    Hi, this is pramod staying in bangalore, t dasarahalli, i had seen ad in facebook that swift car is for sale for only 1, 60, 000.
    He told his name is deepak, and vehicle will be delivered by indian army transport services, firstly i have to pay 5000 for delivery charges, so i had a doubt about this person, and this ad is fake.
    Request you to please look into it.

            Sir i am it a situation of harrasment that your company has given me after i purchased a baleno (Jeta) from your showroom that is located near governor house bhubaneswar odisha (Nexa).

            On 21st feb i had purchased a baleno and i exchanged my alto (K10).
            For that i have to get a refund of rs 63304. But from the last 20 days ihave been told by your representatives that you will get your money tomorrow.
            After valiant efforts and phone calls the company gave me a cheque of rs 63304/- dt 20.03.20 and cheque no 001669.
            But today on 24th i got the message that the cheque was returned with insufficient funds.
            In the event of locked down in odisha i am in need of money in urgent basis but with the returned cheque i am in depression.
            With this returned cheque i am going to file a cheque bounce case against your company. Hope you will take this matter seriously.

              सर,
              मैंने 20/01/2020 को अपनी मारुति कार ashendra automobiles authrosed maruti service station kundeshwar tikamgarh (Mp) पर बॉडी रिपेयर करवाई थी । जिसका बिल 38827 रूपये बना था । जिसे मुझसे तुरन्त नकद चुकता करवा लिया गया था जिसकी रिसीविंग कई बार माँगने पर 29/02/2020 को दी गई जो अभी मेरे पास है परंतु मेरी कार की रिपेयरिंग सही से नहीं की गई और ashendra automobiles के दुवारा फर्जी बिल देकर ज्यादा पैसे मुझसे ले लिये गये । मेरे दुवारा बिल चेक करवाने पे पता चला की ये बिल फर्जी है सही बिल 25021 रूपये का है जो की मेरी कार history मे दर्ज है । आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरे 13806 रूपये ब्याज सहित वापस दिलवाए जाने की कृपा करें।

                Sir i had a access 125 scooty in 2017. Even after 3 years have passed. Nothing i have recved the number and nothing provide service to me. The dealer annoys me too much. I have been around the agency. I have been facing a lot of trouble for three years. I am very mentally annoyed because of the dealer. Plz help me. I want a compensation of 100000 rs from the company. And the dealer should have the harsheet punishment.

                    I am having a maruti car with regn. No ap31dt7120, stationed at visakhapatnam. This vehicle is transferred from maharashtra in the year 2017. After transfer i changed my registration to andhra pradesh visakhapatnam. As the varun motors is the registered service center for maruti make four wheeler, and moreover it is nearer to my residence, i opted this as my regular service center for my maruti vehicle. For my schedule maintenance and at times insurance claim i approached the service center and availed there service.in the year 2019, due to some minor accident, i approached the service center and availed the insurance claim. My vehicle was there for three days. While receiving the vehicle i superficially inspected and received the vehicle.
                    On one fine day may be after five to six months when i was intending to go out of visakhapatnam on my car i thought to check the air pressure in the stepney, i found that it could not hold the air due to puncture in the tire. Immediately i went to puncture repair shop and asked him to repair the tire for the puncture.
                    When the mechanic attempted to repair the puncture, unfortunately he could not do it due to badly damage. I became surprised, as the stepney is supposed to be the same original tubeless tyre and i never changed this.
                    My car is usually parked in our flats common parking and it never went out or parked any where in public parking during last one year, except for three days, during insurance claim at varun motors visakhapatnam.in a view that as because its an official service center, so they might carried all the maintenance work under cc camera cover, rang them and asked them for cc tv footage of my car maintenance work. They refused to provide probably because they do not have cc camera during that time.
                    Now how do i know that any of the mechanic during insurance claim did every thing satisfactorily and there is no question of any doubt. Now again the maintenance crew of varun motors is regularly telephoning me to have my annual maintenance in their work shop now my poin is-
                    !. What is the remedy of the incident occurred.
                    2. How would i develop the confidence in my future approach?
                    3. What would be the system cheek to avoid all these things to happen.
                    I hope, and accept you to give proper reply from your end. I further would like to inform you yhat i did not gave any thing except my car regn. No, as you could collect all other details with this registration number.

                          मैंने 27/02/2020 को मारुति सुजुकी विटारा बरेजा पेट्रोल गाडी ली 700km चली मैं 14/03/2020 को दिल्ली से चंडीगढ़ जा रहा था अचानक गाड़ी ने गियर छोड़ दिया और गाड़ी शाहाबाद मारकंडा कुरुक्षेत्र खड़ी हो गई मैंने गाड़ी शाहाबाद मारकंडा कुरुक्षेत्र मारुति सुजुकी सर्विस सेन्टर में 14/02/2020 को ही खड़ा कर दिया गाड़ी की 2 साल की गारंटी है मैं बहुत परेशान हु मेरी जल्दी से जल्दी सहायता कीजिए

                              I gave my car on 8th to repair and the agent shaukin promised to deliver it by 8th. When i was calling them after they were just saying they give us one day and today finally when i came here i saw that the color of both the door are completely different. When i asked them what they have done the staff says it's by mistake and asked one more day then. I am at the service center and i called territory manager of nexa aveg but don't think anyone is working. This is a pathetic service and it's not acceptable at all. I will go the court

                                My car got an accident dated[protected], and collapsed during accident from front side despite of this major accident air bags were not operated/ deploy and my full family was traveling at that time in this car i am very disappointed when i think about that situation
                                I demand replacement of car or refund the full amount which i was paid to your dealer as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money
                                Now company give me this reply -
                                Dear sir, this is in reference to your concern regarding air bag non deployment in your wagon-r lxi cng (O) bearing regn no. Gj01kw2195. kindly be apprised that based on your feedback/concern on social media, the vehicle was inspected in its present condition at vipul motors, jhotwara workshop by technical experts on 24th feb 2020. also, upon your approval, the diagnostic module (Sdm) was inspected wherein it has been observed that during the accident the impact on the vehicle was majorly on the side of the vehicle. the front air bags are not designed to inflate in side impacts, as duly mentioned in the owner’s manual & service booklet. since, the said side impact did not cause sensor to detect any signal for deployment of air bags, the same did not inflate. This cannot be attributed to any kind of abnormality or manufacturing defect in the vehicle. accordingly, we wish to confirm that the air bags functioned as intended and no abnormality was found in the air bag system. we hope this addresses your concerns.                                   Respected sir,

                                  I would like to inform you that our maruti supercarry, reg. No. Mh-04ju-0188 is getting breakdown repeatedly. This vehicle is under warranty and runs only 21261 km.
                                  Ever since this vehicle has been purchased, more than 3 months have been at the service center for repair. Half engine parts changed by the maruti dealer under warranty, even after this vehicle is not working properly.
                                  ‘engine start problem’ and ‘abnormal sound’ is identical to the issue in every breakdown.
                                  After the regular maintenance done by our side, the vehicle is getting breakdown. We still do not understand why the problem is not properly diagnosed by maruti in-house team. It seems like manufacturing defects.
                                  Yesterday on 4th march again vehicle is sent to the service centre for the same problem.

                                  So, this is my request you to involve in this matter and we should demand replacement of vehicle from maruti or fixing of the problem with assurance.

                                      I really had a pathetic experience with this nexa showroom at various stages of booking and delivery.. Firstly, the bank ppl they are associated with for the loan, called me saying my cibil score was low and hence i would be granted loan at higher rate of interest.. That turned out utter false when i cross checked with one of my friends working in the same bank.. Infact my cibil score was more than 770.. When i confronted about this, he agreed that it was his fault and had done so owing to dealings with showroom.. Secondly, during the booking i had asked the sales executive (Aishwarya shah) if he provides any driver on the delivery date as i am a doctor working in aiims rishikesh to which he had assured us.. I would have got a driver along with me during delivery if he had refused then and there.. Finally on the delivery day they (Yogesh and aishwarya shah) have provided me a driver and before we move out of dehradun, that driver has hit the car to a big rock on the road despite me warning about it and then he immediately reversed car without looking back and then my car had hit an other car at the back.. It resulted in dent and scratches on my front door and scratches on the back on the very first day of my purchase that too within 2hrs of delivery.. And the major thing here is the driver who was provided to us has been drunk.. It's huge irresponsibility from the side of manager who had provided us a drunk driver... I immediately took back the car to the showroom and the manager said he will get it repaired and then deliver in 3 or 4 days.. When i have paid 13.5 lakhs for a car and on the very first day within a few hours if it happens so due to irresponsible behaviour of showroom executives, what do i deserve.. A new car or a repaired one??? I seriously urge the higher authority to respond to my issue and revert back to me... If not, i have to go legally to deal this issue...

                                        I was booked ertiga vxi on 07 may 19 and pay in adv of rs 11, 000/-. Now some more reason i can't bought the car, that's why i return money back. I applied to return for booking money in 21 dec 19. But customer executive and showroom manager are not returning money. I also mail several time with attach supporting documents but still they are not refunding my money.

                                        As per maruti policy, clearly mentioned that "there will be no cancellation charges if the customer cancel the bookings". But agency is charging rs 295/- and they not returning full money.
