Yesterday i.e on 30/08/2022, I went to the max with my wife to meet Mr Majit Singh Paul. The doctor suggested I get some blood and vitamin tests. First of all, they said you have to perform testing in Max only, as the doctor doesn't prefer outside lab reports. Then one of their staff took us with him to the ground floor, near the testing lab. There they charged me 4100 Rs for 3 tests. After the test passed from the lab, I saw the pamphlet there where they mentioned the same three tests with an additional test at 3500 rs for two people. I asked about this from the guy who is sitting next to the table. He clearly said, please ask from the billing counter. The billing counter madam said it is not our department to guide people. like seriously. A patient comes to you for treatment, and you greedy guy takes advantage of them by looting them. I will seriously take legal action against the max hospital. It is your duty and your work to guide the patient as the patient comes with a belief in you.
