I Jay kant Mishra resident of PG Block DDA Janta Flats Possangipur Janakpuri New Delhi 110058, would like to bring to your notice on behalf of Residents of pg- block about the menace that street dogs in my area have created recently. They’ve been biting people every other day and I being a victim of the bite myself. The number of cases of dog bites are escalating everyday therefore I kindly request you to look into the matter and take the required action for the welfare of the society as well as the animal.

Hello my order so[protected] was cancelled due to overdue and i have done online payment. It is almost 2 months my order got cancelled and i haven't got any refund. I have contacted customer service i didn't get any valid information about my refund. When do i get my refund and what is the status of my refund?

Club factory are not responding any of my complaints and its written in there website that refunding process is going on but sti there is no response.

Please Never trust on Biteclub Gurgaon, they always trying to fool their customers as well as their investors. they always said we are different from others..they are different becuz they are cheat differently and they used to make fake orders from poor hungry customers and don't bother to deliver the order. when someone tries to contact their customer care services they always denied with their commitments and harassed the customers physically and mentally also. this is not the end of the story they also trapped their investors also . At the time of investment they used to make wrong promises and show their big plans and after they receive the money they don't even remember their investors. i am also a badly harassed investor. they didn't give me any profit or any information . at last i have to back out and faced a big loss . they make me fool and eat all my profits . they all are cunning, greedy and only wants to make money.Biteclub are big cheater and please aware Biteclub Frauds.. Please be careful with the trap named "Biteclub".

It was last weekend, we tend to determined to place up a little gathering of our folks and cousins and with friends., therefore we tend to determined to order the special nights dinner from Biteclub. thus I referred to as them, settled them our order that they aforesaid would be delivered to US latest in Associate in Nursing hour. I although that’s OK as a result of we tend to had 1:30 hours with US before our whole family comes up. when one hour and thirty five minutes my door bell rang, my woman ran up to the door with the money expecting deliveryman as a result of it already too late, however to our disguise it were the cousins howling up with the desires. I then referred to as up the Biteclub's variety and lift the criticism and that they aforesaid sorry sir simply half-hour additional and that I had to twiddling my thumbs as a result of there's no alternative possibility. Then concerning virtually fifty min later I received my order and so rush with it to the board wherever everybody was evident at US ravenously. My woman served the dishes that were packed in weird manner. As everybody took the primary chunk of the paratha with totally different alternative dishes a number of them felt like throwing out. The parathas were therefore laborious and rancid and gross smelling of overcooked dishes. Even the sabzis were jam-packed with ginger and garlic. The rice was therefore below soft-bo, the guests felt therefore affronted and that I stood there with my heads down with each anger and shame. My day night was all desolated by Biteclub rotten food, dangerous services and poor quality food. utterly pissed off and annoyed by Biteclub dangerous expertise.

I have an order food from biteclub gurgaon, he said to me that within one hour you will received awesome food from our site that time i was happy..and thought nice online food service but after one hours i didn't received any food then i ll cal to biteclub but he said he is on the way..i have receive my order late..food quality is very bad ..and i am very disappointing with bitecub and their services and 4 on 10 is the current score for me . Insufficient quantity, cold food, delayed delivery - all that should have been a strict no no with the model, has cheeped in . Time to do real time quality checks on the food content, supervise the food quantity, be conscious of customer sentiments... It's a fantastic model, please buck up and revive the market positioning ... It matters

I have been ordering from bite club my lunch during office days. So far the experience has been great. But today I ordered rajma chawal and it was so bad I could not eat it. The taste was so pathetic, it was like rajma cooked is a left over chicken gravy. Just horrible . I could have puked. feeling very bad due to biteclub pathetic food, this is unbelievable how it can happen..feel vomit..and i was very unhappy becuz due to this food i didn;t eat in night Please don't serve such Kind of food.

Ordered Mini Burgers, Cheesy Nachos And Mushroom Tart today. The order came bang on time but food was not up to the mark. Nachos were soggy, tomato & onions were stinking, mini burger was completely crushed and I bet no human being can eat it in the condition it has come to me . The only savior was Mushroom Tart. Whole food was very cold and unlike the previous time, every box was not properly closed and the moment I took out the burger box, the whole food fell inside the carry bag itself. My suggestion - anything made out of cheese and bread can't sustain for more than 1 hour . It has to be serve fresh.. I am a big fan of Biteclub concept but as a customer I am very unhappy today.

I ordered food from "Biteclub" through the mobile app of Biteclub since there was some discount going on for Biteclub mobile app. and received confirmation from Biteclub, it was mentioned as estimated delivery time . After waiting, when we didn't receive any update from anybody, we Calling in Biteclub but nobody pic my call.and on that day i didn, t received my order.i agian and agian try for call, and after more he received my call, then i said him that i didn't receive any order, how much time you will take for my order, i already wait too much, then he talk very roudly and said when we will free then delivery boy will deliver your order and disconnect my call, I didn't receive the food that is one thing moreover that humiliation and insult.I need my money back and an apology as well. Delaying more than a week, will force me to take legal action against this.Please be aware of this incident and avoid biteclub as much as possible, so that they realize bad behaviour is bad for business. and they avoid entertaining these people. I placed an order at Biteclub. the order was Fried rice with curry. i don't know why they called it fried rice . they only fooled the people . the rice was plain with only jeera... and oily too. Ordered food from Biteclub . although the order came on time but it was not up to mark. the smell of raw garlic was so bad. whole food was very cold, and every box was not completely packed. i am very much disappointed with Biteclub as a customer.

Whenever we order food from famous place we hope to get the best services, however sometimes you don't get what you desire the way you wanted it and sometimes it's even horrible, and that's exactly what happen to me when I ordered food from Biteclub using their application. It's one of the worst services I ever seen in my life. The food was not properly packed, infact oil was drooping all over the floor when I received it. The polythene it came in was covered in oil and I felt disgusted at quality of service I got for the given amount . Even tissues were not provided in the packing when I tried to return the food and complaints about its condition they said once the packing is opened it wasn't their headache if oil leaks out. Such horrible and bad services are not expected from Biteclub. They are complete crooks.

I then called up the Biteclub's number and raise the complaint and they said sorry sir just 30 minutes more and I had to be patient because there is no other option. Then about almost 40 min later I received my order and then rushed with it to the dining table where everyone was glaring at us hungrily. My wife served the dishes which were packed in weird manner. As everyone took the first chunk of the paratha with different other dishes some of them felt like throwing out. The parathas were so hard and stale and gross smelling of overcooked dishes. Even the sabzis were full of ginger and garlic. The rice was so under cooked, the guests felt so insulted and I stood there with my heads down with both anger and shame. My anniversary night was all devastated by Biteclub rotten food, bad services and poor quality food. Completely frustrated and harassed by Biteclub bad experience. I have order Food and order was confirmed . But after 1 hours 1 have not received any order from biteclub then I called to delivery contact end, person at the start told that order has been delivered, But i said i haven't received any order becuz i had payment through card after then he was trying to pretend my mobile is switched off. Even after arguing him a lot and requesting him to confirm the same order again, he bluntly refused order. This was message i received about confirmation, We all waited for more than 2 hour for order and this is the response we got from your end, seriously losing credibility from your online service.

Placed the order in dinner and got the confirmation . After 1 hrs. I made the first call when this'guy' said everything was packed and the delivery guy was just leaving. Please bear in mind we had guests at home for dinner. Around 10 we made the next call and thereafter few more calls only to hear that the delivery guy was on his way. we called again and was told be the earlier'guy' that delivery would be in another 5 mins. By now or guests started leaving and we were totally and completely embarrassed and somewhat humiliated. In another 10 mins we were called by possibly their management who said there was too much rush that day and it would take another 20 mins. By now we weren't hungry anymore. Few more calls and we were eventually able to get hold of the actual delivery guy who after a couple of more'am almost there' messages, delivered the food . We had lost the desire to
eat but since we had already paid( through card) we tried the food which was extremely average by taste. All put together this was the most terrible
experience ordering via Biteclub...Really Worst experience.

This company is totally fraud, you will see a "refer and earn" option on the right side of their application. when i open this option, it shows that earn more and more credits by referring application to your friends and relatives and i will also get credits for referral chain by using promo code, i shared their link to all my whatsapp and facebook friends, then After 5 minutes my friend said that there is no option of promo code during sign up I checked and he was right there was no such option . Then i contacted the customer care and raise the complaint issue and ask them how to use this code and but i really shocked with their answer "SIR WE DONT GIVE REFER PROMOS OR CODES". Mind blowing techniques to fool poor customers. Never trust on these crooks, they only waste your time and makes false and useless commitments .

I placed an order last night at Biteclub. Didn’t receive the delivery last night. When I called up the restaurant today morning, they said that they didn’t receive my order . when i complained about the issue they didn't replied to it, when i called in customer care and talked to them after so many complaints by emails, phone calls and lastly on facebook as well, my issue was not sorted out by them, as a result I have to sleep all hungry despite of paying for my food and on contacting their customer care a ridiculous reply that money will be refunded if order is not confirmed this shows their commitment towards the poor hungry customer trusted their services simply useless . I Tried calling the customer care service 3 times today also, and was told that I will get a call back. Haven’t heard any thing from the back end team yet... Really disappointed with Biteclub, they don't bother about their customers and only think of money . made fake orders and harass the poor customers with inhuman services. i suggest consumers to not to trap out in Biteclub orders, they cheat consumers.

The working environment at Biteclub is not hale and hearty. Chefs are treated poorly. Many times they run out of kitchen cleaning staff. I have seen new chefs doing dishes. Those young kids join Biteclub with the dream of becoming a popular chef. The company recruitment policy portray Biteclub as a land of merries. Most of them even join at low salary, only to find out that they have been cheated. Their wrath comes out on their recipes and preparations, just moving them further away from their dream. I have seen chefs breaking down in Biteclub. It is not a good place to work, not for chefs atleast.

My investment adviser suggested me to invest in Biteclub. Though I'm self capable but I used leverage to invest, it looks good on paper, and normally I wouldn't lose money because the rates of the return on the investments that were shown to me were way higher than the cost of borrowing. However the Biteclub's portfolio dropped by 10% and the leverage has doubled my loss to 20%. Thus my investment of Rs. 10 Lacs is now only worth Rs. 8 Lacs. The banks called the loan and I had to sell my investment and pay the balance from my personal accounts. I have suffered huge losses with Biteclub Review : On the evening of 13 Aug, I ordered two portions of garlic bread and veg. lasagna from Biteclub to celebrate my husband's promotion, but they delivered us meat lasagna. Could you believe this? They have a website and all hankies-pankies but can't make a straight order. I would never order from Biteclub again, it ruined my evening.

Working at Biteclub had been tiresome for me until I resigned. The problems were many, including bad management, shortage of supplies, not only good grade food but also kitchen supplies like clean napkins etc. The kitchen is a closed space always smelling foul because of improper ventilation techniques. There were rats in the stock walkins. I was never truly out of work mode with the shortage of chefs around. It certainly does not meet the standards. The prep crew is negligible and those who are available are amateurs, spilling stuffs and using wrong knives. I left after doing doubles for 17 days in a row.
