Hi,

Myself Srinath, I have booked the Ertiga VXI CNG vechile in Kalayani motors Nacharam Hyderabad branch on 18th Aug' 2019. While booking they have informed me that they vechile will be delivered within 2months. When I have contacted back the showroom they are saying it will take more 3moths and informed that 24weeks is the waiting period.

Then I have reached to Maruti suzuki Hyderabad office and escalated the same, the dealer has apologized for the wrong commitment and confirmed vechile will be delivered as per the waiting period.

So, my booking period will end on 1st Feb'2020, now when I have contacted the dealer and Maruti team there is no response.

Could you please help me on this.

    dealer code 0616 for front and rear bumper and front bonnet repair.
    when i received my car the colour which you all have done was not matching with my car body colour.
    when I said this to service adviser (Md Iqbal mobile no.

    I am from tirunelveli, tamilnadu customer of maruthi d-zire and today morning at 7.57 (06.01.2020) contacted service people of aadhi maruthi dealer at tirunelveli, tamil nadu with complaint of not started engine and stearing has locked. Service person promised me that complaint will be attended arouong 9.00 am after visiting office of maruthi service but at 09.56 am again contacted the same person he replied that i am going to attend the online complaint and after that your complaint will be attended. Now i want to inform that with unhappy take the vehicle back due to not attending proper emergency situation complaint and mainly stearing locked problem. Thanking you,

      Hi

      I have purchased a wogonr amt 1.2 zxi in july 2019.

      I am facing 2 major issues and no satisfactory resolution has been provided by the dealer as well as the service department.

      1st issue:

      There was a issue in setting of the right side back door beading.
      If the back side door is open then the beading used to overlap the driver's door and the driver door wouldn't open.

      I logged a complaint @ service center and the dealer regarding this they said its not an big issue we will resolve this.

      Then they cut my cars beading in such an untidy manner leaving scratches on the remaining beading as well as the car's body.

      Now it is spoiling side look of the car. Very disgusting unprofessional approach towards work.

      2nd issue:

      The next issue is with my cars back bumper.

      Only after 2 months of purchase the color of the bumper has started to peel.

      And when i contacted the service center they are saying don't worry it is not a big issue.

      And when i asked for the resolution they said we do not have resolution for this you have to visit some big city for the resolution.

      What is this???

      What kind of professional behavior is this??

      For what have you have opened dealership & service center?? If the customer have to carry his car from one city to another just to find the right service center which can fix the blunders which company has done in manufacturing the car.

      Is this the approach of a company like maruti suzuki towards its customer and that too to fix the manufacturing defects.

          Dear sir.

          It is to bring to your notice that. My access 125 reg no. Ka 01 eh 3194 seat locking hook holder got damaged. Please see the attached photos. I went aryan suzuki service center, domlur, bengaluru today. They assessed and told me full seat need to be replaced and cost would be rs. 1700/-.

          I had pay 1800 plus including gst. My concern is for small hook attachment repair, why whole seat need to be replaced? Please talk to your designers for alternate method to save the seat and help customers. I am using this vehicle since 2008 and i love it.

          A small attachment may save whole seat. It is paining to learn suzuki design.

          Please acknowledge.

          I bought Suzuki access from raz suzuki .I drove around 450 km and one morning it didn't start .They took it for service and said battery was drained which shouldn't have happened. And instead of replacing it they charged and returned.it again got drained this time I was stuck at the signal .I almost got hit by a car just because their carelessness

            Dear sir/madam

            I, chetan kumar, purchased a new baleno zetta diesel from reliable industries, dhanbad. Since i am now residing at bhagalpur i am getting all type of service at seemanchal motors, bhagalpur.
            I have given my vehicle for 3rd service on 22.11.2019 and also indicated that both front tyres are not in good condition.
            I got response that the matter is being escalated with the vendor as well as their higher authority. After continuous follow up i got assurance that i will get 100 % for one tyre and for another tyre maruti will give 60% as goodwill and rest i have to pay.
            Since they told me that another tyre from vendor will arrive late i have paid 40% of the one tyre on 16.12.2019 and purchased the same as per assurance given to me that another tyre will be provided in a week time.

            Now i wish to bring to your kind notice that so far i have not got any response even after visiting the service centre many time. They are not giving anything in writing and even i have not got any acknowledgement for the tyres and rim kept at service centre.
            Apart from that the one tyre which i purchased by paying 40% the bill amount was charged at higher price. The same tyre i am getting at mrf outlet at lesser price and the difference is approx rs.700/-.

            I request your intervention in the matter as i am fed up with the persons available here at service centre. I also wish to inform you that i am working as branch manager in central bank of india and our organization is having corporate tie up with maruti.

              Sir,
              I purchased maruti-wagonr-zxi 1.2l petrol car from sky automobiles bhubaneswar on 28.12.2019. The said car is financed by sbi rajpath branch bhubaneswar. Yesterday i. E-02.01.2020 my car suddenly started blinking & beeping on its own. Accordingly i was told by sky automobiles to bring the car to their service workshop at patia bhubaneswar for rectification of the same. I was made to understand that some minor problem is their and the same will be rectified in our workshop as all facilites are available at workshop. But to my surprise the problem could not be rectified and i was told that 1 part has to be replaced which is not available with them and the same has to be procured from maruti suzuki company which will take 8-10 days. Moreover i could understand they were unable to detect the problem, hence they took photo and sent to factory to know the exact problem and accordingly they told me to keep the vehicle in their workshop for 8-10 days. To the best of my knowledge i understand that some manufacturing problem is their. It seems before delivery proper pdi has not been undertaken at factory level. Today customercare manger of sky automobiles is telling something and the workshop is telling other than what customer care manger is telling. Sir who will be responsible for the inconvience which due to not having a car in today's weather condition at bhubaneswar caused to me. Further who will pay my bank interest as well as expenses incured by using transport vehicle. When i suspect manufacturing defect is it not possible for replacement of my vehicle which is hardly 4-5 days old. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                Myself Blesson Jose, owner of a Maruti Suzuki Baleno which was purchased on 01/05/2018 from Nexa Vapi holding registration number as DD03K3174 and chassis number as MBHEWB22SKB253645. Some cracks developed on the stereo player of my car. Following up on this matter from September. Now they are saying it is because of some cleaning agents used while cleaning the dashboard. I have just completed my third free servicing if any such cleaning agents were used it is used by the authorized service centre only where i have done my free servicing and no other extra paid services has been done yet as on 02/01/2020. I want the glass on the entertainment system to be replaced and if replacing the glass is not possible i want the entire player to be replaced or else i want compensation for the damage to my car and time wasted so far.

                I am Jitendra singh have Maruti Baleno zeta RJ 14 ZC 3558 have changed fog lamp from Prem motors vkia Jaipur But in new fog lamp filling water and dust. I personally met to service advisor mr Ajay and AGM mr Vijay Sharma They said to me we are not responsible for any accessories than I have Complent to customer care (NX[protected]) then received a call from prem motors workshop Than I had visited t again today to workshop he taken some photos of fog lamp and refused to me for any taken responsibility
                So tell me what should I do have to expense for fog lamp which is responsibility of work shop or Move for consumer court

                  Hi sir, happy New year. I bought a Suzuki access 125, from padmaja at August 2019, my ist servicing done after one month. At that time my mileage was 264km.I changed engine oil at that time. My second servicing done on December 6 2019.and my mileage was 826.today my mileage is 1154.two days before when my scooty cross 1000 km the it got oil change indication. My complaint is why ???? It indicates oil change. It means they didn't change engine oil??? At the time of servicing. Plz take immediate action. I sand the scan copy of servicing bill, please take care and consider my case, please

                    We have purchased maruti suzuki new swift lxi petrol from krish motors pitampura, new delhi chasis no: mbhczc63skg443586, engine number : k12mp1057116, vehicle regd number: dl8cay5996. Total running k. M 4000

                    We are facing a peculiar problem when ever we apply brakes. When ever we apply brakes we are getting lot of front brake noise. This brake sound is being heard from the day we purchase the vehicle. We have done 1st service at, krish automotors service centre a-3, wazirpur industrial area rd, block a, wazirpur industrial area, wazirpur, new delhi, 110052 and given the complaint. But the problem has not been solved. We showed the vehicle again in krish automotors service center ; but the problem has not been solved. We are not happy from your all services, i get the very poor experience from maruti company.

                    We request you to kindly help us out to solve the brake noise problem. We are surprise that we have spend so much of money on your vehicle and we are getting this brake noise problem. We have driven other new swift lxi 2019 model vehicles and we have not heard any noise when we apply brakes.

                    Kindly do the needful immediately and solve our vehicle problem.

                      I purchased wagon r model vxi in 2009 from patel motors, indore and later on i was transferred to ahmedabad in gujarat. As per new motor vehicle act hsrp number plate is mandatory in ahmedabad and i have been fined by traffic police.
                      Have requested the above indore dealer to provide the hsrp plate number on urgent basis but not getting satisfactory response.

                      My registartion no. Of car is mp09-ce-3034.

                      Request to kindly direct the concerned official and owner and general manager of patel motors to provide the hsrp number plate immediately. I am ready to provide all the documents and necessary fees for getting it.

                        I m mr manos protim baruah, from golaghat, assam. I have purchased a new celerio vxi car from pindar car world guy, gorchuk delar through golaghat outlet on 4/12/19. But till date i have not received sales invoice, sale certificate, money receipt, insurance policy, temporary registration certificate, extended warranty card, fasttag car documents. Also i have not received balance money, i have given d/d of rs. 496861, including inssuranc money for 3yrs rs 36707. That is why i have not able to drive my car and get registration no.

                          Sir, my maruti celario car had coolant leaking problem and is overheating only after 3 years of purchase. Coolant leak is a serious problem so i visited rana service centre and pasco service centre. But both these centre said that they don't have spare parts where shall i take my vehicle have i done some mistake by purchasing maruti car. Sir this is very pathetic service of yours. I don't know what to do.

                            Sir, I would like to submit a serious complaint against your Kerala dealership SAI SERVICE EDAPPALLI on their false delivery commitment for my booking ID SOB 19003183 dt.[protected]PBK[protected]
                            The vehicle is booked for my Wife Mrs. Salini R Varmma who is a government VHSE school teacher. I am a BVQI certified Lead Auditor for Quality Management System and also working as a technical consultant after my 25 years of industry service.
                            The commitment as per booking document is that the delivery of booked variant of vehicle will be done in a period of maximum 4 weeks from the date of booking. Hence, the delivery must be happened on or before[protected].
                            This is a very difficult situation for me as well as any customer, if a dealership steps back from the delivery commitment by forcing me to change my vehicle model/variant/colour to the only one available model/colour, or cancel the order booking. Bringing customers into a trap at final moment and somehow forcing them to take the old stock/available stock may be a tricky strategy for clearing old stocks.
                            Mr.Sijo(Sales executive f SAI Service) was alarmed me that there is least/no chance of getting and delivering my booked variant since there is no vehicle available from Maruthi as per the mail correspondence given by Allotment Team of SAI Service and Maruthi. Hence, I must change my vehicle colour to RED (which I never like as my choice).
                            This is not fair for Maruthi and SAI Service to trouble customers like this.As per SAI Service demand, I have cancelled my vehicle and I became vehicle less.I lost 15 days in December due to the delay from Maruthi.
                            Trusting the dealer I sold my old car also.This brings more troubles for my family having aged parents who may require vehicle on emergency hospitalization purpose.
                            Proper compensation to be granted to me for the troubles made by SAI Service and Maruthi in this regard.
                            Maruthi Territory sales manager Mr.Saraf is not taking it as serious to take action on SAI Service for accumulating orders without verifying the stock details and bringing customers into trouble by forcing for cancelling the vehicle.

                            I request for necessary compensation (RS.1, 00, 000) for the time lost and troubles I faced by without vehicle.Please take necessary action on SAI Service, Edappalli Through Maruthi Suzuki company for their false delivery commitment,

                              I jasmit singh submit that i booked swift zxi (Srr4bzi) dt 20/12/2019 as per id no pbk 19000250 swift petrol (Srr4bzi) and token money of rs 2000/ was accepted by you and same is still with you.

                              I request you to kindly immediately deliver the above car as per quotation provided by you and on the basis of which i have already got car loan sanctioned from hdfc bank ltd. On the date of booking, your sales manager mr. Jasbir singh, confirmed that car will be delivered in few days, positively before the end of month and year.

                              I now urge you to kindly deliver the same car on same terms and conditions on the basis of which booking by you was accepted.

                              Kindly instruct the dealer to deliver the car as per quotation and honour their commitments and they do not spoil our charm and pleasure of having new car of our chosen colour. The people at Dealership are forcing us to get car of different colour as they want to clear the stock of that car and they do not want to deliver the car ofMETALLIC MAGNA GREY.

                                brezza zdi amt clutch problem after every 12000 problem

                                I purchased breeza in sep, 2018 and till date the dealer (M/s stan auto, sherpur, ludhiana) has replaced my car's clutch assembly 2 times,

                                1st on 12000 kms
                                2nd on 29000 kms

                                The problem (Jeerking in 1st gear & 2nd gear) is solved 1st time when clutch was replaced on 12000 kms, but when car completed 29000 kms the same problem came out, then the dealer changed the clutch assembly 2nd time, but this time...

                                complaint against poddar car world - coochbehar regarding insurance policy

                                With due respect i want to inform you that i have purchased a new dezire zxi+ from poddar car world, coochbehar. After one year when i have come to claim for my vehicle damage with the insurance policy at a maruti authorisded service station, they informed me that there is a problem in insurance policy& insurance company also informed me. I have paid premium for 1st party insurance for three years with nil depreciation cover....

                                We have financed a vitara breeza to Mr Rahul baliram birla who has taken the delivery from city cars satna branch panna, but dealer has mentioned for Hypothecation to state bank of india instead of Hypothecated to bank of india
                                Even after fallow up your employees are not responding possitivly, even after complaining they have given a time for Rto change with in 12days ie 5th December 2019, but even after 15days of time period your dealer is not able to provide us even a single paper that they have submitted for Hypothecation change to Rto, even after the followup with your GM sir Mr. Khan contact details [protected], registration with change in Hypothecation not provided to us, what a service given to us, how a bank can finance to city cars dealer, please resolve the issue otherwise we have to choose other options for the same,
                                Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                The service is worst they only know earning money they don't want how do they working, Why did we coming to the dealer work shop, did we have lot of money,

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Being an Indian manufacture of Maruti Suzuki, I have purchased a Baleno-POC in November, 2019 from your authorized dealer Pasco Automobiles through True Value, Sector-18, Old Delhi Road, Gurugram. I feel proud being an Indian Citizen to prefer Indian brand vehicle. The authorized representative i.e. Ms. Tripti (Sale Executive) & Sh. Neeraj Sachdeva (Manager) of True Value, told me that the aforesaid vehicle have runs only 80 KM and due to some scretches and outdated, they offered a discount and the vehicle purchased by me after paying net worth cost of Rs. 6, 40, 000/-. Further, the representative has also given assurance me that no mechanical fault have ever been occurred in the said vehicle and likely to be new car.
                                  But very regretted to inform you that major damage inside engine has been taken place when the car was drive towards Bawal, Delhi-Jaipur National Highway (NH-48) near Bawal, Distt. Rewari on 16.12.2019 (afternoon). At the time of incident, my cousin has informed to above said persons regarding the problem faced by my family due to the sudden damage of outer body of engine.
                                  I called your nearest service centre and they told me it is not possible to maintain immediately, as the problems with the petrol engine. After that your representative arranges to toe the vehicle and placed at your service station i.e. Pasco, Sector-18, Gurugram on 17.12.2019. On the calling of your service engineer i.e. Mr. Surender, we met with him and according to circumstances it was ascertained that the damage was not occurred in any accident and your service engineer has informed that there is a damage of hydraulic lock inside the engine and the part has been broken of the effect of speedy damage, due to which the repair can be possible only after open the total engine. As I have invested hard money and purchase a car runs only 80 KM and not acceptable to repair to open the engine and replace any accessories/parts. We have continue co-ordinate with the above said representative of True Value with request to replaced the vehicle as I am not able to take any further risk which may cause a reason of damage of my family in future incidient as that day also may be the car caught fire due to the highly damage. However, it is very regretted the representative are not telling anything. Therefore, in above circumstances I am informing to take further decision in the matter and also requested to replace my car with immediate effect, as the incidient was happened due to the manufacturing default. Hope that you will be looking the matter and positive response may be sent to me within two days, failing which, I have no option to complaint a file for registration of FIR before Police Authorities against the manufactures i.e. Maruti Suzuki through its Directors, Pascos Automobiles through its Directors and True Value through its Directors alongwith the above said officials of company in the criminal proceeding under various sections of IPC.
