This has reference to to Maruti Suzuki WagonR (chassis number MA3JMT81SLM400394, reg no. GA08R7635) purchased buy me on 11/1/21 at Sai Service Pvt ltd Verna Goa.

I would like to inform you that invoice number [protected] dated 11/1/21 shows ex showroom rate Rs. 490194/-
Again down on invoice copy it mentions ex showroom rate as Rs. 518674/-

As per the sales executive ex-showroom price is 518674/- but invoice shows 490194 after GST.

Sales executive had promised me free accessories and he also promised extended warranty free that is of Rs. 8000/-

please find attached herewith the account statement given by the dealer which shows that Rs.8000/- is paid by me.

As per my understanding ex showroom price should not contain accessories amount. It only contains dealer margin, transportation cost & octroi charges.

May I know as to why accessories amount is added to ex showroom price?

As per motor vehicle act 1988 there is no provision made where a dealer can charge handling charges but break up of account details given to me clearly proves that handling charges are collected.

First when I visited the showroom I was promised all accessories free, which included matting, steering grip, seat covers, mud flap, door visors etc.

But when account breakup was asked the sales executive said that Rs. 13000 accessories was supposed to be given free, but only Rs. 6000 worth is given free.

Once payment is is done by the customer how is that dealer deviates from what he has said?
This clearly proves that Maruti Suzuki are cheating people.

Kindly request you to intervene the matter and refund the excess amount back to me or else I will be forced to take legal action.

    Sir,
    I have taken NOC for my Maruti Swift Dzire bought in 2015 at Kakinada. I am now retired and moving to Hyderabad for my final settlement. Registration authority is asking for invoice copy which I don't have.
    I have requested/knocked at all doors through emails and tele-conversation, but they all are blunt and unhelpful.
    Could you please suggest me any other method by which I can get my invoice copy?

      I had service of maruti baheno zeta on dtd.01.01.21 but it's not up to the mark. I had paid Rs.12404/- which is comparatively high but afterthat i am not satisfied with same and problem is there like before I.e. all minor scratches for which I had suggested painting but work done is very badly by just past white color mark, not done computerized color also consist of hidden charges also. I had experience very badly.

        I have purchased Celerio X on Dec 17 2020 and within a month of delivery car AC is not working .
        When I’ve been to the service centre, they confirmed Some switch issue and the soldering is gone, we need 10 days to repair the part and is not under warranty but we will try to cover it under warranty.

        I don’t understand how a brand new car can cause such technical issues within a month, is there any satisfactory response ? And to my surprise all were treating the issue like some 10 year old car, saying dust jam 🤷🏻‍♀️

            Hello sir/madam
            I want to tell you that, i purchased brezza vxi from dera bassi showroom, but the showroom manager misbehave with me. Actually the reason was that they commited to me that i can do insurance of car by myself, but later on they refused but i said ok because i want car as soon as possible.On the delivery day they were charging extra money approx.(3000rs) for the insurance which i refused to pay...then the manager behave rudely and was saying that i[censored] wants to purchase than purchase otherwise u can cancel the deal, but later on sales boy jaswant called me and convinced me to buy car. But the behaviour of the manager was very rude with customer, so please take some action as we are the customer not employee that u will behave rudely with us.

              Our ex-car number MH 12 PC 2670, was drained in accumulated water in parking for hours. Insurance did survey told us it's a total loss vehicle and can't be repaired. We were financially in loss due to it. Now after few month the vehicle is repaired and sold to someone and that person is using our car. Nexa showroom team wagholi got all docs signed by us for transfer and NOC and all. And the fastag is still by my name we had recharged it, new battery was changed by us, the registration is still by my name and some one else is using that vehicle. My question is IF THE VEHICLE WAS A TOTAL LOSS AND WAS TO BE TRASHED THEN HOW IS IT NOW REPAIRED AND SOLD TO SOME ONE ? this is a kind of fraud to use...we lost our car for no reason. We paid nonsense parking charges at the nexa showroom for parking, they do not even touched our vehicle f or days . We had to run around to banks and showroom multiple time for getting this closed and to get the IDV balance back to us. The Lombard insurance team and the nexa team are not supportive and do not care for customers.
              Please answer my question, our emotions where attached with that car. They all played with it and created all nuisance.

                Sir I applied job in quikr and recieved from Maruti suzuki for the supervisor and I attended a telephonic interview and they said to pay 1990rs for the dress it is refunded with ur salary and today I received call for training verification is this job is real assured or fake pls give me a clarification

                      My name is Vikas and I am writing this complaint on behalf of my father-in-law (Mr. Sathianathan), as he had a terrible experience with Maruti Eeco wherein the outside edge of the tyres are wearing out in less than 7000 kms. Before explaining the issue I would like to let u know that our family are pride owners of Maruti, as we possess S-cross(KL 56 H 1333), Baleno(KA 03 MZ 5879) and Swift(KL 56 C 5700) apart from Mauti Eeco(KL 56 U 8229).
                      Now coming to the complaint- This issue has been addressed when the vehicle was driven 7261kms (2nd Feb 2020) with the one of your service center (Indus Motors Co Pvt Ltd). We were told that this might be an issue with the tyre manufacturer(Apollo) as they have confirmed that the alignment of the vehicle is perfect and the wear out tyre was replaced with stepney for a temporary fix. This in turn made us to contact Apollo to find out the issue. However, Apollo has confirmed that the tread wear is not due to the tyre problem and insisted us to contact Maruti as it might be an issue with the vehicle. This process continued till November without any conclusion or settlement and it is an utter disappointment, as with 13252kms driven the problem still remains and other tyres are having the same problem. All the related documents and photos are attached with this for your reference. We haven't faced any problems with our other Maruti vehicles as those are driven more than 30000kms and the tyres are still looking in a perfect shape. We want you to address this issue and get it rectified permanently and also would require a replacement of those tyres. Looking forward for a prompt reply and a solution, else we will have to take an extreme step of lodging a complaint in consumer court.

                        When i go for third service on date 15 dec 2020 in workshop then the engineer of workshop said that your car steering have some problem so it would be changed under warrenty so you can order it
                        Then i order that part on 16 dec the manger of work shop said it will come in 2-3 day so you wait for it
                        But till today no response come come from workshop and maruti suzuki company
                        And i have raise many complain to toll free no [protected](many times)
                        And also doing mail daily
                        But company not respone any answer
                        So please help us

                          I have delivered vehicle Reg no mh46bv4052 maruti celerion to Autovista excel pvt Ltd, at kharghar Navi Mumbai-410210, for 1st free service, I was very surprised that despite free service, I was being charged by anyone executive Rs 350/-When asked by us, he told that this is consumable charges like coolent, oil grees etc. Is it true that when we buy a car, we are called first service free, then why was this type charge taken? I have bought two maruti cars, we have bought the second
                          Car only after looking at the market services and reliability Maruti brand. It seems that this time we made a mistake by taking the car, .if it is so then the other brand is quite good in today's time. Requested to plz check such type issue and appreciate for customer issues.

                            I purchased Ciaz Delta in the month Jan -2018 . My registration Number is - OD 23 F 8806 At the time of purchase, I paid for all required accessories including Fast tag . It is nearly 3 years I have not received the same . Though I have informed the matter several times over telephone, every time I got assurance only .They are not taking the issue seriously .
                            I hope my issue to be resolved at earliest .

                              Hi this is Sathya, I left my bike at service center koramangala but they robbed my front wheel mudguard. I asked them on spot but they are not giving proper answers, so for next service I left in the 9star company. If like this happen mean orion will loose their respect and trust from customer. We never get alert message from orion for service or any other related regarding bike, still I never received my RC book I purchased bike on February 10th 2020, its about 10 months but received my RC book, no proper responses from the company. Kindly check and let me know please. Very bad attitudes.

                                I am totally disapointed and fedup from maruti autopace truevalue car sell and exchange department ind area phase 1 ramdarbar chandogarh because I had sold my car to the autopace company 6 months before today, whose money I have not received till date and I also call the company, they continue to speak these days but no any type of response... so i will go to the consumer court directly to lodge this complaint and tweet this hrrasment.

                                  the date :- 20/11/2020 I was sick and I have asked a normal sick leave at that day but my workshop manager Mr. Vipul ramani denied to give me sick leave..so I did not come for 10 (ten) days.. And that after 10 (ten) days, I went to workshop then manager of workshop Mr. Vipul ramani restigate me just because off I did not come In workshop due to sickness ...And at the end of the month when the date of salary arrived ...my salary receipt has been issued but my salary didn't debited in my bank account so I asked manager that my salary did not debited in my bank account and the manager Vipul ramani and Mayur barot told me that you won't get salary for 20 days because I have didn't go for 10 days.. And then I told them that I will complain then they started talking rudely and in very bad manner...i didn't refused to do job as a technician but they have restigate me... So I humble request to you that please me to get my salary back for 20 days... Please solve my problems as soon as possible

                                    I booked the Car from Jaipur ( Rajasthan ) KTL showroom on 22, 12, 2020 Swift LXI. Name - jagdish Prasad Yadav They pressurized me that Sir, you should book your car today so that we can deliver to you as soon as possible. If you do not book the Car today, you will not be delivered to this price. So we booked the car on the same day. Fifty one hundred rupees. We have got the car booked. Then after that when we asked when to get the billing done and by when the delivery will be given. The car has said that delivery will be given to you before the 31th. Dec 2020 ..You will be given a car before this date. But when we are talking to you, he refused us yesterday that you cannot deliver the car. You take the car from somewhere else. We do not have a cart in stock. When I asked him, Sir, on what basis did you make my booking when you do not have a car? That day you told that if you have a car, then their behavior was mistreating me. When I booked the car, there was a happy atmosphere for me and my whole family, but now because of them there is disappointment in the whole Family. The whole house is feeling a different atmosphere, so it is not helping us either. And now neither my phone is receiving, nor I am being helped in any way. I'm feeling cheated on myself Now I do not know. We have been using Maruti's vehicles since the beginning. We have full faith in Maruti that Maruti will deliver the car to us .So, please help me. Get the car delivered to me as soon as possible Asap .Because they flatly refused me that we cannot deliver the car to you. Take your car from somewhere else. And now their behavior is my revengeful behavior. So somewhere in this way, he could not deal with me with any kind of deception, so please help me .I am also sharing a booking invoice with you.                                       This car i bought on April 2019.
                                      After riding 12, 000 km the back side of right tyre has been rubbed and i changed the tyre but again the problem has risen.I go to the Maruti seva, Nagpur company but the company does not solve my problem they only repeatedly asking for me to come but they does not solve my problem and this problem has risen 3 times.
                                      I think the problem is in company manufacturing part. I request to maruti suzuki please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i have to take steps for further action.
