Max Life Insurance — fraud calls related to my insurance policy

Similar to other complaints posted in this group, I have also received continuous calls from GBIC relating to my insurance policy with MaxLife. I do not understand how the policy information gets leaked to others. This is a serious issue and I hope MaxLife shall address this asap.
My experience started a couple of days ago when a lady by name Aditi Pal ([protected]) called me stating that a huge portion of my policy benefit is going to the Insurance agent. She had all the details of my policy including the premium amount and policy term. She mentioned that she could help create a dummy policy and ensure I get benefited 100%. She provided two reference numbers for our interaction though there was neither an SMS nor an email confirmation. The reference numbers are GBIC536404 and MAX616204. I got suspicious and called MaxLife customer care for clarity. Customer Care confirmed it was a fraud attempt and have provided ticket number 02327752. I have also sent an email to service.[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com as advised by the customer care representative. I would request MaxLife Insurance to take this seriously and nab these fraudsters in order to protect the company image.
