I am a government servent.for reimbursement of my bill. i visited the max hospital today at 4pm with documents. the papers have no sign of the docter concerned.the doctor has left and will be able on saturday only in opd DR. RAJESH MISHRA. i requested the reception for final stamp and signature of the c.m.o without doctor sign, by today, as our clerk will not be available from tomorrow for next fifteen days. i personally went to meet MS JUNIDHA for requesting, if she could make some arrangement. she kept me waiting for ONE-N-half hours. then she came and said, after listening me that-SHE WAS DOING HER IMPORTANT WORK AND I WASTED HER TIME AND WHO PERMIT ME TO REACH HER FOR REQUEST. AND I SHOULD HAVE TAKE AN ANOTHER LEAVE FROM OFFICE TOMORROW FOR DOCTOR SIGN.SHE COULD NOT HELP AS IT WAS ALREADY 5:30.and i am stupid i am waiting from 4 pm. my medical bill will lapse from tomorrow, but no problem.
what a pity job holder CMO or his/her team WHO WASTED MY TIME.
worst staff, my father is diagnosed for cancer.it was very fine decision that i opted RAJIV GANDHI HOSPITAL over max. these guys are poor by heart and in service. they don't even know how to talk and how to deal with people who are in urgent need.
