[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Life Insurance Max Life Life Gain Plus 20 Participating Plan

When I bought this policy, I was told that I will get 100% premium along with my principle paid after 10 years. However when I checked I was told that I have to wait for 20 years as I will be given additional 10% along with it . I asked them that I am ok not getting 10% additional but they told me I have to wait for another years to get even my principal which I paid . I paid 6 installment of 50000 from 2011 till 2016 . Finally I asked if I can surrender and get whatever I can get, I was given an option of 264000 after paying 300000 . They have already used my money for 10 years and want me to sacrifice 36000 instead of paying me my premium. They are fraud and cheating innocent customers .
