[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — fraud and information disclosure | |||
Sir, my policy got terminated with max life insurance on 31 march 2017. But some claiming themselves to be representatives from max head office, gurgaon called me up. Their names are rameswar tyagi-[protected] Suchitra nair -[protected] Ankita pandey-[protected] etc. They said that i can settle my amount if i get a client id with any other insurer. I believed them and opened a policy in hdfc life by paying â¹20000. Although my money is safe within the policy. But how can fraudsters like them avail the confidential information of customers like their mobile number, name, date of birth etc. What is the organisation up to.
