Matrimonials India — They are fooling innocent people by giving the fake planes

I am Rakesh Kumar from punjab distt. jalandhar, phillaur-144410
I have a grievance that matrimonialsindia.com cheated my and trapped my very well by giving by best offer at low price plan, but after registration they started telling my for more money to buy premium plan and told me that the plan I purchased at cost of 3700 is just for registration, and you had you upgrade your plan if you wanted to get the most of our services.
I told them to refund my payment but they refused to do so.
What should be done to such fraud sites in India. I want justice
