Max Life Insurance — Pf online transfer

Dear Sir/Madam,
With regards I want to say that My name is Charagondla Nagaraju and I was employee of Max newyork life with emp code HYD 2375 for the period of JULY 23rd 2019 to JULY 2020, I have resigned the job but I was not able to withdraw my Pf amount.I am submitted online request for pf transfer.online pf portal pshowing transfer settled but amount not transfered.amount transfer showing '0'
I replay mail to maxlife pf helpline but no response.

So kindly Help me to pf transfer
