Hi,
I had placed an order (Prepaid) at 11.30 am from your website today and your brookfield branch was assigned to process the order with delivery time being confirmed to be 12.30 pm.
At 12.30 i called the contact no. ([protected]) of brookfield branch and he replied saying they do not deliver to marathalli and i must have ordered through swiggy. I checked his claim and confirmed it was through the website then he said he will look into this and soon i got a confirmation saying delivery will be done by 1.45 pm.
I had a time constrain so i called the no. ([protected]) to cancel and this guy did not pick up my call even though i called him 24 times. Post which i again called the customer care no. Who gave me a new no. Of a guy named cyril ([protected]), on talking to cyril i got a confirmation that the order will be cancelled and refund will be done by monday.
Then to my surprise at 1.45 delivery boy comes with the order i had placed even though i had got a confirmation of cancellation from cyril.
What i find puzzling is you guys have deployed people who do not care about customer experience. I had been using mkdabba website as the food was pretty good but with today's incident i am sorry to say you guys have no respect for your customer. What if i go and blow this out of proportion on fb or twitter then only will you guys listen?
Its extremely disappointing and i want to know will i get my money back or not? Was this information helpful? |
