[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — false information provide by agent

Dear sir/Madam
i took policy from your company
agent told me that your policy yearly premium is changeable
and you can change it from next year as rs 5000 per year installment instead of paying 25000 per year .

but now i got to know that there is no option in change of premium .

i had so many mails regarding this but i didn't get any satisfactory response from your side .
more than 3 times i mailed still i am getting no proper response

please refund my first year installment of rs. 26125
and close my policy
