I purchased a wagon R vxi in last November and is under warranty including extended warranty. Now i would like to install infotainment system and got a quote from the dealer. But i found the price is very high compared to the market rate. Is there any option available so that i can purchase the accessory and get is fitted by your service department without disturbing the warranty conditions.

    My car (Dl12cr3209, maruti dzire - 2019, delta model) which got damaged in a accident in delhi, was taken to tr sawhney (Mayapuri, service center).

    Initially it was suggested that the vehicle will take 10 days. This condition was agreed by me. The repair costed almost inr. 29, ooo which included (Front bumper repair, lhs fender repair, dicky new, rear bumper new, both qtr panel repair).

    The car was delivered after 14 days on 19/august/2020. To my surprise the level of service was already not upto the mark and this was notified to service workshop personals. It was claimed that the car had been thoroughly cleaned but later they themselves confirmed that it had not been cleaned.

    Most importantly the roof top of the car seems to be completely painted which had never been damaged in the accident.

    The second day, it was raining heavily in delhi and the complete bootspace of my dzire got filled with water, damaging the rear seat, mat in the boot, and spare tyre, rusting on the rear panel of the bootspace are a few points. Also the complete rubbing material/ compound is scattered all over the car. It seems other vehicle standing next to my car in the workshop had undergone a painting job and the compound is scattered all over my car.

    Photoas had been attached to this complaint.

    Today mayapuri service center (Tr sawhney) had again collected the car from my home with no clear timelines when it will be delivered.

    A small job which requires fixing of bootspace and rear bum[per is a 14 day job for maruti service professionals. There was no quality checks by quality manager, workshop manager before delivering the vehicle.

    The basic jobs included denting, painting and cleaning and at all 03 levels tr sawhney (Mayapuri workshop) failed miserably to perform the job.

    Amazingly received a call from TR Sawhney Motors (mayapuri Workshop), stating a driver and technician will come to pick your vehicle and bring it to workshop.

    NO CONTACT DETAILS, NAME OF PERSON WHO IS COMING HAD BEEN SHARED WITH ME.

    MOST IMPORTANTLY THE PERSON WHO CAME WAS NOT IN MARUTI UNIFORM, WITHOUT ANY COMPANY ID CARD.

    IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE A UNKNOWN PERSON ASKS FOR TE CAR KEYS STATING HE IS FROM MARUTI WITHOUT ANY I'D CARD, UNIFORM.

    Either Maruti is least bothered on Quality of Service or TR Sawhney is taking things for granted knowingly he is a authorized Maruti Dealer.

    is maruti or tr sawhney falling short of funds to generate a i'd card or provide uniform to staff.
    I visited mayapuri maruti service centre Delhi, there I met Vinod the service advisor and submitted my left side damaged car. I did not receive any calls after submitting my car from my service advisor to update me. He made false promises regarding date and time for delivering the vehicle. I visited them on 5th November 2020 to collect my car after confirming on phone but they informed me at workshop i have to wait another 2 hours, this is impossible for me to wait 2 hours during my office hours. I asked gatekeeper for sanitizer so santize my hands his reply was khatam ho gaye hai ladka gaya hai lene I mean seriusly in this pendemic situation where 100's of people visit your workshop daily you do not have single sanitizer for the. A bad bad experience in terms of customer handeling for sure. Maruti please look into this.

      Dear sir, on May 5/5/2019, a new Ertiga ZC was booked, which had an amount of 11000 rupees on the debit card and we were given a time of 4 weeks to meet which I have not received till date in the company of Maruti Suzuki in February. Gaya said to the employee there that now I will not be able to get the car because after a long time, my booking money can be returned by canceling my booking.

      We have purchased Maruti Ertiga VDI in October 2013

      Now it has run only 73000 kms till date and developed snag in 2nd gear as it is not clogging properly and

      in this regard yesterday I approached one of your service centres to check this issue and according to them gear rings are damaged and they have to be replaced along with new clutch plates and

      given me around Rs., , , , , , - estimate for this repair.

      Sorry to say I have not expected such a low quality transmission from a highly reputed name in the automobile industry whose name often appears at top in quality standards.

      Since it is a manufacturing defect (due to poor quality) in transmission, the company should recall my car at authorised service station and get the repair free of cost to retain customer loyalty.

        My bad experience with abt maruti (Karur) today. I was received multiple calls from the service center to bring the car for 3rd free services, today i booked the appointment and my father went with the car for service center and they have created the job card: jc20002666 and i received the message with the amount of 5508rs. I was shocked and immediately i called the service center and asked why 5508rs is required for free service and i reported the same to the head office of abt maruti coimbatore. After that, i received a call from karur service center and i was informed like there is no free service and i should go with a paid service. I got frustrated with their reply, i asked my father to come back home without doing any service. A few minutes later, i received a call and i was informed that a discount will be provided instead of a free service. They sent revised job card: jc20002684 with 3300rs. I agreed for the service which resulted in the invoice (024/bc/[protected] of 3336rs.

        After my father arrived home, i checked the invoice. They have mentioned the mileage wrongly as 25, 475km but actual mileage in the car is 10, 300km. They billed extra car care kit which was not asked for.

        Need justification on below points:

        1.in the jc20002666 job card, they have mentioned 3, 000 labor charge. To change the engine oil, should i pay 3000 labor charge which is 3 times of oil price?

        2. I was informed in the appointment call that it’s 3rd free service and after bringing the car to service station why i was informed that it’s a paid service? Is this the way to commit to customers?

        3. After i questioned back for a labor charge of 3000 rs, they changed the job card with a labor charge of 1300 rs. Is this to cheat my father is not highly educated? Is this happening to each and every customer?

        4. Why you are adding car care kit without my knowledge. Is this a technique to increase the bill amount?

        5. Why mileage is mentioned wrongly? This will impact when i plan to sell my car.

        This is not the first time i’m facing this kind of issue. While i was booking the car, i was cheated on the employee discount amount for buying a new car. I was made to pay the amount more than the actual price for additional car accessories.

        I brought this issue to your attention to avoid this kind of issues in the future and i hope i will get reverted on this issue.

          I booked an Maruti swift on 6/7/2020 at Manraj Motors Jalgaon with old car exchange i get waiting of 30 days which is over on 4/8/2020 for this i contact dealer he tells more waiting period of 15 days.
          For this i visited showroom today 5/8/2020 for my old car because in other showroom i will getting car in stock. I also tells all about other showroom stock on 30/7/2020 & request them to arrange the car from other showroom but they didn't do anything also I ask them about that when they will give delivery of my car and also to return my old car to me.. but they just do obstruction for purchasing new car from other showroom... But they tell me that my old car sold without informing me also without delivery of new car... i ask them about delivery of new car because all exchange process is only against delivery of new car but showroom Executive, customer care manager, sales manager also sales general manager not support me they didn't give proper answer and also very rude behavior and said that they will think about delivery of new car i ask about delivery date but they not give proper answer this is only for just harassment of me... Only obsturct for me indirectly pressurized me to buy car only from Manraj Motors Jalgaon Not from other showroom and rather they not delivering my new car...
          This is such a rude behavior of showroom because I didn't get my car and they sold my car without delivery of new car... This means they treat customer as per their own decision there is no value of customer. Just harassing me...

Ma3fheb1s00262089, engine no. D13a0251388 to ktl pvt. Ltd. Opp. Hotel anjuman, bye-pass road, kamla nagar, agra on 09-may-2019 time 12:15 pm in exchange against my new car maruti wagonr up80fa7759. I also signed in rto agra on 10-may-2019 for ownership transfer of car maruti swift vdi & for noc. Later on ktl pvt. Ltd. Sold car maruti swift vdi to ram kishan s/o shiv ji r/o 225, nagla pota, district – etah - 207001 on 23-dec-2019 without providing noc neither to him nor to me as well. Udaiveer driver of ram kishan done accident on 06-january-2020 at 07:00 pm by car maruti swift vdi in which one person named – amar singh s/o late hetram r/o nagla siwar, post – jagatpur dikhatmai, thana – bichhawan, teh – bhogaon, dist – mainpuri expired. The family members of expired person claimed compensation of rs. 2800000 against this accident. As ownership was not transferred, till the time hence my name also involved in this case just because of ktl pvt. Ltd. Kamla nagar agra as they sold car maruti swift vdi to udaiveer without noc. I live in agra & already visited twice at bhogaon police station & mainpuri court against this case but still my name is involved. Being alone earning person in my family being mentally harassed due to this case just because of ktl pvt. Ltd so, request to get me compensate as per request from ktl pvt. I had a claim of my car at( Maruti Suzuki Arena, peaks at Lasjan bypass srinagar ), as i had my roof destructed, my back dicky glass.. so i just want to coney it to maruti that the work in just not done properly low material is added to my car, and no one takes that responsibility.. i never ever thought that maruti suzuki does these rubbish things to the customer.. i visited lasjan peaks many times . But all in vein.. they always have an excuse.. i tried to share my talks and want to have a solution for my car... i went for 2 claims .. but they both are below average.. i just want maruti suzuki to just one check out my car.. every time they try to ditch..
              So now i have maruti suzuki complaint box to just make my car look as your reputation.. neither for granted if you dont work on my complaint there is then no need to sell my car. And disappoinment on maruti suzuki.

                  This is to inform you that my ertiga vdi model nov 2012. After passing 35000km i have replaced gear box instructed by technician and he said was default problem of maruti suzuki ertiga vdi model only.
                  Now, the time of again gear box changing or replaced as technician instructed. I have frosted so much every 40000km there is by default problem of ertiga vdi model only.

                  Kindly help us to resolve this matter!!

                    Hi, â this is in regard to my maruti suzuki brezza car, zdi model. I met with an accident and my car’s wheel, fender and bumper were damaged. I took the car to cm motors, industrial area, phase -1, chandigarh. It is really shameful for maruti suzuki, for providing hell services to the customer. My registration number is cho1-bv-3930. The issues which i faced were disgustingly handled by the cm motors. Despite giving the set time the car was delivered one week late and then to my surprise the car condition was horrible as i took it from some garbage area.â -the car paint which has to be on bumper and fender was all spread on car, its totally inside the car outside as well.-the car steering was totally bend and the advisor told me to get the alignment and balancing from outside as they do not do here and it will be right. But to my surprise it didn’t happened and i was about to have accident again.-the bonat switch was not # properly.-the tyre which they replaced is making noise while turning.-all car has white marks of paint rubbing on it which shows that some # person has done the work of the car.â like maruti suzuki claims to be big name, but i feel that you lag in services and you are providing false commitment to the people who are buying your brand cars.â now i personally advice everyone, not to buy any maruti product. Also maruti has appointed such a dealers who do not listen, do false practises for repairing, and coordinate badly with the customers. Even they have no one in the system to tell the exact scenario and update the customer about the product repair time or cost.â apart from the amount i given to the dealer i have spendâ 5000/- extra on mechanical part repair and still paint work is pending which i want from company.â i definitely want to get my issue resolved asap basis and also my refund and harassment charges.â despite giving the car in maruti dealership i am going to local market for repair.â i want you to get the matter resolved or definitely i will excalate the matter to the media and off course to the consumer forum.â

                      Subject:regarding the rude behaviour of executive.
                      I sanyal khanna having ciaz vdi + (Dl8cac4388) called maruti service master jahangiri puri branch as my car”s rear bumper sensor was faulty and spoke to nikhil over their & explained him my problem, requested him to get it rectified, instead o[censored]nderstanding and try to book & appointment he insisted me to get the service done and starting behaving rude and denied to get it done & said they don’t have enough staff to cater that to in really unprofessional way, really annoying for me coz of his behaviour. I got my last service in the month of february 2020 at 70000/- mileage and now it is 74000/- only coz of lockdown and all. Really upset with this unprofessional behaviour and will not suggest anyone to go to maruti service master jahangiri puri. Request you to see this person nikhil and get him some professional training. And get my problem rectified as my car is still in warranty.

                          I purchase dzire zxi plus from maha maya auto cars ambikapur district sarguja chattisgarh on 21 january 2020 but from last six months my rc not came upto me, staff at showroom everytime changes reason for that from last 4 months, now they say that rc is with agent in jashpur and you go to there and take the rc from agent at jashpur, my experience is worst with dealer, so i request to do needful and give me my rc as soon as possible

                            I bought my new Maruti brezza car Navneet Motors Udaipur while purchasing the car I bought zero depth insurance and and while purchasing they sad.. in the cover till 40000 kilometres for tyres included.
                            But after only 10, 000 kilometres in the period of one year unfortunately 2 tyres of my car burst.
                            Now the company says it is not
                            manufacturindefault. but I want to know how come possible both the tyres from the same place burst how can possible if it is not the manufacturing default.
                            Now here who is the responsible Maruti Suzuki company
                            MRF tyre company
                            national highway ( I have the slip of toll plaza just know it was not of driving )

                            Now the head of the department of Maruti Suzuki they are giving me the great excuse.
                            they said if the tyre burst with accidental car it comes in insurance but if only the tyre burst it doesn't comes in insurance
                            I am really very disappointed with the service of Maruti Suzuki.

                              Complaint in maruti super carry

                              Dear

                              I’ve purchased maruti suzuki super carry having registration no. ‘pb10hb1672’ from stan autos, ludhiana last year in february 2019 by the name of kathuria enterprises. After 3-4 months of purchase we started facing problems in this van. When ever i send that van to service centre for checking it takes a lot to time to find the problem.                                 Address: House no 6 gali no 3 Anand Vihar Colony Near Shiv Mandir,Karnal

                                My car was breakdown in last month and after complaint in road side assistance company Engineers verify that car fule pump is no working so they told me that you can tow your car in Karnal motors. So, as they said I did the same thing and with reference of company employee of Karnal motors I was gave the 2000 RS. Towing charge they said that this amount will be reimbursed to you after we provide you towing receipt. But still I am waiting for my 2000 reimbursement and they can't even pick my call
