Dear Sir, My policy no. is[protected] of max life insurance. I am a reputed customer of your company. My yearly premium of Rs. 24, 795 /- is being auto debited (activation) from my Axis bank without any information. I want to pay my premium by using other payment options like net banking, cash, cheque. It is requested to deactivate the auto debit option from Axis bank.
