I remit my premium Rs:49000/- in Axisbank, bhadravati, karnataka.but I get reciept on wrong name. I get reciept in the name o[censored]MA.V. instude o[censored]MA.S.V.
This shows. Co; irresponsibility.
There is no correct customer care helpline
Please correct your falt. & send me correct reciept.
This Co.always irresponsible against policyholders.

Updated by Lakshmikanth Achar I remitted my priemum amount Rs:20000/-in axis bank bhadravati.karnataka.surprise is that policy no:is correct but name is wrong. I get recipt as VIDYA.L instead of my policy name VIDYA.B.L.
I shoes Co:how cares its policyholders.
In Co: tottaly full of irresponsible persons.
There is no KANNADA HELP LINE.
No one official to answer in kannada.
