Dear sir, With reference to the above subject, this is to inform you that, i didnt get solution on my problem yet. One maxlife agent done fraud with me, by misselling policy. I want justice.. Plz help me out. Otherwise i have to go to the consumer court... I want to cancle the policy.. Please find attached file here with... Aug 22, 2017 Updated by Shweta Pawaskar I want to Complaint against croma service.. Bcz i have purchased LG A. C in 3/6/15 from croma.. And i have taken 2yr extended warranty from croma.. But now my AC has Some Gas Problem.. Ac Is not Working... but when i complaint to The Croma at that croma sent LG service person for repairing... He said he will charge but i refused him bcz i have purchased extended warranty from croma so that LG service person told me that Take service from croma only bcz u have purchased extended warranty from croma.. And he used bad words for me bcz i was not ready to pay him charges bcz i have extended warranty But now croma has not provided any service yet... And they are asking for money for servicing... And croma is delaying their service...
