[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Ill consumer service | |||
Hi, I have a life insurance policy bearing Policy number[protected] with Max Life Insurance which is a money back policy providing some cash back at the end of every 4th year. Recently I have closed my bank account which is attached to this policy and I wanted to update my bank details with the Insurance company. For this I was asked to provide following details, 1. NEFT Mandate Form 2. Cancelled Cheque 3. Bank Passook Copy 4. Policy Amendment Form I provided first 3 details in the form of attachment to email. However, I didnt provide the 4th requirement as there was no information of the concerned form which I wanted to amend (Bank Details info was not available in form). However, my request was declined saying that no documents are submitted. I wrote a complaint about this attaching the mail chain containing the attachments sent earlier. I was told that that someone will help me resolving my quesry by calling me. However, I didnt receive any call about this so far. Everytime I write mails to them, I get this auto reply with no resolution at all. I would like to file a complaint against the insurance company to Consumer Court now.
