This is regarding complaint against your employee having ph number as [protected] ( Santosh name coming in true caller) He just don't have knowledge at all on how to speak with customers He literally started to abuse when i said i dnt remember the policy number I think its a big mistake that i have chosen your policy My 5 policies are running with you and if immediate action is not taken against this guy will transfer all policies and will submitt the recording of that guy to police station which will not be good for your company too Respond me asap [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
