[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Max Life Monthly Income Advantage Plan- Money not refunded despite many request

I m writing to inform you that i was sold this policy with the promise that i can claim refund after 1 year of purchase of the policy anytime, since it was sold to me by my Yes bank employee i had full trust that i will get my money back because i never wanted to invest in a long term savings plan that too 12 years.Mr. Chaudhary was the employee who missold me the policy, now i am being harrased for last few years to get my hard earned money back. Moreover i have not used any of your services and i donot see any ground that my money can be forfeited . Kindly lookinto this long pending case and process the refund with full amount along with the interest applicable for tenure the money is with the company within 10-15 days .
