[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — fake calls from hacker who knows all my details

Address: Thane, Maharashtra, 421306

I got an call from Anjali Sharma (Mobile No : [protected]), She represented her as Max Life Insurance representative.

She told me that Max Life Insurance will provide me Rs. 55000 for that i will have to deactivate my agent name with my policy and share pan card details with them

I had and bad feeling that they are fake and that's the reason i said i will confirm the details tomorrow but she tried forcing me to take the decision today itself and that also in 10 mins, here i got an confirmation that this fake call

My question to Max Life Insurance

1. What you guys are taking action for such incidents
2. How my policy details has been leaked
3. How my PAN details are available with them
4. How my mobile number is know to them

Then after i call customer service they said just ignore the call, WTF seriously how you can say just ignore the call

Max Life Insurance has to answer how details are leaked

Or its an dirty game of Max Life Insurance they are playing with customer so that customer should remove the money from Max Life Insurance and they will eat up all the profit which they have to share with customer during maturity

So customer will get afraid and just say give my invested money back
