I have paid for your services regarding my brother rista which at the time was promised that 100% i will get a rista from london with in the three months of joining your company since then your staff as only put forward a few rista everywhere else a part from london they refuse to answer my calls and messages i paid money which might not be a lot for you but for me it is and i don't mind paying for something which i get a result at the end of it but now after trying several times to get hold of your staff i am now very upset so pls contact me asap otherwise i will take this matter further. I have paid 800 us dollars but still not worth a penny of work has been done by the relationship managers and mediators namely varsha pooja tanu inderjeet deepika. They wasted my time as well as my money. Very unprofessional people. Kindly refund my money. I am too dissatisfied as every time they ask me to go for an upgrade payment. This us so useless. Moreover i cannot access my account and each of them show the same few guys wo match nowhere and whom i ask about they never tell about them. So do not waste your hard earned money on this site and especially these mediators and rms.

On 12 August 2019, Deepika Makan, Business consultant of MatrimonialsIndia.com sent me email saying they have some matching profiles for my marriage and sent me some beautiful girls profile on my email. She then called me later on that evening and said her company will guarantee convince those girls to get married with me. She was constantly pressurizing me with the promise that if I pay US$276 for it I will never regret in my life. I have recorded some of her conversation over phone for evidence. It was Assisted Service for 3 months from 13 August to 13 November 2019. At the end I fell for in her traps and paid around 300 New Zealand dollars for the service.
Later on few Consultants from the company called me and was showing different member's profile that I did not like. I asked about those profiles that Deepika Makan emailed me and promised me to get acquainted with them. They tried to make excuses like they are trying but never assisted me on those fake promises. I said to them that I paid money to get married to one of them but not to other profiles which I am not interested. I requested them to refund my money over phone but they never get back to me. Please help me getting my money back from them.

Firstly, the consultants here especially deepika makan is a complete fraud who promised a service and convinced me to sign up and for which i paid nearly rs 15000 money.

Once i signed up, they they assigned relation officer jyoti to my case who just keep sending me odd profiles. Even after complaints, they just sent me irrelevant profiles and also arranged fake conference calls so that could be safe in case anyone complaints about them. They have their perfect plan on how to cheat.

Secondly, i was not expecting them to find a perfect match but expected them to atleast respond to me. They stopped attending my calls. I called a couple of times to their customer service but they would never return my calls.

Its very disgraceful of a wedding company to cheat and i still wonder how this company is even allowed to run.

They are not even close to providing service what they promised. The least they could have done is answering my phone call which they never picked. I just want my refund back no matter what.

I am in contact with matrimony person, mr. Vishnu, his contact number +[protected],
We are in contact in whatsapp with same above numbers.
Mr. Vishnu used to continuously whatsapp me for registration in matrimony website, so that they can get some member added.

I finally registered when i once came to india on leave,
I was charged for diamond pack: rs. 5200, through online banking.
Then i got to know from mr. Vishnu, of matrimony, that the actual charge is rs. 4500 for diamond pack.

I was charged additonal rs. 700,
I want the authority to take action against these fraud websites charging additional when paid online,

Refund the additional amount to the same bank account number.

These websites are biggest frauds, they say one rate, they charge another rate.
100% no use of these fraud websites, they can’t provide a single suitable match.

I took 3 months membership, not a single match found by them, useless websites,
Fraud websites, playing with people necessities.

Please take action against the respective persons and refund the amount to the bank account.

I have been forcefully subscribed to the emate services by one of matrimony.com sales consultant. She made all the wrong promises and i have them in email as a proof from her official email. She pushed me into the wrong services and over committed and under delivered. She has also represented the profile in unethical way and presented wrong information to the future prospects. I am quite disappointed with the the services and professionalism shown by such a big company. She charged $197us saying it's a discounted price.
I also requested the sales person that i would like to pay from my indian card and she pushed me to pay through international card. My bank has also charged me international transaction fees. She has made false promised on a-z things. I would appreciate if your refund my fees to my indian bank account. If matter not handled appropriately and soon, i would complaint to consumer court and also share my experience on all indian and international consumer forums so that no other customer get screwed up by you unethical sales person. I look forward to your reply asap. I disagree to proceed further due to false commitments made. I would like to withdraw from my subscriptions and there is no help at all.

Iam receiving phone calls from different location o[censored]p & mp for marriage, 3 or four has taken registration fees 3500, but after that no response and i cleaned all my mails ids from these fraud websides but after that iam continously calling calls for marriage & for registration. One from kanpur namrata patel has been charged 5000 through paytm and tell contact no girl which is working for same girl and she also want money from me about telling difficulties to their family.

I did not want to take membership at all. But the person (Deepika makan) called me and persuaded me to take the membership for $212 for 3 months (Which is way too much for that service). Very early i got to know about this site and people, i asked them to cancel my membership and refund me. But they (Neither the "so called" personal assistance nor the manager who made me take the membership (Deepika) responded to that. They kept on sending some random profiles (Which were not at all as per my requirements). I have told them multiple times to cancel and stop the service. After that i tried calling them and their phones switched off.

I filed a dispute from my credit card company. After seeing that they are trying to call me and tell some new story. They never worked for me. The personal assistance never cared what my requirements are and i am highly disappointed. Now they are trying to show something that they worked for me so that the dispute will be rejected.
But i do not want to leave my money like that. These people are fraudsters.

I want my complete refund ($212) because i did not use their service at all. As soon as i realized that it is a fraud, i asked them to cancel my membership and refund me. But they never seemed to care about it.

This is with regret to state that the service's offered to me are not at all satisfactory. Non of your representative including person assigned to us for our job ms gulfisha nor the person booked our contract ms deepika maaken responding in a way the services are offered. I request you to pl cancell my cintract and refund my money inr 8500 paid to you. Since you are not able to established a single contact offered as committed of 5 contacts. 1) sh67638274 this is the id number of that fraud person he has updated his name vikas s now the person has deleted his account, he said he is indian but shifted uk liverpool city, the person 1st time created good rapo then one day he said he wants to send me gifts when i refused he blocked me again he unblocked & request to accept gift when i said sent i got call from delta service demanded 35000 for excise duty on expensive gift when i transfer money vikas told me send more money then i refused then after 1 month he said his friend is visited in india & fallen sick then he demanded more money i have attached jpg doc how much amount he has demanded, then again he said he will be coming in india & then he said please transfer money he is in airport & wanted to release him he wanted that amount. So the people who really don't know how people take advantage of their innocence.

I have been forced to take services by ms varsha. She was not giving any scope to think but continuously forcing to take services immediately. I have been duped around 70000 by her. And also without providing any services she was asking me to extend my membership.
She was showing few profiles and telling she is checking with them for their interest but never provided any updates on those profile.
Ms shikha was appointed as my relationship manager, but never provided any good profile.
Inspite of telling her my requirements, she ended up providing the profile which did not match my requirement.
Whenever i complained, she used to hurriedly send the profile. She had sent me high school completed profiles and special case profiles. This shows the work these cheaters are doing.
Deepika messey gave false hopes and has not provided a single profile. I have duped by her without providing any service.

I had complained thrice and when i requested my refund for the services, i did not get any response from this fake and cheater site.

Also this company was not able to able to resolve my technical issue.

Deepika messey, anita sood, varsha, shikha pandey are also fraud and cheaters of this company.

I want my money refunded from this fraud team as soon as possible.

Myself dr shripal sanjay oswal, resident of new panvel, navi mumbai, maharashtra hereby filing complaint against matrimonialsindia.com for not replying to me and not returning my money. On 1st feb 2018, i took personal relationship manager services from this agency for finding suitable match (Bride) for me. I paid 7500 rs through online netbanking for personal relationship manager who will mail me 5 potential matches based on my desired preferences in a span of 3 months which was the period for which my service will be active.. Their executive promised me to send me 5 potential matches by mail within period of three months and will arrange personal talks with respective suitable matches. Apart from that they promised me that they will regularly upload suitable matches online which i can access through my registered id with thier site. The relationship manager, mrs durga sharma (Mob no[protected]) spoke to me on call reg my desired partner preferences and al.. Nd promised me that she will mail me 5 suitable matches. My first criteria was i wanted someone from my profession i. E. Dentist i wanted someone who is self-employed. But she never sent me any suitable matches. She sent me 2 profiles which not at all matched my preferences. I called mr vinay gupta who spoke me reg services and though whom i purchased your services, he never replied to my calls and mails. Even relationship manager never replied to my mails of refunding my money.. I hereby attach copy of my invoice for amount of 7500 and few copies of mail of promised services.
I kindly request for the complete refund of my amount at the earliest..

I got a call from matrimonials india from deepika messey who a gave me false hopes that she would find me my life partner if i invest rs 15000.
So without even thinking i paid her rs 15000.
I never got any service from their end nor her team they use to send me hopeless profiles when i asked them to refund me my money they never replied to my mail.
I want my money refunded from this fraud team as soon as possible.
Never invest any money on these fake matrimonial websites.

Girls please be aware of this guy who is working with a bank. He is a big fraud. He will play with your feelings and will leave you once he get any other option.

I became a member of MatrimonialsIndia a month back and availed their gold membership for 3 month. While I was browsing through the profiles of other suitable members, I came across a few profiles which were very obviously fake. These profiles had inactive phones numbers and the non-functional email Ids etc. I immediately called the customer support and informed the executive regarding these profiles. The executive said that they would do the background checks and see whether my allegation was right. After a few days I got a mail from them assuring me that proper action has been taken against my MatrimonialsIndia Complaint and the profiles had been blocked. I am glad that they took swift action against my complaint or some gullible person may have become a prey to such fraudsters. The site should be more responsible towards its members and ensure that such fraudsters and scammers do not get a chance to dupe innocent people.

I am also cheated by this website MATRIMONIAL INDIA, these people are big time fraud.. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DONOT PUT UR MONEY IN THEIR WEBSITE. Her manager and accountant al spoke said their is change in position so this took place. I thought it was true and paid money again nearly 35000RS they grasped from me, and now again same thing NO RESPONSE SHE APPOINTED NEW RELATION MANAGER Charu again she is worst..

They pressured me into paying for 3 months and they promised to give me access to the perfect e-match file which has the perfect matches.
When I opened that folder, it had all the profiles completely opposite to what I want...no use to me.
Then going through the profiles, I noticed that most of the information was left blank the profiles look like that have been created by the salespeople themselves. I sent messages to some and asked them to email me, but got no reply...which confirms that the profiles are made up. The sales rep-Kanta made a remark that I should have called them at the phone numbers given and given them the email address. I tried one phone number, but only vm, left message, no call back. I believe those phone numbers are also made up. I have asked for a refund but they have 100's of excuses.
This company is fraud. They will say anything to get your money.

Then I have contacted the over phone where one lady recieved my call and answered that they doesn't have any relation with that matrimonial site. She also said that it is a fake site and they are not responsible for the amount paid by us. When I was asking for some more details she disconnected the call.Then I relized that I got cheated by those people and I thought that it is my duty to alert the police so that you may avoid further cheating by these poeple.I wonder how they are running this site all over the world and how many innocent poeple might have got cheated by them. Hence I kindly request you to take necessary and immedaite action on the concerned website officials and stop all their business proceedings.
