On 14.06.2021 after Taking out Time from my Busy schedule I went for the Diagnostic test which is very critical as need to take treatment at the earliest, I was informed that the reports would be directly mailed within three days of Test i.e. 16.06.2021/17.06.2021 but it is almost one week I havent received my report. These people have charged 1850/- for the test and haven't shared it. After Calling several times in Max Hospital, The staff is not picking up the call and after responding yesterday they picked up the phone and Only two reports were shared which was given in jpg format, which is truly inappropriate. and told me that the blood has been clotted due to which the third test needs to be taken again for which I have to visit Max Hospital. The reports which were shared are attached for the reference. This is unacceptable. I am waiting for the reports from the last 3 days so that the treatment can be done and Max Employees are not even interested to inform the customer about the reports or or the update about the test. I am also attaching the report which were shared in Jpg Format in an inappropriate manner. You should at least inform the customer and give the update about the test. This is unethical.
