[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — regarding refund | |||||
I had purchased term insurance policy (Application is[protected] on date 22/07/ 2018, i didn't get any update and even didn't received any call from Max life insurance since 22/06/2018 and today is 18/07/2018, Nearly twenty days have passed. I called many times to customer care regarding update every time they tell me your request no.1617919 is under processing. we will get back to you within 5-7 days, what is going on ...? However i haven't received any kind of response and am totally dissatisfied with the policy plan and the customer service. I don't want term insurance. so i would request you to take immediate action kindly close this and refund my money. i don't want go head with you anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||||
