      This is for your information that I have submitted the vehicle in kalyan motors, faizabad Road lucknow for damage repair under claim, on 15th sep'20. Vehicle is still standing over there. Repairing work is not done yet. When I asked for the same, they (workshop team) said that "we have placed the order of spare parts but we have not get the spare parts from maruti" and that's the reason for delay in repairing work. My concern is that why maruti is not sending the order on time??? This is the services maruti is offering to customers. Its almost two months now but vehicle is still in garage. Please help as I am already fed up with the services of maruti.

        Maruti Suzuki Service Providers are the Worst. They are run by Auto Mafia's .You will never get a Proper Service and if you fight for your right there are chances your Vehicle might get Problem.Secondly your Insrance claim will never happen.Insurance Premium is like an Extortion money to protect your Vehicle at our own risk.I Pray to all New Buyers not to buy Maruti Vehicles as you may find yourself into the net of Auto Mafias.

          I have maruti vechile at my home from many years..we were having so much trust on maruti brand..but last night i met a accident and it was very major accident..like my car rolled for 2 to 3 times ..and totall car is damaged..but not a single air bag was open..i have injuries all over my hand..i will post all the pics of my car on every social media and i will definitely file a case against maruti...if even one person changes his mind to not buy a car by my post i will be happy..poor service by maruti

            Have bought new Ertiga in October 2015, i got it properly serviced from Maruti Service Master Okhla all 3 services, my car has done only 83000 kms. In Sep 2020, my car having problem with gear as i cant lower my gear from 3rd to 2nd gear. But i can put it in 2nd after 1st. So i shown my car to service station. They took the car & fixed it in 2 days changed couple of parts in gear box, that happened on 22 april[protected] kms, now after exactly after 2 months on 22 june[protected] kms again same issue in my car gear box. Now service station is saying it came back again because that time i never got clutch set changed. If i have got clutch set changed then this problem would have not come. Now they are saying i have to get clutch set changed & changing clutch set will be chargable as its not covered by warranty. But if problem was because of my clutch set then why my vehicle was working fine after they changed the part in april. Now i request some high technical staff to look into my case. And there is one more Ertiga stationed with MSM for same problem. Thanks Harpreet Singh [protected] [protected]

              In reference to my car ( Maruti Swift Vxi), which was given for some denting and painting work at Wonder car; I realised my mistake that I shouldn’t have trusted the team who had done a severe goo[censored]p in the past, where I didn’t escalate because of a gentleman by the name of Mr. Mangesh Kulkarni who requested me not to do any escalation.

              Will brief you the poor service level, the door of the vehicle got changed and when I received it I found that the door is not getting closed properly; immediately I bought it under the notice of the gentleman Mr. Mahesh Kulkarni, who requested me again to receive the delivery and he will be sending someone to get the same rectify; again as good gesture I received but I document the issue on the job card.

              There were couple of more issues which I ignore, but today morning during the bright sunlight when I was inspecting the car I found there were patches of polish which was been applied was not been properly removed; so I just thought to bring it under the notice of Mr. Mangesh Kulkarni because I had already started cleaning those spots myself with the help of a dry cloth.

              Hence when I tried to bring it under his notice by calling him up, I was taken back by his behaviour; he started telling me “ia tumhara har bad ka nautanki hain ki muft khori main kam karana chahate hop”, to which when I asked what “muft main aap ne kya kiya”; to which he said the he had done lot of things. Hence I would like to understand that how the gentleman by the name Mangesh Kulkarni, have the audacity to talk to a client in this fashion. And look forward for explanation for the same in next 24 hours, failing which I have to take necessary step not only against the gentleman who spoke so rudely but also against the dealer; and where I might have to drag the name of Maruti Suzuki for which I’m not be responsible. Please note that it is over a week and my issue is not yet resolved.

                My maruti cellerio zxi car battery is dead as I know warranty for this is 40000 km or 2 years however I purchase this car oct2018 and till date my car run almost 25000km it means I am eligible for warranty of battrey bcoz my car not run upto 40000 km I asked them but they denies for this so that I am complaining abt this I want exchange replacement of battery on no cost

                  Dear Customer, Issue reported with Ref ID CAS-97313-F7K4R8 is Closed.Hope we were able to resolve the concern.For any future assistance pls call on[protected]. i raised a complaint against my vehicle battery draining issue. they said the battery will be replaced to avoid the issue in future.still now my battery is not replaced i didn't take the delivery of my bike.but my complaint is closed.this is the fourth time i am contacting you guys for this issue.really not satisfied with your customer care.

                    Hi,

                    Today morning (02 Nov 2020, I was going to Lucknow by my car (Baleno). Another car (Ertiga) pushed hard & my glass has broken. both o[censored]s has stopped & found that glass of both car is broken. I asked them is this the way to drive the car, don't you guys see the indicator. Then they said hume toh aise hi chalani aati hai, nh dikhti hume koi light, j ukhadna hai ukhaad lo. Car was from Haryana.

                          Kindly, this mail is to inform you that my vehicle has got a compliant against the warranty of battery. The car battery was down when it kept for three days idle.
                          I inform that to the dealer where i had bought it. Now also my car is not get it back.. When i call the dealers they told me that the battery is not get by the shop after warranty process. Now a month is gone, till this moment they are not able to set the well new battery. How shame is this to inform. this is not only the problems of a dealer, but also the battery company.
                          The car is taken from AM MOTORS MALAPURAM, sub agent or dealer shop in ottapalam.
                          Now also they were telling that it take some more days to repair the battery.

                              I have purchased a maruthi vitara brezza in 2017 november with chasis no.Ma3nyfb1shj289820 and engine no.D13a5517947 from avg motors, kottayam.
                              Till may 2019 everything was ok when monsoon started i noticed that head lights get fogged - as though water leaks into the headlight--and could not be driven in rain . I placed a complaint with the dealers and after much persuasion /verification /on the spot checking with the photographs delayed replacement was done last year.
                              But it is embarassing to note that the problem cropped again .Smog- smoke like fog - develops inside the head lights and could not be driven in rain at all. It is a serious problem and the same complaint occurs to my son in laws car puchased one month earlier from the same dealer. I feel complaining to the dealer is of no use. Please verify and arrange necessary steps to get my grievance redressed . Covid19 has delayed registering the complaint.

                                I had purchase a suzuki acces 125cc sepcial edition on date 23rd October 2020...but on 24th oct I had already faced a lot of problems like the vehicle stopped at that riding time suddenly.. though I m in high way yesterday i may had face a savior accident..my wife and i had riding it..it had zero pickup capacity..

                                  OFB, under MoD, Govt. of India, placed an order for MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LIMITED Petrol Manual Transmissio Cars, through GeM portal.
                                  Your representative Mr. Sameer Solanki has misbehaved on telephonically when called for regarding order confirmation. He also abused.
                                  It shows from his behaviour that he wanted to malign the brand of Maruti Suzuki. He may be influences by your competitor, and reduced your business in India.
                                  Govt. spend huge amount of money for vehicle purchase through GeM portal.

                                    My car regularly doing service on Maruti service station Vishnu cars Avadi, Chennai
                                    For 80000 KM the service charge including with repair total around 2 lakhs charged till now with major work on gear box
                                    Now my car belt damaged and other service point saying it should be changed on every 30000 KM
                                    They are charging and replacing the parts unnecessarily for targets and putting more burden on customers
