Food

I had ordered 4 HP2 on 19th March 2016. There were 2 sabji's - aloo methi and gobhi. Both the sabji's were stale and were smelling bad just when we opened the packet after it was delivered. We could not eat any sabji at all. The quality of delivered food has totally come down now. Chapatis were hard too. It was a very bad experience and a total waste of money. If I dont get any update on the measures taken not to repeat this, I will NEVER...

Live cockroach found on roti

Todayme and my husband went for dinner in mast kalandar at cmh road indira nagar, Bangalore...my husband discussing about his office issue while eating...suddenly we saw one cockroach came in the plate and eating food...shame ...the manager never gave us new plate and food..shame on mast kalandar staff and management.. We will never go again in mast kalandar and we will advice our friends and relatives for not to go mast kalandar....

Item not delivered through the payment done successfully

Hi

I placed an order- LTOD581503 and none of the items are available.And the response was bad though the payment was successful online.

They were not interacting properly and the worst service received.

I want to get my money back as whatever I am saying nothing is available.

I want a speedy repay back of my money.

Poor hygiene

I had HP1 at the MK restaurant close to the dell office in Bangalore. I noticed a dead cockroach on the roti which was served and did report it to the person. Though I received an apology i was extremely disappointed because I didn't expect this quality of food been served at MK. And also this is not the first time but the second time I got cockroach served in my food at the same restaurant.
I wouldn't eat there again because of poor...

I ordered food from mastkalandar on 18th of nov 2015. After waiting an hour i called the restaurant but nobody picked the phone. also nobody came to deliver the food. I paid online and was hoping that they will refund the amount which they didn't. On 1st of Dec i contacted mastkalandar ([protected]@mastkalandar.com) by email and she said that she will process the refund but she didn't. now she is not even replying to my mails. Insert found in food

I regularly have my lunch at mast kalandar indiranagar and i find an insect in food atleast once in every 20 days. If i complaint about this to staff, they just say sorry and will assure will it will not happen next time but they dont take it seriously. Another thung is that there is no management to look into this issue, its just local staff who manages the restaurant so they dont bother about it. Anyone who's going to have food there...

Quality of restrooms

Please find attached the image to see the quality of restrooms maintained in one of the Mast Calendar outlet in Whitefield. The time sheet is not filled as well. High risk of spreading infections specially Urinary tract infections. Request you to kindly do the needful....

They never keep their promise of on-time delivery

I ordered in mast kalandar (CV raman nagar) order number 20415 I ordered around 13:05 and i got confirmation that order will be delivered in 35 minutes but even after 2 hrs they didnt deliver And when i called to store they are not responding properly Then i tried to relationship manager([protected]) he also didnt respond properly...

Lost order

Ordered food from MK Dabbawala at 1:45pm (order number LTOD156727). By 3pm called the contact number provided in their website. They have no clue about the order. And kept me on wait over the phone for 15min. They finally found the order and the excuse given as that they just got the email. However i got the confirmation email at time of order....

Late in dilevery

I had it from tiny OWL site at 8.45 PM. The estimated time of delivery was 10 PM. There was goo[censored]p in delivery and still i have not received the order (10.49 PM) . I have order it from mast kalander from CMH road. Please don't order online . Specially from MAST KALANDER...

bad quality food supplied

I ordered 'power combo' at about 15.50 hrs on 12th April 2015 at Mast kalandar outlet at Yelahanka new town, Bangalore. Of the available 2 types of veggies I chose 'koftha curry' and instructed not to smear oil on Jowar-Bajra Roti. But what was served was regular roti with oil smeared fully. Also instead of kofta curry, some sort of mixed vegetables was given which was over boiled and over burnt. This has made me to decide not to visit...

Delay in Delivery and lying

Ordered HP3 but received HP2

I ordered HP3 chosing it from the companies website which 4 chapati, salad, pulav, but when recived it had 3 chapati, no salad, no pulav just plain rice and when called them back the sore manager of bellandur store told that the menu has changed and now they serve only this in HP3 and one should know it. Items in required quantity were not proper in the home delivery

Hi We had ordered home delivery for 1 plate Hara Bara Kaba, 3 stuffed parathas of Aloo da pyasa flavour, 3 stuffed parathas of Cheese springy onion and Rajma curry from Jeevan Bheema Nagar outlet on 23rd Oct 2014 around 8.00pm. Highly disappointed with the Service

I have been regularly ordering food from Mast Kalandar, Jayanagar, 3rd Block, via JustEat.in.
Recently, they have regularly sent my order late or inaccurate. But I did not complain as the food was good.
But today I received my lunch with a cockroach in the food and another cockroach in the carry bag. This is disgusting, unhygienic and I wonder criminal as I could get ill eating this...

hi, i have worked for mastkalandar for two and half years and was deducting my PF and ESI from the salary..but when i left the company they did not give any detail of PF and never provided any ESI card...this is not the only case but there are hundreds of the employee who have the same complaint..but since they are not literate enough to lodge a complaint nothing has happend so far..would request you to kindly look in to the matter..since...

Failed to server whatever I paid

I have been to Mast Kalandar, Bilekahalli, Bangalore. I had a very bad experience. I have ordered one HP#, 4 Phulkas, and Tadka Dal. Mast Kalandar takes money first serves next. So whatever I have paid I should get the same. they failed to serve 2 phulkas and they asked for excuse which is really unacceptable. Also all the phulkas were in different sizes and most of them are small ones. the complain no [protected] never works. No one picks...

Poor service

Today I ordered food from Mast Kalandar in Sarjapur Road and got the worst experience of my life.
I had invited somebody for dinner and I placed an order at around 7:50 PM and I was told it will take 40 minutes for the food to be delivered.
