Yesterday Day when I am back in Kolkata after two days of my vacation on the highway my Maruti Suzuki car is not taking speed certainly and switch off the engine automatically, after that we stop the car beside the road. and try to start the engine but after several attempts, we were not able to start.

I raised a request for roadside assistance request with reference ID:[protected] and waiting for help. After some time I received an SMS from Maruti Suzuki with the Technical person's mobile number. When I reached out to him he simply says he can't help as Maruti does not provide any Road Assistance at night .

    Dear sir.. i have serviced my wagon r vxi petrol manual from jagmohan motors pvt. ltd, delhi- rothak road bhiwani on dated 23.7.2012 at 51500 Km. firstly they prepared an estimated cost of around Rs 6500/-, after my consent they manage it with Rs. 4100/- with some sevices they exclued. In billing they shown FIP Calliration of Rs. 800+18% GST. whwn i asked about it they said it was in form and u sign and gave your consent so it cannot be return or remove from bill and they charged that amount from me. Kindly look into matter and resolve it at the earliest.

        Mh47AY1217, my car damaged due to flood, water logging in car. Service center is saying i have to wait for a month to get it resolved/repaired. Waiting for a month will damage my car more. What kind of service im getting for choosing maruti. Its just 4 months old new car . Expecting a quick response

            Complaint regarding poor servicing of new Ertiga

            To the concerned person,

            I purchased a new ertiga on 21 sep'20 and later in nov'20 i had met with an accident so i had sent my car at pasco automobiles service center, alipur sohna, haryana -122102 for repairing. At that time i was charged unnecessarily around 5k inspite of having an car insurance.             I am vinod Ahuja
            I have booked Ertiga cng car in Jan . In 16 June visited the showroom, advisor aksay parat said . That 2 no is there in list you get the delivery in this month keep the payment ready, but car was not delivered in June . In July I visited the showroom Akshay said car not load from company, on 15th it will be available, late reason was silver is not coming, on 16 July he send new cost of car it was 3 quotation of car after booking, by 35 days gone but 2 no in list car not delivered, there manipulation in car delivery I think company should take some necessary step on it bcoz trusted maruti suzuki brand should be spoil, bcoz of this type advisor . Plz give positive result on it as I am existing customer .

            I am vinod Ahuja

              I purchased a brezza vxi from vipul motors gurgaon on 17 jun 21, initially i was asked to purchase an auto card for Rs 800/- .however when i told them that i am also exchanging my old vehicle REGN NO HR 26 BT 1738. and i am already in possession of an auto card No[protected], , then where is the requirement to buy another and there were some points in my auto card, i was told that i need not buy another one and the points accumulated on my old vehicle would be transferred to the new vehicle No HR 26 EP 5414.
              Today ie 21 jun 21, when i visited the showroom, i am told that the cars purchased through CSD are not eligible for an auto card.
              I fail to understand as to why this discrimination for the army personel.
              on 22 jun 21, i received an SMS that 505 pts have been added to maruti suzuki rewards card acct. i dont know which account or card is being referred to.
              besides i cant add my new vehicle to the maruti suzuki rewards app.
              i was also told that no data could be found pertaining to my mob no [protected],
              you are requested to kindly intimate the correct position and help.

                We have purchased a MARUTI EECO vehicle from EXCEL Auto Vista Khargar, Navi Mumbai one year back. When the car was taken for services we were informed that Catalytic Convertor associated with the Silencer has been stolen . It was a big surprise to us as we did not have any indication of such a theft from the car and there was neither any abnormalities in the car nor any drop in perfomance. We were informed that the cost of the same was around Rs 15, 000 and that we could make an insurance claim for which an FIR was required. We are seriously doubting foul play from the service dealer and although it was taken up with MARUTI, we see no action taken from their end.We are concerned about service agents and also the lack of responsibility shown by MARUTI in our case to sort out this issue. We have blacklisted EXCEL AUTO VISTA KHARGHAR from our company and we see why we should not BLACKLIST MARUTI also due to poor after sales support as we are not having confidence in MARUTI vehicles any more. We request Maruti to replace the cost free of charge during our next service call at any other service outlet and not to ask us to run around police stations/ insurance agents and take necessary action against the service dealer who showed no interest to resolve this case even after repeated reminders, escalation of complaint etc. We also request MARUTI to attend to this flaw in their system and update us regarding the action taken by them regarding this complaint. We also could not understand how a service centre can leave a vehicle from their service centre without catalytic convertor by bypassing settings too which is a serious offence.

                    Booked an amount of Rs 10, 000/- for Alto 800 on Feb 2021. On 02 Jul 2021 the booking was cancelled by me. The receipt copy has been submitted to the showroom but the amount for Rs 10, 000/- has not been refunded till date.

                          I have maruti wagonr 2012 model - UP13AC4609.

                          All attachment regarding my RC, fuel pump assembly are attached here.

                          MY CAR fuel pump assembly is damaged as per according your authorized service centre and my car is stand there from last 2 months & no pump is found till now.

                          I already in contact with maruti customer care no. [protected], as they provided help either in form of your spare part dealer in Chandigarh- CM MOTORS LTD., Authorized service centre or dealer - tricity LTD. Etc.

                          Now customer care service provided me your corporate mail I'd for help.

                          CM motor agency and tricity service centre both said to me that your car fuel pump assembly part no. Is not more available in North region because of closing making this part by maruti company and this fuel pump assembly is now available in modifying form which is searched throughout the vendors in North region but till now no positive response is coming out.

                          No fuel pump assembly is coming till now.

                          What I do now with my car ??????????

                          Is maruti company is helpless, they can't satisfied his customer ???

                            Dear Maruti Team,
                            We are the proud owner of Maruti Suzuki IGNIS and I always feel proud to share that from the last 15 years I am the loyal customer of this great organization.
                            We started our journey with Alto in 2006, then Swift Dzire in 2012 and another IGNIS in 2020.
                            I was a happy customer till the time I bought IGNIS and after IGNIS it has become a nightmare for me.
                            This journey became a nightmare because of Pathetic quality of Factory fitted tyres of Bridgestone. First tyre got punctured and damaged before running less than 2K KMs and another tyre got damaged with less than 3.5K KMS.
                            In the last 4 months, it has become so worse that 2 tyres got punctured at least 4 times and that too when the car is running in Gurgaon and overall running so far is 3800 KMs.
                            Just to add, there is no support from Bridgestone team as they simply told this issue is not covered under warranty.
                            This Car is registered in My wife name : Aastha Kalra - HR98 8279
                            May I request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.

                                I booked the swift vxi, at agency house port Blair (A&N islands)on 02 Feb 2021 and they promised me, u will get the car within 45-60 days.still I didn't got the car,

                                  Not satisfied with service .staff dealing with only one customer, all done bt for washing I wait for 2.5 hour. Very bad generator facility .light gone and generator will start after one hour.not satisfied with dealing of agent.my car no. Pb 56 B 9313.contect no. This dealer is not providing a reasonable service or response to the CUSTOMERs.. whenever I got to service my car, they always say we are not servicing or it will take more time.. They Just don't want to take vehicle for service.. ### dealer.. I'm going to sell my car because of this.

                                      I purchased Maruti Suzuki Vitara Breeza ZDI PLUS dual tone in 2017.
                                      Since last year i am facing issue of hard and sticky steering. i also visit service centre for steering problem as Maruti announced free service for steering issue.
                                      Service centre told me nothing and not resolve issue.
