I have purchased a swift dezire 2018 model. Unfortunately, i met with an accident. Car is insured from national insurance company. When nic surveyor visited the car location. He took snaps of the incident and submitted the report. After three days when maruti surveyor he denied giving the claim of some parts, even my is insured with 0 depts. Even i had a discussion with him so he is saying "k sara hum nhi karte" so please guys, be careful before purchasing anything from the maruti car they have ridiculous services. : (Please don't purchase from maruti they are giving ridiculous services to their customer.

    I drive maruti ertiga zdi 2014 model (Tn 22 cq 3098) for last 5 years and total kilometer covered is 125000. Last week when i was driving in chennai - bangalore highway with my family suddenly the engine got switched off and the power steering got locked. I was driving at 100 kms/hr and think of the situation in busy highways road.
    Thank god that no vehicle was behind me and really we escaped. But want to know how the issue is happening in middle of the highways? Who is responsible for the sudden engine shut down of the vehicle? Will the company pay for the service of this vehicle as it is technical fault.. I have 5 vehicles both commercial and personal of maruti but now scared if i need to continue with this brand... Will the company take this charge of the expense spent?

      Hello,

      I am the customer (Buyer) of your new ertiga having numer ch01 bb 4292 from 01 mar 2019 from modern automobiles 4 m. W. Indl area chandigarh.
      I was going my village with my family near shamli meerut where my car stuck around 3 pm dated 20.04.2019. We call for help near by service station but no response. We also called on customer care [protected] and few other numbers which were provided by dealer but in vein.
      I was helpless there to do something with my 6 other family member. One was my mother age 62 years old. My wife sister and my children.
      We can not move there to leave the car or something else.
      No body come there till the night around 10 pm.
      I was very harassed from maruti whithin 1 month. I took the initiative myself and went to tania service centre near meerut.
      But i did not get any type of help.
      Today my car is in meerut and i came back to chandigarh for my work.

      Kindly suggest me what should i do in this case.
      Should i not to pay anything in this?
      Should i get back your car and give my money back?
      Should i go to court?
      Kindly suggest

        I purchased a new wagnon r from kalpetta indus motors on 3 rd march before purchasing wagon r i booked for alto 800 from the same dealer and paid an advance amount of 3000 till this date 3000 and extra paid amount 3000 for wagon r not credited yet indus motors kalpetta not giving a positive feedback. Sales executive jinu varghese is verbally abusing for complaint and he is saying, you will not get that amount why u r given a complaint. Plz do the needful... Otherwise i will move to consumer court...

Mujhe na kabi salary time pe di na abi tak mujhe koi incentive diya joining ke time mujhe joining latter tak nhi diya jab maine resignation diya to tab hr department ne bht problem creat ki. Abi tk meri march month ki salary aur incentives nhi mile jab maine hr deptmnt se pucha ke meri salary aur incentives kyu nhi de rhe to tab bolne lage ke apko koi salary aur incentives nhi mile ga. Aur ye sb sirf mere sth nhi nexa ke har ek employee ke sth aisa ho rha hai meri request hai ke meri is complaint pe koi action liya jaye.

              Dear sir,
              I m Rahul Deshmukh from IPSEN Technologies Pvt Ltd customer of Maruti Suzuki Dzire-ZXI-Petrol-Oxford blue. I booked Maruti Dzire in the name of M/s.Ipsen Technologies Pvt ltd on date 07.03.2019 from MYCAR Pune c-11, Wakad, Maharashtra.
              I booked car by of Rs.5000/-(Five Thousand only) through net banking favoring MYCAR Pune, Mycar team has promised me to deliver will be 4 weeks max.
              I am tried to reach them but still date they do not have any answer on delivery date. They told me that Maruti has delayed the delivery of car.

              My company CEO(IPSEN) is asking me that when we will get delivery of car & why their is delay in car but i am unable to answer them.

              I am tried to reach to Mr. Gaurav Dave (Maruti Regional office-Pune) but did not give any single reply to my sent email.

              I am unaware of hidden happenings and the right stock of car dispatch from Maruti plant and car availability at Maruti.

              Please tell me the reason why there is delay in delivering the car. Please help me to escape from this problem and if possible make my deliver of car as early as possible.

                I handed over my car to sarathy automobiles last week for bodywork. After the service, the strobelight, silencer and muffler in my car was damaged. The vehicle was again handed over to them for fixing the complaints. But there was no use. I also lost my car charger there. I am totally disappointed with the irresponsibilty of the team there. Ranjith, who is the work manager is also not taking any responsibilty. They dont even know how to handle a customer properly. I want an action to be take against the team there and also to fix the complaints in my car. Please take this as a request from a customer who was not at all satisfied with the services you provided. Hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

                  मेरि गडि alto 800 14 december 2018 को प्राइम कार शजापुर से खरीदी गयी थी, गाडी नम्बर mp42 c 4767 मनमोहन त्रिवेदि के नाम से रजिस्टर्ड हे, मेरि गाडि का 17 fed को एक्सिडेंट हो गया था जिसकि fir भि मेरे द्वारा 17 फरवरी को करवाइ गयि थी मेरे द्वारा 20 feb को गाडि सर्विस के लिये प्राइम कार देवास को दि गइ थि, मेरि गाडि आज दिनांक तक मुझे सहि होकर नहि दि गयि हे, मेरे द्वारा मारुति मे कइ बार कम्प्लैन भि कि गयि परन्तु मुझे आज दिनाक तक संतोस जनक जवाब नहि मिला हे, मेरे द्वारा कइ बार रिजनल ओफिस मे भि बात कि गयि परन्तु किसि के भि द्वारा संतोसजनक जवाब नहि दिया गया हे आज मेरि गाडि को २ महिने होने वाले हे लेकिन आज तक मेरि गाडी मे किसि प्रकार का कोइ भि काम नही किया गया हे जेसि हमारे द्वारा गाडि डीलर को काम करने के लिये दी गयी थी आज भी गाडी उसि कंडीशन मे शोवरूम पर खडि हुई हे, प्राइम कार द्वारा करेंट डेट कि दुबार fir करने को बोला जा रहा हे क्यु कि शोव रूम द्वारा पुरा पैसा लेने के बाद भी गाडी का rto रजिस्टेसन नही करवाया गया गाडी का एक्सिडेंट होने के बाद 6 मार्च को गाडी का rto tex भरा गया हे समस्या का जल्द से जल्द निराकरण किया जाये अन्यथा मेरे द्वारा मजबुरी वश कंज्युमर फोरम मे मारुति सुज़ुकि ओर प्राइम कार के खिलाफ केस दर्ज करवाना पडेगा, क्यु कि मे मारुती कि सर्विस से बिल्कुल भी संतुस्ट नही हे

                    Car AC Compressor has become one of the most unaffordable things. I bought a Ritz and it really worked fine for the first 6 years. After that the compressor got worn out and the AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER replace the compressor, condenser etc., for a value of around 27, 000(including labor). Within two years the compressor gave up and now I am asked to replace the same again. There is no service that can be done on compressor by MARUTI or its GENUINE PARTS manufacturers.

                    The issue was reported by me to MARUTI 6 months ago and neither MARUTI nor the AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER take the responsibility of fixing it.

                      Maruti baleno rs petrol 2018 model 30241 km mileage met with sound in the front portion. The vehicle has been send to service centre (Hercules automobiles int'l p ltd, vazhayila, tvm on 05.04.2019. After servicing and repair still the sound persists. The matter has been informed to the service centre, but they responded nothing can be done from there side. Please note that the vehicle is cared through authorized dealers only.
                      One of my friend working in another authorized centre informed that the problem is with stabilizer and bush.
                      However the service personnel cannot recognise the actual problem.
                      Kindly intervene.

                        I purchased ciaz alpha car from pillai and sons chennai and service been given to popular motors porur chennai, they have changed my car parts, like 1. Power button knobs for windows, windshield wiper, car seats, ac controller knob, wheels, car milage 9km/liter instead of 21km promised by maruti. I gave my car for service 4 apart form 3 regular free service with running repair. They have not taken any intiative till date
                        Even higher authorities are playing game with showroomanagaer etc. Doing water wash and returning my car backhand lot fights with verbally nogo. Am unable to drive me car. Any further complaint has to be made to this issue or planning to go legally with consumer complaint.

                            I had booked a car ertiga vxi grey colour on january 21 2019.
                            I have a written confirmation of giving the car in 8-10 weeks and a verbal confirmation of giving the car in six weeks by vijay bharwad and jay shukla of kataria automobile makarba branch.. But 12 weeks have passed but i have not yet recieved the car & nor any of the commitment when will i get it or any reason for delay... I am very much upset and surprised that how can maruti do this..
                            And it was said please divert to any other colour or any other model in ertiga... As company is not giving us grey ertiga vxi
                            . Because of some of these distributors maruti is spoiling their image... This is the last time i will purchase any maruti car... Now i have diverted to hyundai...& i had to purchase a santro sportz on 29 march 2019 (Wanted to gift my parents).. Just because of delay... I was not having the car.. I had a swift dzire vxi which i had purchased from kataria in 2012.. And i had committed to a person to give him in march 25 2019.. As i had received the same commitment from kataria... But i can't break my commitment...
                            I want to know what has happened??
                            Is my car ertiga grey is sold to any other person to earn some more profits??
                            I request you to please give me an urgent reply and if needed, transfer my booking amount to any other distributor....
                            I will ask a suggestion by you that what should i do?
                            Should i go to consumer court or should i wait for your reply...
                            Please it is a request to answer soon...

                              The vehicle was bought on october, 2015 and since then no extended warranty has been provided of the access 125 also in respect of same complaints were reported to the dealer and form was submitted through this forum on 22.10.2018.
                              There were multiple defects in respect of engines for which the vehicle was given at the showroom on february, 2018. To remove the defects. It was stated by the company that approval of extended warranty will be provided to the owner, then the claim can be made forth. But, neither the approval has been provided till the date nor the defect of the engine has been sorted out.
                              Also the expenses were incurred on own by the owner.
                              The same inbuilt fault of the vehicle has not been rectified till the date and is troubling since 2015, to cure which the owner had spent 25, 000/- and is having the bills of the same.
                              Kindly, note the same for which the owner is suffering every now and then and the vehicle which was bought for 59, 000/- is not in running condition today.

                                Nothing major against service. Some issues during repair here and there and have been closed.
                                Main concern is the vehicle itself... I own a ciaz zdi shvs. Mh 14 fx 4299
                                The vehicle is disappointing.
                                Below are issues related to vehicle quality.
                                1. Heavy engine noise... Its a tractor from outside.
                                2. Pick up and acceleration without the turbo is pathetic... Have to push acceleration pad so much on 2nd gear to get it moving.
                                3. At top speed... It feels i am taxing the vehicle too much.
                                4. On road average is not even crossing 16kmpl. Purchased diesel for average... Pathetic.
                                5. I could have purchased a petrol version of any other brand in that case... No savings.
                                6. Refilling 500 rs every 2 days???... Such is the average

                                A new Vehical was delived to me with faulty AC not working .

                                The service centre Kothari Wheels Vimannagar Pune sold the faulty product to make money.

                                I have to take lot of Hassel to get the vechical fixed.

                                Please look in to this issue at the earliest.

                                  suzuki ignis - power steering not returning to its original position

                                  I have purchase suzuki ignis 1.2mt at nexa in chennai on 22nd october 2018.
                                  Very seconday itself i have face issue with steering. Its not returning to its original position after turning to some radius. (Even after pickup) its struck's at same position which i turned. I have raised complaint to service center. They said wait for 1st service. Because it may be tight.
                                  But after servicing the vehicle also same issue continues....

                                  I have got a problem in my ertiga (Kl 08 bh 2343) like it shows engine check symbol always, and i had contacted service center at angamaly for this and at the 1st time they said the complaint was due to senser issue and they replaced it and after not too long it again apperathe same issue and again i had visited the service center for the same and they said it was due to some technical error in cip side and they had cleared the memory or something and cleared the issue and same after some days the same issue appered again and i had visited the service center for 5 times continuously for the same issue still they don't know what the problem is and they said they don't know whay this is happening and today again my car has the same issue again i don't think the service center guys know the issue and i think maruthi is giving a worst service with un traind staff, if you guys don't know to clear the issue of you car than why are you producing cars?

                                    I too have a similar problem. I had booked the car on 11th dec 2018 (Booking no: sob[protected] & i was promised delivery in 4-6 weeks time. Later in jan 2019, i received a letter from mandovi motors (Bengaluru) that there is a delay & waiting time is now increased to 22 weeks & i can expect the delivery only in june 2019. I shot off an email to maruti, but there was no response. The dealer called me & said that since mine is the 1st booking in mandovi for at, i could expect the delivery by end march.
                                    In feb last week, i received an email from mandovi again saying that the vehicle will be dispatched from factory in 2nd half of march & i can expect to get the delivery in april 1st week.
                                    When i questioned the dealer yesterday, they said they haven't received any intimation from maruti yet & they have no clue of when the vehicle will be delivered. They mentioned production constraints as the reason for delay.
                                    My booking was for maruti ertiga vxi (At). Is there any issue with at bookings due to which there is a delay? I have seen quite a few new ertiga's on road already but no idea if they were diesel or petrol or vxi, zxi etc. Thanks to maruti trying to save some cost by not mentioning the variant these days.

                                      I have purchased a maruti alto 800 from am motors, malappuram, through vengarq unit in august 2018. I was assured the exchange bonus of rs. 6000, since my tata indica vehicle was at workshop at then, soon after it is okay. And the tata indica was sold, but till yet, the exchange bonus didn't credit, evenhough the sales staff assured it will be credited within weeks.

                                      Hence please clarify the matter, it's a case of more than gain or lost.
