Kindly find the attached buyer delivery receipt and be informed through the medium of this mail that i exchanged my old car bearing registration no dl3cbc1745 with new swift vdi car registration no dl6cn7463 on 3rd of july 2015 from t r sawhney motors e-260, amar colony, lajpat nagar-iv, near police station, new delhi, delhi 110024 and presently located at block g, block d, kalkaji, new delhi, delhi 110019 opposite to ashok bhawan nehru place. It was to my surprise that the ownership of the car is not yet transferred and the car was sold out in 2015. I telephonically informed mr varun on mobile no [protected] and copy shared a copy of the buyer delivery receipt through whatsapp and helpline no. [protected] on 04/07/2020please note that this is a fault of compliance with the seller-buyer contract and you sold out the care intentionally. It is pertinent to mention here that all the responsibilities of the car are legally transferred to t r sawhney motors
Under the said circumstances, kindly get the ownership of the car transferred within a period of 10 days from the receipt of this mail in order to avoid any further litigation. Hope legal sense will prevail to you.
That after repeated calls and request i did not get any solution and maruti people are least bothered. I tried to approach them through customer care many time but most of the times they disconnect the calls intentionally. I wrote them a mail on 4th of july and called them many times but they never reply. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue

Kindly find the attached BUYER DELIVERY RECEIPT and be informed through the medium of this mail that I exchanged my old car bearing registration no DL3CBC1745 with new SWIFT VDI car registration no DL6CN7463 on 3rd of July 2015 from T R SAWHNEY MOTORS E-260, Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar-Iv, Near Police Station, New Delhi, Delhi 110024 and presently located at CC - 27, Nehru Place, Delhi - 110019, Opposite Paras Cinema Nehru place.     Dear team

    I am hereby requested that, i have given my car to repair in navdesh autos under accident repair case under insurance claim policy on dated ;23rd feb 2020, but still even after nearly 5 months thr is still no response from the navdesh autos. They have promised me that i will be receiving car by 23rd march., but it's now 11 june and still there is no whereabout the repairing or delivery of the car . Even i had approached ceo of navdesh auto mr saurav gupta on his number [protected], he is the most weird and pathetic person, he said for me its a case i dont have time to meet you and hear your concerns please do whatever you wish to do its a clear example how maruti values their customers even i do have two products of maruti still facing same is very much stressful moreover if the king (Ceo) behaves like this the workers attitude you gonna made guess

    Following are the highlighted points
    1. The service advisor mr ajay is so offensive that he didnt have sesse how to talk to lady customer (My sister) obviously if your so called ceo mr. Aurav gupta said this then same can be epected from workers2. Now on arriving on 10th july the workshop persons said "please repair from outside and share the bills, will claim". Can anybody share why should i repair from local market, is maruti oblige this 3. For you its a case, but for me its a family car, samething i conveyed to gupta ji he said "main kya karoo, 50 grahak aate hai tere jaise"4. Spare tyre fitted in place of damaged tyre & damaged tyre used as a sapre 5. Navdesh autos had taken all amount from insurance company is it the reason for such pathetic services

    I believe abovesaid point can easy to understand my pain, in case you still dont want to take any action against such harassment then let me know as its 6 months till date but no help yet
    I will provided you sufficient stuff for the same whenever you want any proof

    No call from maruti till date ...despite of passing off 48 hrs ...even i have contacted Maruti Customer care, , , but no staisfactory response also said no timelines we have to provide you solution
    I am DR sonia with Alto vxi model and contact number [protected] .I purchased the car in March 2020 and till free service everything went well but as soon as paid service started, the services of the car were very disgusting---
    1.The person who pick and drops the car calls you around 30 min before that they have reached the destination and then cannot find the place where to come .The customer keeps waiting for them in the working hours of office --standing outside the office and then also they again call asking for the location of the place
    2.The car windows are just not clear and i dont know what grease cloth they use on the car windows that that grease is not going even after 5 days of car service, even though after that i get my car wash everyday.I cannot see through the glass windows as they are full of grease.This has repeated twice in 2022 and 2023

    when i asked or compensation of free labor next time, they simply said no .It is just simply harassing the customer and i have pledged that from now i wont get my car service from Navdesh autos.

    They simply say sorry but what have we to do with sorry if the person is not able to see and go home and nothing is visible, i was simply going to met an accident as i was not able to see through any window

      I would like to bring your attention to an unsatisfactory experience I had at your auto repair workshop Maruti Suzuki Arena, Mundka, New Delhi area. I have been a loyal customer for many years and feel that incomplete, unsatisfied and terrible service provided me on …………..

      On 14th May, 2018 due to an accident I visited with my vehicle at your Service Point, Mundka Repair Workshop. The driver Side Running Board of my car was totally damaged and replaced by your workshop. After 7-8 months, I was shocked when i saw that the driver side running board is completely damage due to rust, its horrible experience for me that I purchased new body parts from a prestigious brand like Maruti and it had been damaged within 7 to 8 months. I paid for this approximately Rs. 254000/- which is not a small amount. I visited many times at Munda Service Centre and requested them also, but they all are refusing to solve my problem and said that its warranty was laps. But I failed to understand that if you sold me an original part from Maruti Show Room then how can rust into this part within 7-8 months and another side of the same parts is extremely in a good condition?

      Sir, its horrible experiences for me. Maruti is a prestigious company in world wide and famous for service but these types of mistakes and behaviors of staffs will be totally damaged the image of Maruti Company.

      Please help me and try to solve my above request as soon as possible. One line in reply will be highly appreciated.

        Address: Bhargavi Automobiles, Nellore

        There is a problem with gear box after reaching 35000 km. Complained with the bhargavi service station at nellore, they have not done it properly, and the problem is still persisting. When the gear operated to third one it is slipping down to neutral, it is a big problem in traffic the speed will reduced and the back side vehicles have to apply immediate brakes. The service centre at nellore are not in a position to accept their inefficiency in rectifying the problem. Moreover they're very much interested to pressurise to the customers to hve the warranty for four years by paying huge amount. And the will not attend the repairs etc.

          Dear sir
          We have purchased maruti ignis delta (Petrol) from shenbaka cars, pondicherry on 29 may 2017. Car number py05c4878,
          Vehicle id ma3nfg81she128671, chassis no 128671, engine number 4284602.
          The vehicle is under extended warranty till 28 may 2021.
          Problem:
          Six months back we have noticed formation of several holes in the inside of front door, inside of back door, inside of right door, outside near petrol tank and backside on the dicky.
          We have made complaints to shenbaka cars, pondicherry several months.
          They informed us that they have forwarded the complaint to your office and waiting for reply.
          I am surprised and pained by the poor quality of the vehicle that i have purchased.
          Please make arrangement for replacement of doors and outer body.

            Good day sir
            I submitted my vehicle gj06 hl 0250 (Eeco) on date 05/06/2020. For workshop repair. Workshop promise me to give vehicle back within max 15 day. All documentation and related procedure is already completed, now its almost near about more then 1 month still there is no positive reply by workshop. We are constantly in touch with workshop by telephonic communication but there is no positive reply and feedback.
            If there is no positive satisfactory reply from your side soon i will raise my complain to higher authority or grahak suraksha.

              They told me they will charge 175 rs for sanitizing car, after check up when they gave me the estimate they charge with 200 for sanitizaton, i queried then then they replied total is 200 including gst, the total estimate they gave me is 9600 around, during last service they had given the similar estimate, i think they are completing the target given by the management

              Aged service centre
              They dont listen, they do what they like to do
              They dont resolve, they create problem to make customer fear

              Today i have given my maruti alto 800 for service, last time

                Bought the ignis delta petrol (Mt) on the year 2017 march. Till date it has run about nearly 6800km. Last day i travel for a 80 km, long distance with a. C on whole time. At the last hour i. E after near about 65 km. The cabin feels hot inspite of feeling cold, where as i kept rhe blower speed at 2nd position.

                I maintain my car regularly with all kinds of engine coolant etc., but this unexpected behaviour of the car gave me a great shock. Before this i like this car very much, but this thing give a very negative impact on me.

                    Dear sir

                    As per above subject matter I have purchases a Baleno Zeta Car on 27.06.2019.I face many times the problem concerned to service of my car. I complain many times to concern authority and several Representative of Maruti Service provider but never got satisfactory answer and neither got proper services. Before 3 days I was going to Neemrana to Bawal then on the way nearby Tool Plaza petrol supply stopped to car engine and Car stopped I was helpless and hopeless after taking 3 services it was the result of services besides it Maruti takes Guarantee 3 years of Engine & other Technical Issues.

                    Same time I called to Service Engineer, he demanding for 450/- for the visit charges and after his advised that it was fuel supply problem and asked to bring the car at service center. I hired the Crane and bring my car to Maruti Service Provider center at Neemrana Named Fortune Service Centre. I paid 1500/- for the crane charges.

                    So overall I have paid Total=1500/-for the Technical issue. Besides it my car is in 3 year Guarantee period after it my self-paying for the expences.This is the responsibility of Maruti Suzuki.
                    Now Maruti Suzuki must pay the same amount to me otherwise I will go to consumer Court and will do the Legal proceeding against Maruti Suzuki.I am not satisfied with Maruti Services every time.

                    I have informed to Maruti Suzuki 3 Times but all in vain. I not found any results and reply no body is ready to give the solution.

                    Previous Complaints.

                    (1) Tyre Issue.
                    (2) Access Charges in 3rd Service
                    (3) Maruti Insurance claim Issue.
                    (4) Fuel Supply Problem

                    If a new Car has so much problem and after informing the several times there are no solution find within one year. How we can ensured about future issues solution.

                    So you are again request to give the solution of my issues and reimburse my expenditure which I have done. I hope you will do the same.

                      I purchased a new suzuki access from orion suzuki on oct 29 2019. Self start stopped working right after 2 months. Even though the battery is under warranty. The show room and service center are not ready to change the battery. They tell customers that. Customers only should go to the manufacturers and get the battery changed. During the sale of vehicles they blabber that they will cover everything. But very disappointed by there service...

                        I had used my car only once after it had been serviced .When I was asked for a feedback, I checked by opening the car's bonnet.But I found that 90% of engine oil had leaked out and was spread around and there was no oil cap or cover lid.
                        Due to this lack of attention if any problems arise in future or if other parts of the car get affected, the concerned dealer will be responsible for it and will have to deal with those expenses.
                        I request the concerned authority to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                          सर मैंने मधुसूदन मोटर्स लॉयर्स कॉलोनी खंदारी आगरा के शोरूम पर maruti suzuki eeco 7 str 5 मार्च 2020 को बुक कराई थी जिस का डाउन पेमेंट 20 मार्च 2020 को ₹134000 जमा कराया था। agra में unlock 1.0 से 27-jun 2020 तक / अभी तक मधुसूदन मोटर्स का शोरूम नहीं खुला है वह मुझे car नहीं दे रहे हैं और down-payment भी वापस नहीं कर रहे हैं।मैं उनके शोरूम और घर के चक्कर लगा - लगाकर कर परेशान हो गया हूं और मुझसे कहते हैं कि जब शोरूम खुलेगा तभी कुछ होगा इससे पहले कुछ नहीं हो सकता है। मैं कब तक इनके शोरूम खुलने का इंतजार करूं मुझे कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिल रहा है। कृपया मेरी car या down-payment जल्द से जल्द वापस कराया जाए, नहीं तो मैं कंपनी पर केस दर्ज करवाऊगां। कृपया आप जांच करके उचित कार्रवाई करें।

                            Sir, i had booked the eco 7 seater on 5 march 2020 at the showroom of madhusudan motors lawyers colony khandari agra on march 5, 2020 with a down payment of rs 134000 on 20 march 2020. Unlock 1 has not yet opened the showroom of madhusudan motors he is not even giving me the car and is not returning the money. I have been upset by going round his showroom and house and tell me that when the showroom is open only then something will happen before that i cannot how long should i wait for their showroom to open, i am not getting any satisfactory answer, please get my vehicle or money returned as soon as possible, otherwise i will write a complaint to the police, please check and take appropriate action

                                This is happing for the second time with the same car in just few 20k km. My concern is that i was on my way back to my home on 22 nd of march 2020 suddenly car got a breakout, the insurance company is saying it is the fault of the manufacturer (Till now my case is not approved by the insurance company as per the workshop (On what bases). I have taken a loan to purchase this car the emi of the same is still going on. So where is my fault why i am facing harassment and got stuck in between the manufacturer and the insurance payer. I had not able to get my car back from the last 3 months (As in these crucial days) i work in a non-govt organization and my job is at stake in this lockdown period and i need to go to my office on daily basis and i don't have any other vehicle to go and public transport is not working. I am under deep stress on a daily basis due to such kind of response from both of you. Request you to expedite the case as i have shared my problem caused due to non-availbiloity of vehicle otherwise, due to this injustice caused i have to nock the door of the court (Consumer / judicial) for justice. I am very much disturbed & mentally stressed by the action of yours in this regard till date.

                                  I bought a baleno rs (JH01DG2879) and the paint of this car itsel[censored]proot after a year. Bought from premsons motor udyog ranchi.who is responsible for this no one is responding. I am feeling that make a big mistake to buy car from maruti.I spent all my money to buy it.I think defected or repainted car delivered to me.
                                  I request you to please look into this matter and resolve this issue.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is in-line with a complaint against fortpoint dealer (Thane - west) & staff dishonouring commitment

                                    One of their sales rep named sharddha had promised (Verbally) 10k worth accessories at the point of sale on 20th sept 2019. I had re-assured this with the sales team the day they sent me their performa invoice aswell.

                                    This is my 3rd maruti car after a wagon r & ertiga cng in 2013 & 2016 respectively. I totally understand discounts / schemes especially when new models are launched.

                                    Said that, now when the payment is made & delivery is just around the corner, the dealer has decided to dishonor the agreement. As per their manager inderjeet - the sales rep at point of sale has not reported to work post covid & she had not mentioned the 10k specifics in their register.

                                    Such unprofessional behavior paints very wrong picture and impacts the maruti brand.

                                    Expecting a quick resolution of this problem.
                                    Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      The music system is not working since march2020 and it under warranty send location of service center near me around srinagar kashmir as all jamkash service centres refused to open it
