Max Super Speciality Hospital, Bathinda, charged me ₹775 for one Romsons paediatric nebulisation kit.
However, the hospital provided only the mask and tube without the original box or sealed packaging. No MRP or product catalogue details were provided, making it impossible to verify the actual product and its price.
Similar products are available at local medical shops at substantially discounted prices. I also checked the official Romsons website but could not verify the exact product or the price charged.
I request the hospital to provide the exact product details, applicable MRP and justification for charging ₹775. I also request an investigation into this billing and a full refund if the charge cannot be properly justified.
