[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — fraud insurance calls due to customer data leakage

I want to register a complaint against max life insurance for leaking customer data (Mainly policy number and bank account no attached to it). I have a policy and that was surrendered due to some financial reasons in 2014. Then in 2017 i have received a call from unknown person who has saying himself as a insurance agent of the concern company. At the same time, i have received a message saying that some amount is deposited into your bank account (But nothing was deposited actually). After this incident, insurance agent requested me to pay agent code fees to release the unprocessed amount. I have sent the money after checking policy no and account no are correct.

This is the first instance when i have sent money to that agent, after that i have received multiple messages and calls from different persons referring themselves as agents, consumer forum officers, it department officers to deposit similar fees to different account nos. These people are threatening me for black money raid and cease of my current property.

I want to register my complaint to right person to get some positive response against it. Could you please redirect me to correct point of contact to raise my concern.
