[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Max Life Insurance Cheated My Father- Mr. Liaqat Sheikh (Policy No.[protected] &[protected]

Hello Sir,

My name is Monalisa, D/o Mr. Liaqat Sheikh who has taken Insurance from Max Life Insurance (Policy No.[protected].

1. He has taken the policy[protected] on July 2013 and it will get matured on July 2023.
At the time policy taken, it was said by Insurance agent Ms. Praveen Yasmin & Insurance Officer- Mr. Patnayak that if he pays total 3Lac, in return he will get 6Lac along Bonus amount at the time of maturity.
Now, he has visited the NFC, New Delhi Office (1st Floor, 52-53, Ishwar Nagar, Main Mathura Road) on 16.6.2023 and Max Insurance person said they are not sure about the maturity amount as at the time of policy he was 63 years old which too old for this policy. It is tough to get 3lac in return now.

Once Mr. Anshul Kumar (whose sitting at NFC, Delhi Office, contact no. [protected]) explain the policy no.[protected] to my father where in 2023 he will get INR 4.60 Lac and in 2024 INR 1.25 Lac in his own handwriting with signature. (Attachment for reference).

Please answer -
· Why at the time of maturity of policy, no one is not sure about what would be the matured money? Please share the maturity amount details?
· Why his age being questionable NOW? If he was not fit for the policy then why it is given to him.
· Why false commitment is given to Insurance holder about maturity amount?

2. In the year 2022 March your Max Insurance agent Mr. Anshul Kumar CON my father just to complete his regular targets.
He asked my Father to share of INR 8500 cheque, he said, it is as per the policy rule and same amount being will be return to him as it is just a formality.
But later we found out, he forged us, and enrolled my father in new policy without any information. Where Anshul Kumar himself added “6” in the figure in the cheque on INR 8500 and make it as INR 68500 cheque without informing my father. Now, every year INR 68500 amount being deducted from my father account. Deduction being done twice of INR 68500 on 31.3.2022 and INR 68500 on 31.3.2023 without my father knowledge. Now he is not taking our calls nor meeting at office. It is clearly a fraudulence case.
In addition, till now we do not have any clarity on our new policy[protected] taken on 23.03.2022.

Please answer-
· Please provide policy documents & maturity amount and other details
· What are the premium terms & conditions- as we are not capable to make every year premium of INR 68500.

3. My father is a middle class 73 years old man, he is 4th standard qualified. He is trying to save his single penny. But at the age of 73, renowned company ‘Max Life Insurance” CON my father.
He kept visited the NFC, New Delhi office multiple times from all the way to Faridabad but did not get any concrete answer. Every new person said something new things to him. No support found till date. After complaining about Anshul at your office, no one has taken action against him, he is still working there and must be looted other innocent people money.
It is a complete torture, fraudulence and cheating done by Max Life Insurance Company to my Father.

It’s a request to take legal action against Mr. Anshul Kumar and terminate his service from Max as immediate effect as -
· he CON my father
· giving false information and return amount of the policy
· making manipulation in our Cheque
· without knowledge enroll my father in new policy

We are waiting for your answers along what are the action being taken for Mr. Anshul Kumar.
I have been following up last 20 days at service.[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com email id but no communication received yet.
At last, taking assistance from here.
