Wrong report

Me and My husband ( Aarti Garg and Nitin Garg ) got the full health check up done from Max Lab ( Home collection ) on 02/07/22 and got the report as well on the same day . But the report showed major deficiencies / disease in our reports . We were having doubts on the reports but still we showed the same to Doctor and they advised the Injection etc on the basis of this report .

I had a video consultation scheduled with Dr. Rajiv Dang on 8th June 2022. I had paid 1700 rupees for the same online (screenshot attached).
On 7th June 2022 I received a message and call from the hospital that my consultation is cancelled due to unavailability of doctor. I received a message with refund reference number RF6DUQ04YL which was supposed to be processed within 3-5 days.
I spoke to the hospital on call multiple times and last week, on 18th June 2022 I was again promised a refund within 3-5 days.
Today's date is 25th June 2022 and I have not received any refund till now.
I am a regular with MAX Hospital Gurgaon and do not expect this kind of behaviour.

    I inform you that I visited Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh on appointment with Dr Vineet Arora for treatment of my wife and he advised some tests and recommended tests and advised that these tests would covered under your Well wise total scheme and your staff photoshoot the priscription and booked the slot for 16-6-22 but the slot was shifted for 22-6-22 whereas the man came for collection on 23-6-22 and told these are not covered under this scheme and I have to pay Rs 1200/-extra and returned back. I requested the blood collection man to come again . On 25-6-22 he again visited my house and took the blood sample of Geeta Sharma and Asked Rs 4200/- without taking my sample which was free under the scheme He told me that you have to pay Rs6000/- for this and left with blood sample with out taking any money charged. Please help me and inform me whether your people wil do the test with the reasonable rates which I am ready to pay but the blood of my wife should not be ho waste otherwise I will take legal action against your people and your hospital. I also request you to instruct your staff not to misguide the patient who is already in the pain and must not behave with the senior citizens. I am waiting for your favorable reply and early action in this matter.

      Submitted sample for cancer biopsy, IHC Panel 4 on 16-Jun at Patparganj path lab. Given 22-Jun as date of report. I called on 17th, 18th, 20th & 21st to confirm if testing is on time and was told it is on time. Till 4PM on 22-Jun they said it will be ready in the evening. At 6 PM on 22-Jun, the lab person says I have left for home and there is no one to type the report. On 23rd, I get call from doctor that report needs to be re-run and it will take 2 more days. She says Path lab customer contact team never asked her how much time it will take and gave commitment on their own. THIS IS HOW MAX PATH LAB WORKS ON A TEST FOR CANCER PATIENT WHERE EARLY TREATMENT IS O[censored]TMOST IMPORTANCE? THE PATPARGANJ PATH LAB PEOPLE ON THE 4TH FLOOR ARE ABSOLUTELY IRREPSONSIBLE AND INCOMPETENT.

        I booked a RTPCT sample collection two days ago which was collected today at 11:30 AM by Mr. Raj Vaishnav.

        Post collection of the sample, I requested the collection agent to please provide me the link through which I can pay the amount via my credit card. Once I had made the payment, I showed him the Payment Successful Page on the phone and immediately I received the payment confirmation message (Attached herewith).

        After some time I have received multiple calls from him since then stating that "that your sample will be on hold until you pay again as we cannot check for the payment status at our end."

        I also shared with him the transaction screenshots via WhatsApp for reference but he still insisted that I have to make the payment again to which I responded that why should I pay again when I in person showed you that the payment was successful from my end and is also reflecting in my transaction logs, to which he simply told me that he does not care and the sample will be on hold.

        This is not the kind of service I expect from MAX. Really Pathetic experience.

        Request you to kindly look into the issue and please get my sample processed as I cannot have this delayed.

        Also If Max Lab cannot process the sample, please let me know so that I can arrange accordingly with some responsible lab.

          Fake test report commitments

          I have a booked a test autoimmune hepatitis panel by if where it's clearly mentioned on the test details that reports delivered within 24 hours, sample collected on 28 aprl, Today 2 may reports not generated . I talked to phlebotomist as per him they only trasfer the sample to max for test once a week and sample is kept with them in their regional lab at franchise laboratory. Difficult to understand the ### of testing. Why...

          Employees are not following any proper appointment time.Even there is no sitting area for clients.They directly say that you have to wait for 6 hours for your medical which is somehow only done between 1-2 hours.please look into these matter.

            Nursing staff is very bad, if patient has any problem at night after calling the bell they will respond in 2-3 hours, we came in this hospital bcoz my mother has multiple diseases but only a single doctor
            Dr. Mohit goel( very good in nature) is coming regularly but other doctors are not visiting like ENT, eye specialist, dentist and rheumartho arthritis specialist.
            No body is listening for last 2 days. They are just making bill only

              I am Dr. Nutan Mishra a public health professional, had booked appointment for RTPCR testing of Ishi Mishra on 10 January and paid Rs 900 online . On 11 January 2022 i was out of station and not reachable and Mr Sandesh Kumar Lab technician Mobile no [protected] from Max lab visited my home and again taken Rs 900 (Online payment) from my brother who is posted at ministry of health, actually he didn't know that i have paid already. When i came back from my tour on 15 January i called on Max customer care No [protected] and raise a complain regarding refund of extra money the executive assured me that i have raised the same issue to our seniors and it will refund within 7 working day. Again my brother and me called the customer care so many times after 7 days of first call but executive repeat the same line what they have said earlier. But still not refunded the extra amount.
              So i think its care of fraud and Max don't want to refund the said amount.

                With extreme disappointment, I am raising this complaint against Max Health Care. I booked a COVID Home Sample on 7 Jan 2022 for the slot on 8 Jan 2022. The sample collection was not organized and I've been following up for the refund since then.
                I made the booking through the website on patient id - ML01346528. Ive spoken to their customer care, their executive has been making false commitments of processing the refund.
                Ive not received any email about the status of my refund as well. I hope this complaint help other consumers. I raised the issue on Twitter as well, but no response.

                  Harassment of physically challenged senior citizens by admission and billing group.
                  On 03/01/2022 i send my family for a planed surgery in MAX Dehradun. From 0930 hrs to 1600 hrs admission group harassed my parents along with my wife for getting admission. After admission at 1600 hrs due to some medication issue the surgery gets postponed to 12/01/2022 and my father discharged on 04/01/2021. I was told that new refer letter is need for next admission.
                  I approached CGHS dispensery and stand in queue for 2 hours and CGHS dispensery dr Mrs Kiran Singh of raipur road Dehradun is positive o[censored]sing the same refer until the treatment is not over. I have spoken to PRO office and they explained everything to me in a very polite manner and try to resolve the issue.
                  But shri Sarvsresht of MAX Dehradun having phone no [protected], is denying to give medical treatment on the same refer. CGHS Dr Mrs Kiran Singh has cleared that refer letter is valid till the operation procedure mentioned in refer letter is not availed by the beneficiary. But MAX hospital dehradun, s Shri Sarvsresht is adamant on getting a new refer letter. He even speaks to me on phone in very anguished way and disconnected the phone line in the middle of conversation. Today on dt 08/01/2022 I have taken a new referal and CGHS doctors again mentioned the same in written form that procedure will be taken care of on same refer letter ID. I have spoken to shri manoj suyal ji and explained the same and he assured me now I will get admission on the basis of new referal.
                  Only because of doctors I have to visit MAX health care Dehradun again. Otherwise after experiencing the attitude of shri Sarvsresht I may never pay visit. It is my request to please recruit people with having some behaviour and ethical knowledge. People like shri Sarvsresht will only spoil the image of brand like MAX.

                    I am putting this complaint to highlight very irresponsible behavior of the doctors as well as their assistants. My father got discharged 5 days ago from Max Hospital, Gurgaon, we were advised to have a follow up with the doctor after 5 days, we had the follow up scheduled which was done thru a 20 second WhatsApp call for which we paid full consultation charges, we had been following up with the doctor and his staff since the follow up call to get post hospitalization medication but everybody seems to be very irresponsible and we are not getting any support.

                      My wife have pregnancy related issues that's why I have booked an appointment with Dr. Parinati Kalita, Patparganj branch for 28/12/2021 but my appointment was cancelled by the hospital for unknown reasons. Again I booked an appointment with Dr. Rakhi Gupta for 06/01/2022 but again the hospital has cancelled my appointment for unknown reasons. Such practices by hospital is completely unprofessional & unethical. It may cause the patient critical.

                        I got a blood test done for my wife on 26.12.21 from Max Lab. Result showed a very high triglycerides level. We were shocked since the previous report (a few months earlier) was perfectly normal. We started visiting doctors who asked us to start medication for this problem immediately.
                        Meanwhile, we decided to get a second opinion and got the test done at another lab. The report showed perfectly normal triglycerides levels.
                        Why is Max playing with the lives of people to make a quick buck? Seems you don't do any testing, simply send any report as patient will never know. I will never come to Max again and am advising all my contacts of this experience.

                          Refund Regarding Reports

                          I have tested by Mr.Vipin Sharma for Covid and blood sample whose Emp.Code M028076 working as a Phelebomist in this Organiztion since January 2021.
                          I haven't received any report yet as he charged amount Rs.700 on 11th June 2021 on 9:58 a.m.
                          He is working in this organization as well as a Part time with Mr.Naveen Who lives in Barola and using the name of max Healthcare.

                          My father was admitted last week and on 22nd October 2021, he went through an ERCP procedure. I need the recordings of that ERCP procedure but the Endoscopy department is saying that they don't record a video for the ERCP procedure.
                          The hospital staff and management have been misguiding us just to increase the billing.
                          If the hospital actually doesn't provide the recordings of the ERCP procedure to the patient then I need that in writing.

                            With utter dissatisfaction I would like to draw attention towards my recent & really bad experience with MAX LAB. I booked a home collection sample for my Mother for couple of tests and their collection executive came and asked me to cancel the booking from my side as they will not be able to take one of the tests (however which they should've informed me earlier), He told me to call on the customer care number for my further refund related processing.
                            It has been 15days since my order been cancelled but I have not yet received my refund amount. Even after many phone calls to the customer service, and even i approached their Sr. Executive MR. RAHUL PRASAD but there is no proper response regarding this matter and now he didn't come to the line afterwards whenever I call.

                            EVEN AFTER SENDING MAIL TO THEM, NO ACTION TAKEN TILL NOW.

                            I am very dissatisfied with this approach. Such inefficiency is not expected from Healthcare industry during this period of pandemic where people are treating them above God.

                            I am really disappointed by the approach they are showing towards customers.. They didn't resolve my issue till now.. I am waiting for my payment to be refunded but no updates from their side.
                            I want my full refund to be done as on earliest basis.

                                  I had been awake, sitting outside in the ICU waiting area (EAST WING, 1st Floor) and my sister had undergone a surgery and resting in the ICU. I had been awake all morning and all night.
                                  One of the catering staff members was leaving in the lift when I asked him about where could I go and get a cup of tea at around 5:45am in the morning (since there was no cafeteria or facility available) after 10pm here in Max Saket Super Speciality Hospital. The staff member enquired if I was with a patient and then responded that I could go and ask the nurse to call and place an order for a cup of tea where my sister was resting. The guard/attendant from the night shift at the entrance of the ICU floor went inside (around 6 am) the ICU and asked the available nurse to do so on my behalf. He came back at told me, they had placed the order.
                                  Around 6:50am, when I did not receive the tea, I again went inside to recheck on the same. The duty for the guard/attendant had changed and the new person in charge was Mr. RAJKARAM. after explaining my situation on placing an order before he had arrived, he constantly kept on telling me on how it wasnt allowed to get anything for family with the patient and I should go downstairs and get a cup of tea myself, whereby nothing was available or open at the time. I asked the attendant (Rajkaram) to get the nurse so that she could understand my situation and the nurse in charge (Ms. Anjana) came out. I tried to explain my situation to her as well to which she rudely and without understanding replied that I should go arrange my tea myself and nobody is allowed to place tea orders from up here. I told her how I had waited for almost an hour and how I was misguided to which she replied she doesnt know what to do now and asked me again to leave and get my own tea.

                                  The staff in Max saket themselves dont know the right way of guiding and treating people. I am here for my family’s care and this is how they treat people. I believe they feel like they are much superior to others and that people waiting are their slaves.

                                  I believe a proper orientation of staff is required or a complete change in staff could work too.
                                  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. MIGHT NOT EVER COME BACK TO THE MAX CHAIN.
