Sir/mam, i hold a policy in your pimpri chinchwad branch, was there to pay premium but was not able too because of your staff, 1:-mr. Shiva subramanium ([protected]) 2:- mr. Jaydeep kutre ([protected]) & 3:-prasad thornaby (Number not given by person even after requesting) Returns not upto mark, then too wanna pay premium on time, but was not able too. Again same situation, worst experience, will not go for any new policies. I was assured update for my complain (on 15. 09.2017) a follow up in 24-48 hours, nothing at all, premiums important & the person paying premium is least one. ICICI prudential much better than max.
