Hi, I have a money back policy with maxlife (policy #[protected], on 23rd nov my 2nd policy payout was suppose to be initiated by maxlife, and today i got the email stating that neft details are not clear, i have mail confirmation from maxlife dated 27th aug for accepting neft details and now when there is time to make payout they are raising issue, this is clear cheating and mal-practice from maxlife, i need maturity payment to be made on priority either by cheque or thru neft, Regards, Praveen Was this information helpful? | |||||
