I purchased ciaz alpha car from pillai and sons chennai and service been given to popular motors porur chennai, they have changed my car parts, like 1. Power button knobs for windows, windshield wiper, car seats, ac controller knob, wheels, car milage 9km/liter instead of 21km promised by maruti. I gave my car for service 4 apart form 3 regular free service with running repair. They have not taken any intiative till date
Even higher authorities are playing game with showroomanagaer etc. Doing water wash and returning my car backhand lot fights with verbally nogo. Am unable to drive me car. Any further complaint has to be made to this issue or planning to go legally with consumer complaint.

      Hello,
      I had booked a car ertiga vxi grey colour on january 21 2019.
      I have a written confirmation of giving the car in 8-10 weeks and a verbal confirmation of giving the car in six weeks by vijay bharwad and jay shukla of kataria automobile makarba branch.. But 12 weeks have passed but i have not yet recieved the car & nor any of the commitment when will i get it or any reason for delay... I am very much upset and surprised that how can maruti do this..
      And it was said please divert to any other colour or any other model in ertiga... As company is not giving us grey ertiga vxi
      . Because of some of these distributors maruti is spoiling their image... This is the last time i will purchase any maruti car... Now i have diverted to hyundai...& i had to purchase a santro sportz on 29 march 2019 (Wanted to gift my parents).. Just because of delay... I was not having the car.. I had a swift dzire vxi which i had purchased from kataria in 2012.. And i had committed to a person to give him in march 25 2019.. As i had received the same commitment from kataria... But i can't break my commitment...
      I want to know what has happened??
      Is my car ertiga grey is sold to any other person to earn some more profits??
      I request you to please give me an urgent reply and if needed, transfer my booking amount to any other distributor....
      I will ask a suggestion by you that what should i do?
      Should i go to consumer court or should i wait for your reply...
      Please it is a request to answer soon...

        The vehicle was bought on october, 2015 and since then no extended warranty has been provided of the access 125 also in respect of same complaints were reported to the dealer and form was submitted through this forum on 22.10.2018.
        There were multiple defects in respect of engines for which the vehicle was given at the showroom on february, 2018. To remove the defects. It was stated by the company that approval of extended warranty will be provided to the owner, then the claim can be made forth. But, neither the approval has been provided till the date nor the defect of the engine has been sorted out.
        Also the expenses were incurred on own by the owner.
        The same inbuilt fault of the vehicle has not been rectified till the date and is troubling since 2015, to cure which the owner had spent 25, 000/- and is having the bills of the same.
        Kindly, note the same for which the owner is suffering every now and then and the vehicle which was bought for 59, 000/- is not in running condition today.

          Nothing major against service. Some issues during repair here and there and have been closed.
          Main concern is the vehicle itself... I own a ciaz zdi shvs. Mh 14 fx 4299
          The vehicle is disappointing.
          Below are issues related to vehicle quality.
          1. Heavy engine noise... Its a tractor from outside.
          2. Pick up and acceleration without the turbo is pathetic... Have to push acceleration pad so much on 2nd gear to get it moving.
          3. At top speed... It feels i am taxing the vehicle too much.
          4. On road average is not even crossing 16kmpl. Purchased diesel for average... Pathetic.
          5. I could have purchased a petrol version of any other brand in that case... No savings.
          6. Refilling 500 rs every 2 days???... Such is the average

          A new Vehical was delived to me with faulty AC not working .

          The service centre Kothari Wheels Vimannagar Pune sold the faulty product to make money.

          I have to take lot of Hassel to get the vechical fixed.

          Please look in to this issue at the earliest.

            suzuki ignis - power steering not returning to its original position

            I have purchase suzuki ignis 1.2mt at nexa in chennai on 22nd october 2018.
            Very seconday itself i have face issue with steering. Its not returning to its original position after turning to some radius. (Even after pickup) its struck's at same position which i turned. I have raised complaint to service center. They said wait for 1st service. Because it may be tight.
            But after servicing the vehicle also same issue continues....

            I have got a problem in my ertiga (Kl 08 bh 2343) like it shows engine check symbol always, and i had contacted service center at angamaly for this and at the 1st time they said the complaint was due to senser issue and they replaced it and after not too long it again apperathe same issue and again i had visited the service center for the same and they said it was due to some technical error in cip side and they had cleared the memory or something and cleared the issue and same after some days the same issue appered again and i had visited the service center for 5 times continuously for the same issue still they don't know what the problem is and they said they don't know whay this is happening and today again my car has the same issue again i don't think the service center guys know the issue and i think maruthi is giving a worst service with un traind staff, if you guys don't know to clear the issue of you car than why are you producing cars?

              I too have a similar problem. I had booked the car on 11th dec 2018 (Booking no: sob[protected] & i was promised delivery in 4-6 weeks time. Later in jan 2019, i received a letter from mandovi motors (Bengaluru) that there is a delay & waiting time is now increased to 22 weeks & i can expect the delivery only in june 2019. I shot off an email to maruti, but there was no response. The dealer called me & said that since mine is the 1st booking in mandovi for at, i could expect the delivery by end march.
              In feb last week, i received an email from mandovi again saying that the vehicle will be dispatched from factory in 2nd half of march & i can expect to get the delivery in april 1st week.
              When i questioned the dealer yesterday, they said they haven't received any intimation from maruti yet & they have no clue of when the vehicle will be delivered. They mentioned production constraints as the reason for delay.
              My booking was for maruti ertiga vxi (At). Is there any issue with at bookings due to which there is a delay? I have seen quite a few new ertiga's on road already but no idea if they were diesel or petrol or vxi, zxi etc. Thanks to maruti trying to save some cost by not mentioning the variant these days.

                I have purchased a maruti alto 800 from am motors, malappuram, through vengarq unit in august 2018. I was assured the exchange bonus of rs. 6000, since my tata indica vehicle was at workshop at then, soon after it is okay. And the tata indica was sold, but till yet, the exchange bonus didn't credit, evenhough the sales staff assured it will be credited within weeks.

                Hence please clarify the matter, it's a case of more than gain or lost.

                  I had booked a car, new wagonr zxi (Brown color) on 25th january 2019.
                  It was told that i will get my car within 2 months max.

                  But, i didnot recieve my car till now

                  When i went to the dealer last week they told that my prefered color is not available on their dealer.

                  Now i give them two color choice brown and grey.
                  Even if they are not able to deliver my car.
                  Hope you will concern this and let me have my car asap.

                    My name is subhramoy sarkar i planned to buy a suzuki gsx750s from kolkata animesh suzuki they told me to give a token amount of anything for the bike, i asked them whether i will get back the money if cancelled they told me yes anytime without charges but in 1 month so i gave them a token money of rs – 10000/- on february 3rd 2019 for the bike and they said the bike will come to our showroom in due time but after that they didnt even call me or messaged me about my availabilty of my bike and later on when i asked them they said its not yet delivered to our showroom. After then i asked them to cancel the bike on that time they r showing me new excuse that more than 1 month has passed your refund cannot be done its forefieted now today many months have passed i havent got the bike and even the money aswell.

                    So i demand you to refund me 10000 amount as soon as possible i dont want to buy bike from you and by purpose they delayed my token amount period so that 1 month passes and the refund is forfeited is this the way company cheats someone? Even the boss of that showroom denies the token amount. I seek my money back.

                      Dear editor,

                      This is to seek your attention and help, also want to bring to your notice - my 1st visit to the adarsha automotives pvt ltd... Chandrayanagutta, was on 19th march 2019 to purchase breeza and exchange my current vehicle. My current vehicle (Volkswagon vento) was given a exchange value of 270000/- on negotiation is was agreed to 290000/-. On 29 march 2019;when i visited the showroom to book the vehicle to my surprise i was told the valuation of my current vehicle was wrongly communicated to me and now the value they quote after a long discussion with various people in the showroom is 160000/-. They have also accepted that it is completely their mistake that they have given me that price but now they are not ready to give me the price that they have offered me. I have videos of their acceptance which can be provided if required and i also have copy of the valuation sheet given to me. A difference of any thing around 10000 to 20000 can be considered but a difference of 100000/- is not acceptable. Attached are the valuation sheets of the vehicle.. Request you to please do the needful.

                        Respected sir,
                        I have a vechical registared with number rj10ca4496 a swift ldi. Which is purchased from your churu showroom in rajasthan in 2014. Its insurance expires on 30th march2019. I contact your branch and ask for the insurance they send me a photo copy of new insurance and payment was taken by them. When i ask foe the original copy of insurance they are just missleding me regarding that. I checked my insurance status on the offical website of parivhan nigam of rajasthan which is vahan.com where it shows insurance expires on 30th march 2019 till now the insurance is not updated and the money has been taken by your company.
                        Please slove the issue regarding the insurance

                          I had claimed insurance in the month of december at orbit servicing center rourkela. Total bill was 7000something but they told me to deposit 2036 rupees which includes the processing fee. Now after three months elapsed but till now i have not got the balance rupees to my account. The people of orbit motors are playing with me like a football. I can share their names if required. I am being harassed by these people saying that you will get your money one day... And they are laughing. Please take my case and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                            I purchase maruti new swift lxi in june 2018 reg no. Dl8cau 3739 from dd motors wazir our. On the time of delivery i told to mr rajinder the sales person of maruti the colour is differ but he said colour is same due to angle of light they looks differ.
                            I went to body shop of maruti on 1 april 2019 and they said the colour of bumber and body is differ
                            But there is no person who look in this matter

                              நான் கடந்த 05/03/2019 அன்று நெல்லை, தென்காசி ஆதி மாருதியில் மாருதி ஈகோ வாகனம் வாங்கியுள்ளேன்.வண்டி டெலிவரி செய்யப் படுவதற்கு எட்டு நாட்களுக்கு முன்பே, கம்பெனியின் பிரதிநிதி உதிரமாலை என்பவர் மூலம் அவர்கள் கேட்ட தொகை (கடன்தொகை போக, வாகனப் பதிவுச் செலவு சேர்த்து) ரூ.1, 23, 000 (ரூபாய் ஒரு இலட்சத்து இருபத்தி மூன்றாயிரம் மட்டும்) கொடுத்து விட்டேன். Temporary registration செய்து, ஒரு மாதம் முடியும் நாளான நேற்று அவசரம் அவசரமாக வாகனத்தை தென்காசி வட்டாரப் போக்குவரத்து அலுவலகத்துக்கு வரச் சொன்னார்கள்.காலையில் வாகனப்பதிவை முடித்து விட்டு அனுப்பி விட்டனர். நானும் வண்டியை எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, பணிநிமித்தமாக நூற்றைம்பது கி.மீ தொலைவிலுள்ள நாகர் கோவிலுக்கு வந்து விட்டேன்.இன்று காலை (01/04/2019) மறுபடியும் நெல்லை ஆதிமாருதி பிரதிநிதி திரு.உதிரமாலை என்பவர் எனக்கு போன் செய்து நேற்று ஆன்லைன் பிரச்சனை காரணமாக rto அலுவலகத்திற்குப் பணம் போய்ச்சேரவில்லை, எனவே மீண்டும் நீங்கள் rto அலுவலகத்திற்கு வண்டியுடன் வாருங்கள் என்று அழைத்தார்.ஏற்கெனவே temporary registration செய்து விட்டு பேப்பரைத் தராமல் இழுத்தடித்தனர்.போன வாரம் வாகனத் தணிக்கையின் போது எனது மாருதி ஈக்கோ வாகனத்தை நாகர்கோவிலில் அதிகாரிகள் பறிமுதல் செய்து விட்டனர். பின்பு ஆதிமாருதி கம்பெனியில் கெஞ்சி கூத்தாடி temporary registration paper ஐ வாங்கிக் கொடுத்து வண்டியைத் திருப்பி எடுத்து வந்தேன்.மேலும் கம்பெனி தலைமை அலுவலகத்திலிருந்து போன் வந்தால் பத்து மார்க் போடுங்கள் என்று வற்புறுத்தினர்.இவர்களிடம் வண்டி வாங்கியதிலிருந்து மன நிம்மதியை இழந்து விட்டேன்.இதுகுறித்து மேற்படி ஆதிமாருதி நிறுவனத்தின் செயல்பாடுகளை தீர விசாரித்து, நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும்படி கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.நடவடிக்கை எடுக்காத பட்சத்தில் நுகர்வோர் பாதுகாப்புச் சட்டத்தின்படி வழக்கு தொடருவேன் என்று தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.

                                  I reena sharma ro anandpur sahib, distt. Rupnagar regret to inform that i am extremely dissatisfied with dealings of ms lovely auto, nawashahar, punjab as the my car no. Pb16e1243 is having problem of shockers and fan belt and the same has been already intimated to the workshop manager and other higher authorities but the problem still persist even after three services. Kindly resolve the issues so that the matter may not be escalated to further higher level.

                                    Hi,

                                    Actually, i have claimed the insurance for my car (Vitara breeza) but when i have received my car is in worst condition.

                                    There are lot of spots on the body and the paint color is not matched.

                                    I have escalated this case to showroom manager but he was very unprofessional and i havent got any positive response from them.

                                    This is totally harassment to the customer.

                                    Kindly intervene and provide me the resolution.

                                      Ear sir /madam,

                                      I have booked maruti swift dzire-vdi 23000/- thousand rupees on19/01/2019.

                                      Now this time i unable to take the car because my father serious illness.

                                      When i applied for car cancellation to the dealer he told me deduct 5000 rupees of my booking amount.

                                      When i asked the dealer why are you deduct 5000/-rupees he told me it’s a cancellation charge.

                                      This amount cancellation charge can not be accepted anybody sir

                                      Please return back my booking money rs:- 23, 000/- (Twenty three thousand) as early as possible.
