    My vehicle mh48ak9489 was given to spectra motors for front wind shield replacement in jan 2018. After replacement of wind shield sensor for automatic viper was not checked.
    This was informed to sai service dahanu during 4th servicing, not checked.
    Today again i visited and informed for automatic mode viper not working.
    Service engineer informed me that sensor may be bad and cost of the sensor and labor charge i have to pay. Approx. 8000 rs.

    Why should i pay for the wrong maintenance done by maruti authorized service center. (Spectra motors boisar)
    Today spoke to customer care no. And they said you write to maruti for the same.

      Ktl ramadevi did not service the car, they did not put the water in the battery, all they did washed the car and charged me 3700 rs. I am so frustred as my car stopped last night at the middle of the road and neither maruti nor ktl provided any help... I will never buy any car from maruti in future if this matter is not taken care of...

      I had my car service done from ktl ramadevi kanpur workshop. After services in had a concern that without my knowledge and being agreed you have changed a part of my car and charged me 700 rs extra. Now the biggest issue i faced yesterday that my car was stopped on the middle of road near ramadevi, i call maruti 24×7 road assistance number[protected], i informed the situation that i had my car serviced 30 days back but i think they just washed the car and give it to me. But the rep said sir you have to pay 520 rs to get road side assistance or you call ktl workshop where you had your service done from, i said you made them authorised dealer so you do something i am stuck badly. Anyways i called ktl service number which was registered with the name of my amit srivastava ([protected]) but he couldn't respond even if called twice, after words i had to leave my car at road side with the help of 2 old man pushing it for 100 meters, i was so embarrassed in front of my people after i had to go by bike to my sister engagement. And all this happens because ktl couldn't do the service properly, they didn't put water on battery they did not respond a call even. Now before i go to file the fir let me know what maruti can do, as more over i am your customer not ktl's.
      I will wait till 12 after today to get response, also my car i had to get tow my car today morning and still i am waiting to get it fixed.

        Dear sir i have purchased a brand new car model wagon r on dated after20 september 2018by cash deal with all needed documents. But no rcis issued. Showroom is jaycee motors asr
        Customer care is very poor here. Iam visiting the show room manager for lasr three months by response is received
        First the staff of the jaycee motors amritsar is not educated enough to deal with customers
        They lack the working skill. Andneed to be changed
        We went to them hundreds of time to issue us rc but no response isshown by them

          My name is monzy thomas from mysore and i had purchased ertiga from mandovi motors mysore.
          Major marathi suzuki ertiga diesel cars are having gear box synchronization issue with 1st and 2nd gear. Company is never bothered to fix it by calling back the cars and even service centres just change synchronization ring and send and after 5000 kms again same issue starts. I had again given my car for service for the same issue 3rd time and i explained the works manager how to service it by referring the videos. Even suzuki service center works managers are not aware how to fix it permanently.
          Now as it is third time even they are not bothering to take the car to service and fix it as they need approval from there works manager.
          2 service advisors mr santhosh and mr. Guruprasad from mandovi motors mysore inspected the car and did not even bother to take the car and i was waiting searching for works manager. This is very pathetic and disgusting service by mandovi motors mysore which need to be addressed and the marathi suzuki ho to ensure all dealers are trained to service the vehicles as per standards and ensure dealers and kept updated for the modified items for faults and not only for selling.

            After using my gixxer for 15000 kms only, it had started giving me severe engine noises, to rectify which, i gave my bike to a-one suzuki service center, faridabad on 11th nov. As of 10th dec, they are saying that they need 1 more week which they've asked for thrice already. Disgrace to japanese brands. Also, mailing them is like talking to a wall.

              maruti dzire brake noise

              I bought a new Dzire last year and its registration - TN36AE9229. Initially we heard the noise on 30.10.2018 and immediately we visited the near by Service centre at Gobichettipalayam, Tamilnadu. They have replaced both the front tire brake disk and pad. Eventhough the problem remains unchanged. So, I request you to take the necessary action and do the needful. I'm worried that, few of my friends bought the same from Maruthi and I'm feeling...

              I am Rahul Dhaigude from Mumbai. I have purchase WAGONR CNG in 2016. The problem is that my car is vibrating when i turn on ac in cng mode bt not vibrating on petrol. Maruti service centre told me about 45000/- for repair. Kindly tell me the exact problem and how much cost of repair?

                We bought a maruti brezza vitara zdi+ by paying a whopping rs.13.50 lacs. I have been facing various issues with your dealer garuda autocraft from day one of taking delivery. The car was gifted to my son!
                1. Car was delivered without cleaning it properly. I had to practically fight and get it cleaned!
                2. The window shields had some stain marks for which again i had to fight for my car and some persons from garuda came home took the car and fixed the issue.
                3. While bringing the car back, we noticed that the car's top inner lining (Upholstery) had black stain done by the staff and one of your person admitted that they tried removing the same and eventually made bigger mark. They promised me that they will get the entire inner lining changed in a week or so. It is already nearing one month, i am continuing to give them reminders and no positive response!! The answer is the upholstery is being transported from delhi - just that ridiculous! Bangalore has to look up to heaven!!
                4. Recently the tyre got punctured and after noticing it we tried fixing it up but to our shock, we were told that there is split in the tyre and fixing a new tyre is the only answer. Note: new car and new tubeless tyre and the response from sales team is that we need to buy a new tyre!!

                Are we getting the right response from the dealer and sales team at garuda autocraft, lalbagh road, bangalore. Are we to approach any other agency to get the compensation in time!!

                We are buying the new tyre now as we cannot afford to drive in the night without a spare tyre. The office hours closes at 2.00am on daily basis!?!

                We need the upholstery changed and tyre cost reimbursed immediately!!!

                  My swift dzire zxi 2014 model was taken to top clean service centre in thrissur, kerala due to some starting problems. They charges more than 8000 and still the problem persists in the car. Now the car is in the service centre more than a month. The service executive is not experienced and has a lousy attitude towards the customer. Now the car is not returned to me and the problem is not solved please take proper actions

                    I purchased the latest version of suzuki access 125 on 28th june 2018. However the self start is showing multiple problems and often i end up starting the scooter manually through kick start. The vehicle works fine but the self start problem has been persisting since two-three months now. At first the scooter used to start after 2-3 self attempts, but now it's always kick start as the self is totally not working. I had my second free service done during this time and the service engineers are clueless about the problem. Kindly help urgently.

                      The company was speaking to give salary for the past 8 months but now the company is refusing to pay salaries. I had registered my complaint some time ago. I have not received any call from the company till now to give my salaries. The dealership is maruti's worst company, which does not give the employees to pay salaries on time. Some time ago, when i did not get salaries, i had complained to maruti, but i have not yet received my salary....

                      Hi, am owner of baleno delta petrol, i just run 1870km but my making noise after start few minutes and some randomly i totally confused why this noise. But one day i observed the noise came after release clutch. So immediately i went service center, after test the vechile service people told its problem with clutch release bearing and its manufacturing defect. Can any one help me how to handle this problem. How to proceed. Because it's new vechile and run 1870km.

                        This is being the third time complaints are arises on my ignis, which is not even a year been old. Initially the boot indicator was prompting, and to diagnose the root cause i had to leave the car for 2 weeks with service centre in kottayam. After that boot lock got damages and was replaced. Right now for more than a month new warning prompt was throwing, "service start system" in mid console after stopping the ignition. It's being specified in the manual the cause could be car battery voltage and check with a service centre. I visited the indus service centre pala they told they can't figure out any issues and it would be better to diagnose the issue was prompting now. But they technicians mentioned they can't find any warning issues in their pc when connected to car. So i myself suggested to check battery water level and it was low than min and then they refilled it. Later i thought issue has been resolved it started again, this time for more clarity i visited nexa indus service centre kochi, even there also they checked with wiring and mentioned some coupling issue and i left with car but warning prompted again. So i had visit again the same kochi nexa service centre, this time i suggested let the car be there for 1 week and all i need is fix for it. After two days i rang them still they were not able to diagnose the problem. So they requested to take the car for a long drive but still they can't find. Why the technicians are inefficient or arrogant enough to ignore a customer problem? How could i suggest a new ignis car for my friends as from starting onwards trouble and even the service technician are inefficient. Atleast please do the needful at the earliest

                          Only 3000 km driven car new swift zxi amt. Now some noises coming from gearbox while auto shifting. So i went to maruti popular service h &c compound mundakkal kollam kerala. On 20/11/2018 and told them all the details. After a test drive they told there is a sound in shifting. And i suggested them that i want to check in another car. So they provided a new car to test drive. Only in the 1 st shift there is a small noise. But in my car 1, 2, 3, 4, only in 5th there is no noise. So they told me that they will give complains to maruti and give me details as soon as possible. They call me on 3/12/2018 and i went. They told that they want a audio sound of the noise. He took the sound using a mobile phone and send to maruthi. I waited 4 hours and they told no information coming so sir please leave the car for one day i said ok. Next day when i went they are telling it is a normal sound. Message from maruti. I have attached the sound video and job card. Plzz check. So friends plzz dont go for maruti new swift amt its a utter flop

                            During the warranty period the company is forcing the customers to purchase products from their service centers. They give specifications in their service booklet, but when a customer bought the item as per specification, company denies to use that product and ask the customers to buy that from their service centers. The same products available at a reasonable price at market but we are forced to purchase the product at high rate.in terms of warranty and extended warranty this company and their service centers are selling products at high rate to their customers. This is against customers basic right to choose the parts and oil at the right price.

                                Dear sir i have make my ritz service at your mp nagar bhopal. After servicing the condition of vehicle get worst, one worst sound is coming. No smooth atall after paying 15500/by cash.. Now he is telling fault of tyre. But earlier it was not like that. They should have tell it earlier before servicing. Frankly speaking road side mechanic is far better than the mechanic who served my vehicle on[protected] at your mp nagar show room. H p dash.[protected].
