[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Non receipt of premium receipt. | |||||
I made my third year payment of rs 59291.56 against policy no[protected] on 26.7.16 which got cleared from my saving account of Axis Bank on 29.7.16. Till now i have not received any acknowledgement or the premium receipt. The axis bank which dealt with this insurance is absolutely non cooperative and the present gentleman who is the max employee of this paltan Bazar branch Guwahati named Jitendra is as mentioned is extremely uncooperative and now he is also not picking up my calls. Please settle this issue immediately or I shall file a complaint to irda or consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
