[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — otp is not generated during email id update | |||||
Hi team, I am not able to update email id due to otp which is not being sent to my registered mobile number using website https://m.maxlifeinsurance.com. I have used google chrome and also internet explorer but it didn't work out in both the browsers. This is pathetic to visit maxife branch in order to update these types of small details like email id, phone number etc. Please recheck with your internal it team on why system is unable to send otp which helps to raise service request for maxlife.
