I purchased a policy name "Max Life Smart Wealth Plan" on 21st April 2024 for my Wife by making full payment of 10450 (as a first premium) using UPI. And then waited for the application to be processed. As per the customer support executive who has guided me during the form filling process, she told that it will take 3 days to process the application, but it has taken a month now and yet I haven't heard back from Max Life regarding the update on my application. During this period, I tried contacting several times with the customer support executive on these numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] but they have not solved the issue and every time they use to disconnect the call by saying your application is in process. Also I have written my queries to service.[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com but there is no response from them as well.
I am now fed up following up with Max Life Insurance and want to discontinue the policy which I purchased from them on 21st April 2024. Kindly help me to recover the amount which I have invested in buying the policy. Looking forward with your instant response.
