and help.

                                      We have purchased a MARUTI EECO vehicle from EXCEL Auto Vista Khargar, Navi Mumbai one year back. When the car was taken for services we were informed that Catalytic Convertor associated with the Silencer has been stolen . It was a big surprise to us as we did not have any indication of such a theft from the car and there was neither any abnormalities in the car nor any drop in perfomance. We were informed that the cost of the same was around Rs 15, 000 and that we could make an insurance claim for which an FIR was required. We are seriously doubting foul play from the service dealer and although it was taken up with MARUTI, we see no action taken from their end.We are concerned about service agents and also the lack of responsibility shown by MARUTI in our case to sort out this issue. We have blacklisted EXCEL AUTO VISTA KHARGHAR from our company and we see why we should not BLACKLIST MARUTI also due to poor after sales support as we are not having confidence in MARUTI vehicles any more. We request Maruti to replace the cost free of charge during our next service call at any other service outlet and not to ask us to run around police stations/ insurance agents and take necessary action against the service dealer who showed no interest to resolve this case even after repeated reminders, escalation of complaint etc. We also request MARUTI to attend to this flaw in their system and update us regarding the action taken by them regarding this complaint. We also could not understand how a service centre can leave a vehicle from their service centre without catalytic convertor by bypassing settings too which is a serious offence.
