I had ordered 4 HP2 on 19th March 2016. There were 2 sabji's - aloo methi and gobhi. Both the sabji's were stale and were smelling bad just when we opened the packet after it was delivered. We could not eat any sabji at all. The quality of delivered food has totally come down now. Chapatis were hard too. It was a very bad experience and a total waste of money. If I dont get any update on the measures taken not to repeat this, I will NEVER place an order with mast kalandar again.

Todayme and my husband went for dinner in mast kalandar at cmh road indira nagar, Bangalore...my husband discussing about his office issue while eating...suddenly we saw one cockroach came in the plate and eating food...shame ...the manager never gave us new plate and food..shame on mast kalandar staff and management.. We will never go again in mast kalandar and we will advice our friends and relatives for not to go mast kalandar.

I placed an order- LTOD581503 and none of the items are available.And the response was bad though the payment was successful online.

They were not interacting properly and the worst service received.

I want to get my money back as whatever I am saying nothing is available.

I want a speedy repay back of my money.

I had HP1 at the MK restaurant close to the dell office in Bangalore. I noticed a dead cockroach on the roti which was served and did report it to the person. Though I received an apology i was extremely disappointed because I didn't expect this quality of food been served at MK. And also this is not the first time but the second time I got cockroach served in my food at the same restaurant.
I wouldn't eat there again because of poor hygiene. I'd like you to look into the matter so other customers are not served poor quality food.

I ordered food from mastkalandar on 18th of nov 2015. After waiting an hour i called the restaurant but nobody picked the phone. also nobody came to deliver the food. I paid online and was hoping that they will refund the amount which they didn't. On 1st of Dec i contacted mastkalandar ([protected]@mastkalandar.com) by email and she said that she will process the refund but she didn't. now she is not even replying to my mails. Please help me get the refund.

I regularly have my lunch at mast kalandar indiranagar and i find an insect in food atleast once in every 20 days. If i complaint about this to staff, they just say sorry and will assure will it will not happen next time but they dont take it seriously. Another thung is that there is no management to look into this issue, its just local staff who manages the restaurant so they dont bother about it. Anyone who's going to have food there please be cautious and if possible avoid it. I go there because i dont have any other option nearby.My bad luck.

Please find attached the image to see the quality of restrooms maintained in one of the Mast Calendar outlet in Whitefield. The time sheet is not filled as well. High risk of spreading infections specially Urinary tract infections. Request you to kindly do the needful.

I ordered in mast kalandar (CV raman nagar) order number 20415 I ordered around 13:05 and i got confirmation that order will be delivered in 35 minutes but even after 2 hrs they didnt deliver And when i called to store they are not responding properly Then i tried to relationship manager([protected]) he also didnt respond properly

Ordered food from MK Dabbawala at 1:45pm (order number LTOD156727). By 3pm called the contact number provided in their website. They have no clue about the order. And kept me on wait over the phone for 15min. They finally found the order and the excuse given as that they just got the email. However i got the confirmation email at time of order.

I had it from tiny OWL site at 8.45 PM. The estimated time of delivery was 10 PM. There was goo[censored]p in delivery and still i have not received the order (10.49 PM) . I have order it from mast kalander from CMH road. Please don't order online . Specially from MAST KALANDER

Hello, My family have been regular at Mastkalandar since it started in Bangalore. We have been invited to multiple Mastkalandar events mainly at the Indranagar(CMH Road) branch. I was very disappointed with the food I got Parcel from your indranagar(CMH Road) branch few days back. 1. Unlikely, Chole taste was just like some ordinary stuff, even color was different(generally it's dark). 2. Sabzi had Bhindi, which was not of good quality, It was not soft and full of fibre. 3. The taste of overall food was not like the one we get regularly. Wanted to bring my concern as I felt I wasted my money, but more over I don't want to loose one good joint which my family feels happy to go, just due to the drop in food quality. I ordered 'power combo' at about 15.50 hrs on 12th April 2015 at Mast kalandar outlet at Yelahanka new town, Bangalore. Of the available 2 types of veggies I chose 'koftha curry' and instructed not to smear oil on Jowar-Bajra Roti. But what was served was regular roti with oil smeared fully. Also instead of kofta curry, some sort of mixed vegetables was given which was over boiled and over burnt. This has made me to decide not to visit again any mast kalandar outlet. I am sorry to see the deterioration in quality of mast kalandar outlets.

We have been ordering food from Mast Kalander BTM.The home delivery timings kept increasing. Today was a milestone of them all. When I have ordered a combo from Mast Kalander they said it would be 40 mins. Called after one hour then got a reply that will deliver in 5 mins . called for almost 60 times their phones were either busy or when tried canceling order said will get in 5 mins.Then finally the delivery guy came at last after 2 1/2 hours.and said he is the only one delivering on the day.the people after calling so many times don't revive call and give proper details and lie.

I ordered HP3 chosing it from the companies website which 4 chapati, salad, pulav, but when recived it had 3 chapati, no salad, no pulav just plain rice and when called them back the sore manager of bellandur store told that the menu has changed and now they serve only this in HP3 and one should know it. I mean is that the way we should know it, how would we know we order it seeing the menu online and it said those things. Very very disappointed. Saket

Hi We had ordered home delivery for 1 plate Hara Bara Kaba, 3 stuffed parathas of Aloo da pyasa flavour, 3 stuffed parathas of Cheese springy onion and Rajma curry from Jeevan Bheema Nagar outlet on 23rd Oct 2014 around 8.00pm. The Bill no is RTC8MK[protected]. We found the quantity of Hara bara kabab was only 4 pieces instead of 6 pieces and instead of 3 Aloo da pyasa parathas they had send only two. Then tried to call the location outlet no but nobody was picking the call. Wanted to inform you on these descrepancies.

Ur service is going down day by day..im extremely pissed off with the service provided by you..Better u ppl dont take home deliveries so that you can maintain ur so called brandname..After giving u 45 minute of delivery time u guyz bring the food 2 hours late..Im very much disappointed..PPl order opt for home deliveries only in needy times like heavy rain .When u give some dumb reason stating rain delay you should not take orders.When i posted this on ur fb u deleted the conten in no time..it is seriously a filthy activity.. When u can workk on such things spontaneously...DO DELIVER ORDER ON TIME...This is the last time im ordering food from ur restaurant..there are lot many good restaurants in bangalore guys.If this goes on u ll be loosing many costumers..As u lost one now

Dear JustEat, MastKalandar

I have been regularly ordering food from Mast Kalandar, Jayanagar, 3rd Block, via JustEat.in.
Recently, they have regularly sent my order late or inaccurate. But I did not complain as the food was good.
But today I received my lunch with a cockroach in the food and another cockroach in the carry bag. This is disgusting, unhygienic and I wonder criminal as I could get ill eating this food.
I would like to formally file a complaint against the restaurant Mast Kalandar and would like to know of any health authorities I can complain to.

hi, i have worked for mastkalandar for two and half years and was deducting my PF and ESI from the salary..but when i left the company they did not give any detail of PF and never provided any ESI card...this is not the only case but there are hundreds of the employee who have the same complaint..but since they are not literate enough to lodge a complaint nothing has happend so far..would request you to kindly look in to the matter..since they are running the company from last 5 odd years and have not done any PF submission ..

I have been to Mast Kalandar, Bilekahalli, Bangalore. I had a very bad experience. I have ordered one HP#, 4 Phulkas, and Tadka Dal. Mast Kalandar takes money first serves next. So whatever I have paid I should get the same. they failed to serve 2 phulkas and they asked for excuse which is really unacceptable. Also all the phulkas were in different sizes and most of them are small ones. the complain no [protected] never works. No one picks that. I called around 20 times atleast. Rediculous experience. And the Staff cooly wrote that he didnt server 2 phulkas in the bill. Looks like he was not worried which means management is so serious about complaints.

Today I ordered food from Mast Kalandar in Sarjapur Road and got the worst experience of my life.
I had invited somebody for dinner and I placed an order at around 7:50 PM and I was told it will take 40 minutes for the food to be delivered. After 1 hour passed by, I called up again to enquire what was the reason of the delay. I was told the delivery guy has left already and will be there in 5 minutes. For 30 minutes after that there was no sign of food. I called up again and this time I was kept on hold for 5 mintes without any response. I was so embarrased in front of my guest, I finally called them up and asked them to cancel the order. The manager there told me that food will reach in 15 mintes, despite of the delay of 1:30 hours. I asked them the reason and came to know it was delivered to some other location. I had clearly given the address with each alphabet spelt out, still the order could not be delivered in the right place. While placing the order I had provided the phone number, if they cannot call on the given phone if there is some confusion, why do they take the order.
I was surprised by the attitude of the manager (Kamal), he never apologized also. He was ok with loosing the buisiness and simply said ok madam. I was so embarassed in front of the guest, we had to finally manage by having options at home.
I want people to know the sorry state of Mast Kalandar. It used to be one of the best veg eating joints with a very courteos staff. Ever since it has picked up and the franchisees are given away to anyone, I can see the deteoration of the quality and service of food.
