    Kindly, this mail is to inform you that my vehicle has got a compliant against the warranty of battery. The car battery was down when it kept for three days idle.
    I inform that to the dealer where i had bought it. Now also my car is not get it back.. When i call the dealers they told me that the battery is not get by the shop after warranty process. Now a month is gone, till this moment they are not able to set the well new battery. How shame is this to inform. this is not only the problems of a dealer, but also the battery company.
    The car is taken from AM MOTORS MALAPURAM, sub agent or dealer shop in ottapalam.
    Now also they were telling that it take some more days to repair the battery.

        I have purchased a maruthi vitara brezza in 2017 november with chasis no.Ma3nyfb1shj289820 and engine no.D13a5517947 from avg motors, kottayam.
        Till may 2019 everything was ok when monsoon started i noticed that head lights get fogged - as though water leaks into the headlight--and could not be driven in rain . I placed a complaint with the dealers and after much persuasion /verification /on the spot checking with the photographs delayed replacement was done last year.
        But it is embarassing to note that the problem cropped again .Smog- smoke like fog - develops inside the head lights and could not be driven in rain at all. It is a serious problem and the same complaint occurs to my son in laws car puchased one month earlier from the same dealer. I feel complaining to the dealer is of no use. Please verify and arrange necessary steps to get my grievance redressed . Covid19 has delayed registering the complaint.

          I had purchase a suzuki acces 125cc sepcial edition on date 23rd October 2020...but on 24th oct I had already faced a lot of problems like the vehicle stopped at that riding time suddenly.. though I m in high way yesterday i may had face a savior accident..my wife and i had riding it..it had zero pickup capacity..

            OFB, under MoD, Govt. of India, placed an order for MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LIMITED Petrol Manual Transmissio Cars, through GeM portal.
            Your representative Mr. Sameer Solanki has misbehaved on telephonically when called for regarding order confirmation. He also abused.
            It shows from his behaviour that he wanted to malign the brand of Maruti Suzuki. He may be influences by your competitor, and reduced your business in India.
            Govt. spend huge amount of money for vehicle purchase through GeM portal.

              My car regularly doing service on Maruti service station Vishnu cars Avadi, Chennai
              For 80000 KM the service charge including with repair total around 2 lakhs charged till now with major work on gear box
              Now my car belt damaged and other service point saying it should be changed on every 30000 KM
              They are charging and replacing the parts unnecessarily for targets and putting more burden on customers

                Car Number TN70AB2882 was serviced at SRI AMMAN CARS INDIA (P) LTD - HOUSR - TAMILNADU, After service whole body was having lots of black spots like weld spatters whereas service people did not accept the mistake and collected service amount forcefully.

                  I have observed corrosion/rusting issue on front door and engine area of my new swift car which i have purchased in 2018. I have shown same to local dealer (Raviratna Motors, Bharuch, Gujarat) but representative said it is normal with maruti cars. i have insisted to check same with factory team as i have doubts on skills of dealership as i had also face so many problems during purchase of car. Your territory team also seems biased towards dealer. i have raised same to customer care to take up same with HO and factory team but till date no repsonse.

                    I purchased it at Chilupuri Suzuki Show Room, Warangal

                    The Accessories shown below are not given and they are promised to fitted those on[protected].

                    2. Foot Rest
                    3. Seat Cover

                    I frequently call them for the accessories to be fitted to my bike.

                    But as on today i.e.,[protected] they are not given and they are telling that the goods are in transit and it will take more time.

                        Today ie 18/10/2020 I went to repair my baleno car steering issue bearing no. AS-01-DA-0374 at Maruti Service Centre, Poddar Car World, Borbari, Guwahati under guidance of staff Sri Kaushik Mahanta. On delivery after work is completed in the evening he informed me that my battery have to be replace so when I checked it I found my battery might have been changed with someones old worn out battery without my concern. So I complaint to General Manager Sri Rituporno Sharma on the spot and he said my existing placed battery is the original one as number written in my manual book..So at his word I took for granted and still have doubt..So at their presence I took pictures of the placed battery in my car and my manual books number. So its my prayer dat I just need clarification that all work done is genuine.

                          I Bought A Suzuki Access 125 Last Sep-Oct.
                          Out Of 4 Free Services, The 2nd One Was Not Done Coz They Said Its Late. So Instead They Did The Third. Now They Are Telling Me They Can't Do The 4th One Either Coz Its Late Again. I Have Been Home But Went To City To Get My Bike Inorder To Give It Its Last Free Service. After All Those Trouble They Are Doing This ###. I Can Understand If They Couldn't Do The Second Service. But Not Doing 4th One Is Definitely Their Wrong Doing. Suzuki Is Full Of Scam. Kindly Please Help Me.

                              I bought the maruti swift diesel car vehicle bearing registration number kl-07-ce-3854 from m/s indus motors in september 2015 and have a mileage of 46375 kms as on 06/10/2020. I have done all the periodic services/ maintenance scheduled by maruti and got it done at your authorized service centre m/s indus motors, thevara, cochin. I have availed two years extended warranty also which expired in september 2019. During the warranty period itself while availing service from m/s indus motors, i have complained many times that i had to crank the engine many times to get the vehicle started. Meanwhile, the warning lights were glowed and visited the workshop on 10/02/2018. Initially they told me that they could not find any fault as it was not giving any error codes during computer assisted diagnosing. Later i was told that it was due to fault with collapsible steering column assy and changed it and kept under observation (Jobcard no. Jc17029384 dated 10/02/2018). Even after changing it, the warning light glowed again. Subsequently, the eps controller assy and eps controller were changed on 27/02/2018 suspecting the fault (Job card no. Jc17030788 dated 27/02/2018). But to my dismay, even after changing all these, the warning lights again started glowing off and on and was told that they will keep it under observation. The problem with engine starting persisted though they gave a recommendation vide job card no. Jc19020623 dated 18/11/2019 that they checked the hp fuel pump and could not find fault during computer assisted diagnosing but still kept under observation. Mileage was less than 40000 kms then. On 05/10/2020 the car engine completely failed to start and i had to get the maruti emergency team’s assistance to get the car started. On 06/10/202, i gave the car to m/s indus motors, thevara and then they informed me that the high pressure fuel pump is defective and needs to be replaced which will a cost rs.30, 000/-. I firmly believe that the fault with fuel pump was not properly diagnosed and left unattended due to lack of proper investigation. From the service records you can understand how i am caring my car by doing all periodical service/maintenance as per schedule approaching the authorised maruti workshop, indus thevara by availing the extended warranty and service packages etc.. It is very unfortunate that a car manufactured by a reputed brand maruti needs it fuel pump replaced within a short mileage of 46375 kms which is unbearable for a customer like me using car from a trusted brand of maruti for the last many years. It may be noted that i have made many complaints about the engine starting problem well within the warranty period itself and if the defect of the fuel pump was properly diagnosed at that time i would have get it replaced within warranty. Hence it is requested to look into the matter urgently and take necessary action to replace the fuel pump free of cost.

                                  Inspite of multiple fallow ups from 2 months the car cover not provided which has to come along with accessories.

                                  The respond is so pathetic that they don't know how to treat customer.

                                  Even the car delivery is not efficient and not clean properly while delivery.

                                  For every person they have provided and explain what all the accessories they have provided.

                                  We need to enquire about the same which is the duty.

                                  For registration they have given time slot to visit rto office at 2pm but they have arrived at 3:30 pm where we need to call for multiple time.

                                  Very much dissatisfied with the rns motors.

                                    Since 31/08/2020 to 07/10/2020 its more than 41 days i have purchased my suzuki super carry and still i have not received any of my official documents such as rc and number plate where the mobile number has been entered wrongly and everyday the dealership employees only give excuses and ask for time. If i have to just wait for the excuses then for what i am paying all my emi for my vehicle without being run.
                                    This is just unprofessionalism by the dealership
