[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — max life gain premier policy

I am policy holder[protected] of max life insurance i was cheated by my agent having code 501919 at the time of policy he told me if you want you can surrender policy after 3 years and you will get your premium paid without any benefits but somehow yesterday i call up at customer care they simply told me if you surrender after 3 years you will get only 30% of your premium and if you surrender between 4-7 years you will get only 50% of your premium as surrender value. This is really ridiculous after paying for 3-4 years the company is giving back on;y 30% of the premium. Your agents are simply fraud they cheat people only for their commission as well as company is also fraud who have such policy terms.
