[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Term plan | |||
My name is Vinod Kumar Agarwal DOB 23/05/1976 I have taken online term plan from maxlife insurance. I have paid online premium Rs. 4959/- on 05/08/2015 from my hdfc bank a/c. but this payment not credited by maxlife. my application no. given by maxlife is :[protected] and e-code: PO1U3ZD. this application is still showing pending for payment. I have sent bank statement copy to maxlife but no reply from them. when we open website to know the premium then immediately executive call to our mobile and after paid the premium no body knows.
