Dear authority,

It takes immense disappointment to inform you that your employees ms. Ruby pandey (Tel. :+91- 720*833 / 877*44) and mr. Ashish tripathi (+91-959*819), who are our relationship managers are extremely careless and lethargic.
Their behavior is absolutely unacceptable when it comes to providing assistance. Our calls are never answered and we are left helpless.
Customer care assistance is also less helpful in certain cases.
Extremely annoying behavior of both of them. Very unprofessional.
Previous complaints were dropped against ms. Ruby pandey and jitendra bharti, but it's indeed very disappointing that no action has been taken against them and the same behavior is continued.
I am planning to discontinue the policies where, we customers are treated in such a manner and disrespected.
I regret being a policy holder of your grade-less company.
Your agents are just made to complete targets and, thereafter, no response from them.
I am unable to express my disappointment and anger because i am bound to maintain my principles and decency.

Worse employees, even worse is your system and the worst is your company who encourage such misbehavior and hire such ill-mannered people.

One of the worst companies ever where we are being cheated and misguided by your call centre senior executives Mr.Nishant Kumar (Employees code 23165) and his senior Mr.Puneet Chhabra(Employee code 29308). Not addressing my concern and not willing to register complaint against RM. Fraud company with ill-mannered and gradeless employees.
Very disgusting behaviour and disappointing experience.

It gives me extreme disappointment to inform you that my "so-called" RM Mr.Yogesh Kadam, forcefully visited me with no agenda and no information and no update on my profile.
This is utter disappointment that there was absolutely no communication on my portfolio since last eight years and suddenly such nonsense is happening.
The same was highlighted to his senior Ms.Vaidehi Gawade and she bluntly said that she cannot do anything and when asked to drop a complaint, she bluntly agreed on this.
Such kind of lethargic behaviour is unacceptable in the service industry which you belong to.
Also, when asked about my hard earned funds, I was denied an answer and was given an annoying response.
I fear that my funds are in unsafe hands where employees like Mr.Yogesh Kadam and his senior Ms.Vaidehi Gawade give such kind of answers and ignoring and not responding to even the simplest of the queries.
I condemn such misbehaviour and would request the management to justify the same.

I would request the senior management to kindly intervene and justify this misbehavior done by Mr.Yogesh Kadam and Ms.Vaidehi Gawade.
